Food was great, Chicken basket was the best. Gravy was hot, the fries were cooked just right and the chicken tenders were hot and the coating was crispy and not over done. The cashier was very polite & helpful.

Food is hot and 😋. The help is friendly and welcoming. The decor is old school and charming. Limited seating and it takes a while to get hot food orders but it is worth the wait.Recommend this place to food fans.

Cone was perfect in shape and the chocolate dip didnt break off in big chunks. Ice cream didnt melt too fast. All in all the rare perfect chocolate dipped vanilla cone.

Hot Dogs are fantastic with homemade chili and coleslaw. Others claim to be the original but the Bluefield, Virginia Dairy Queen is the home of the greatest hot dog.The staff is excellent and the store is clean and family friendly.

I went to the DQ on Spring Street in Bluefield, VA. I had a delicious Heath Bar Blizzard.

Wonderful food. You can eat inside or out. You can even get it go. Love the food.

Good food friendly people but small location this is a privately owned location so they do not have everything that some other dairy queens do biggest down fall of this place is its a local police hang out and we all know cops in this town are crooked as hell so if you dont like the popo then do not go.

It was ok i ordered onion rings double 1/3lb cheeseburger and my meat was hard . I ordered cheese curds and they were over cooked. Couldve been better

Its kind of rude to get your food in a bag, never offered a plate with the intention of eating inside, shut the lights off on us and sat at the table next to me and starred until I got up and left. It was 30 mins till they closed and I understand about getting customers out but that is rude for that time frame.

We visit this location once every month or two for lunch. My husband has received petrified looking hot dogs at this location more than once in the past. Ice cream meets expectations of DQ. Ice cream cupcakes (individual sized DQ ice cream cakes) are pretty unique and a great idea at this location.

Friendly place to eat they did not care how the firefighters of Virginia is or West Virginia they give police officers and rescue squad in uniform discounts but dont give volunteer firefighters discounts a volunteer firefighter does not wear uniforms all the time he carries his badge or cars that identification with him sorry if Im not guessing that anybody mad for this but I just think its a disgrace to the volunteers

Coupon on app says any location and the owners of the establishment says no coupons to be able to be used on the day of labor day when the free blizzards were to be able to receive...Even though I redeemed my coupon and showed it to cashier no way to receive the coupon back bc the owners chose not to use coupons on the day they was free

Its a good place to eat. But a little crowded on seating.

We live closer to this Dairy Queen, but make a special trip to the Dairy Queen in Bluefield WV on Cumberland Road. There is no indoor seating at this location nor restrooms. The drive thru is backwards and very hard to get to from the street and there is virtually no customer parking. Both times we have been there, our orders were wrong and/or incomplete. Also, the hamburgers tasted frozen and the portions were tiny. Want a REAL DQ experience??? Go a little further to the Dairy Queen on Cumberland Road in Bluefield WV!

Ice cream is the bomb but they dont serve blizzards upside down

I got a small cookie dough blizzard and it was pretty dope. We went and sat at the gazebo because the inside and outside was packed!
