I love the customer service from mattress firm! Also the only store in town that will take your current mattress away, clean it up, and donate it! That was a huge selling point for me. Even if you’re price shopping go to them and they will match it or give you a better price and are great to work with. I’ll always buy through mattress firm

My boyfriend and I were just searching different mattress stores deciding if we were going to buy a new bed or just get an old one off of Facebook Marketplace. We came to Mattress Firm and were immediately greeted by a women named Regina. She was WONDERFUL in helping us; showing us different options, prices, etc. Ryan, the store manager, was also very amazing by answering our questions and making the whole experience great from when we walked in until we left. This store has some of the best prices and best mattresses! We got a KING bed and box spring for under $1k! Usually other stores are $1200 just for the king mattress! Highly, highly recommended! Oh, and they have Dr.Pepper:)

They were incredibly easy to work with. I walked in and they greeted me immediately, asking me what my budget was and what I was looking for. They helped me find the perfect mattress. They were astonishingly informative and passionate about what they were selling and gave me their best deal. I was able to pick it up the same day, at the warehouse located in Bismarck. When I got there, the warehouse guys seemed very unhappy that I was there to pick up a mattress. They didn’t say much and when helping me load it into my pick up, they didn’t help at all but put the mattress and box spring in the pick up bed very aggressively. All that was said to me was to sign a couple papers and they walked away and shut the garage door. As far as the business side of this goes I will be recommending it to everyone! Warehouse was not impressive. 4 stars for poor service and attitude at the warehouse, otherwise 5 stars!

Great service. They found me exactly what I wanted and didn’t try to talk me into getting something more expensive or purchasing additional items like one of the other locations did. They did everything they could to try to get it delivered the same evening I bought it and when they absolutely couldn’t they helped me fit it into my car. This store location is highly highly recommended.

We had hometown movers move us to the country in October which to only the hired employees fault we had a bad experience as they refused to remove their shoes or put down plastic on white carpet and in weeks to come we found food they had packed in suitcases and boxes of ours. We then bought a mattress from mattress firm and come to find they hire hometown movers for delivery. The employees again refused to put down plastic or remove shoes as they stated their insurance doesnt cover bloody toes or cuts. After insisting they do one or the other they dropped the mattresses in the driveway and said do it yourself...along with some vulgar language Ill not repeat. Just beware and plan accordingly is all. Mattress firm said they would look into it but could only refund a delivery fee...how about getting the mattress out of our driveway??? Since learned many in our community have not had good experiences with Mattress Firm!!! Stay away!!! 3.25.17 1 week later no delivery refund...called they said they could do that next monday...say what??? This store needs to go away!
