Very upset after leaving this location today. I purchased a very expensive vacuum cleaner less than a month ago. Unfortunately it does not work for the heavy amount of vacuuming my pets require. I do not have the receipt, I did not think it would be an issue like I was informed by the store when purchasing because I had the card I purchased it on and did not want to return it I wanted to exchange it for a different vacuum(A much more expensive vacuum). After scanning my card several times they informed me that this was not the card that purchased the vacuum and refused to exchange the vacuum for me. I then provide them with the bank statement showing them that I purchased a vacuum on that card and that’s when they got rude and started taking other customers in front of me. Literally pointed to a guest in the checkout line not the customer service line and waved her over then forced me aside. The manager walked up with the same answer that there’s nothing he can do because I don’t have the card. So now I am stuck with a $300 vacuum cleaner that does not work and I now have to purchase another vacuum cleaner. I spend thousands of dollars at this location a year, registered here for my wedding. Didn’t get so much of an ounce of respect for customer service. Manager wouldn’t even work with me. I wanted to buy a more expensive vacuum in exchange for this one which I very obviously bought at the store three weeks ago…it hasn’t even been a month. This is completely ridiculous that I now have to put this $300 vacuum cleaner in my closet and buy another one. I will never shop here again.

Went in to buy some goods for my son who just transferred to FAU. We didnt know much about the student discount and how it worked. Staff was very helpful and patient.

They were super helpful to her even speaking Spanish and she was amazed with how they provided their costumer service. Great Boca Raton FL location. Justoff I-95. Located near many other stores, shops and restaurants.Very well organized and managed outlet. Helpful staff and large selection. Bedroom, bathroom and Kitchen along with many other useful items for the family.

Bed Bath & Beyond attracts me for the products, but the prices make come back again and again! Every season and occasion I find what I need. If I really need the product, I have the opportunity to buy it at the original price with a 20% discount, or (what I frequently do), I visit the store at the end of the seasson and, get what Im sure will be needed the following year, at reduced prices plus other discounts making the prices so accessible that otherwise I would not be able to buy and enjoy.

You can find many things here, customer services is great. The store is clean and very organized. Employees constantly are fixing, straighten things. But some stuff are overpriced such as pictures frames or pillows that dont have price tags.

I didnt actually go when Google said I went but I have been here before. Its a bit cramped since it looks half warehouse and half retail store in a small space. It cam also get crowded depending on the day / time. Other than that, I enjoy browsing through if only to look at things I could never have afforded.

Bed Bath & Beyond will probably be one of the worlds leading Innovative stores when it comes to introducing and presenting entrepreneurs with new inventions products and services. Ive never been here too often but the few times I have I have learned and notice new ways of furnishing hygiene and maintenance.

They used to have a decent return policy but now they are not anymore. Another good example of why e-commerce is gaining year over year to brick and mortar.

They do not carry full stock.No Pur Water Pitchers, low/no stock on Fitbit Alta HR, no pet products...the three things I hoped to buy at their store today.I will have to order these things through the store and pick up there if I want them and do not want to pay shipping. Also, ordering BBB products online sometimes prevents the 20% off coupon use.Nice towel selection, and found a small bathroom storage etegere for a good price and used coupon.Internet said they had Pur pitcher products. You may not find what you expect. Call ahead so you are sure your products are available.

Im not liking these stores anymore. They shrunk but they still have too many unnecessary stuff. I think their buying team needs to take a whole different approach on goods n merchandising. All Bath n Beyond stores r so unattractive. I usually go there in Denver n BocavRaton w/the intention to shop but usually get out empty handed. Either what i need is not available but million other chackas r there or it is available but too expensive n i end up not buying it. BBs r not the kind of pleasant stores that one will hang around n end up buying something.

Or Sometimes I Check Out the Bath Towels in the Towel Section. I Always Find Something New and Interesting to Buy. They always have What Im Looking For. And, that Makes my Day More Interesting. And, There is Always Someone There to Help u in Finding u What You Need to Find in that Moment in Time.
