Really fast tire chance! Literally showed up to change 1 tire and i was out in 15 minutes! Pat helped me have a quick and reliable experience!

Went for oil change. They called me a few hours later saying my coolant was low in my transmission and my battery was leaking acid and explained itd be about $90 to refill coolant and $25 to fix battery. I agreed. Right when I get my truck back my A/C is blowing at full speed and I cant control it and the coolant is leaking under my truck. Brought it back because my engine is overheating now but itd be $1300 to fix including A/C. A few days later and another engine light is on. Completely screwed up my car. I wasnt having those issues before and I definitely wont be going back there

They are incredibly helpful and care about customer service. If you live in Boca or Delray, this is the place to go.

Made an appointment online for 12 P.M. for an oil change and website said it would be done by 1. Got there and gave them the keys and they say it will be done by 1:30. I give them the benefit of the doubt because sometimes websites can be wrong or maybe they had someone call out sick. I have to wait in the office since this is my only vehicle. By 2 P.M. I was still waiting on my truck and they hadnt even brought it into the garage yet. During my wait time I watched multiple people walk into the office and no one came to help them. I got my keys back and left. This Tire Kingdom clearly does not value its customers or their time. To wait 2 hours without my truck ever getting into the garage is ridiculous. I suggest people spend their money elsewhere at a place that actually cares about their customers.

Zero help…just bought $1,800 worth of tires from tire Kingdom (not to mention I have always bought my family tires from TK).. Out of town and got a flat so limped to this store. Needed to get home but was told they would not help without an appointment and all booked. “Come back in a day or two or call AAA and have them plug it.” Sent me on my way so buying a pump and will try to make home. Thanks Tire Kingdom. Great service.

I have purchased tires, battery, and service calls here. They are very thorugh in explaining what you need. The customer service is exceptional! Moe is great to work with always calls back and gives update. This is a very good tire kingdom with great staff and they truly care about making the customer happy.

Brought my car in for new tires, brakes and rotors. Two months after install the brakes starting squeaking. Brought the car in and was told to make an appointment. When I arrived for my appointment was told they would not be able to look at the issue. Rescheduled the appointment. Showed up for my rescheduled appointment at 8( my appointment time) and car was not inspected until 10. They showed little respect for my time. Tires and brakes seem to be fine.

This was almost a 1 or 2 star review had it not been for my man Jonathan at the front desk. I watched this guy juggle answering phones, dealing with unhappy people, answering questions, dealing with haggling, trying to explain to people who dont want to listen...and he does it all with a zen calmness that is honestly admirable. I am not this patient, and I dont know many who are. Why would anyone want to give this guy a hard time?My story:After getting quoted for tire install and an alignment, I left my car in his care while I went on vacation. A couple hours later I received an email requesting me to approve additional charges. I called tire kingdom immediately. The guy (NOT Jonathan) who picked up my call was not zen, nor very helpful. I explained that I was already quoted and I had approved a price roughly half of what they were now saying the cost would be.The man offered no explanation, other than something along the lines of this is what we charge. So I told him Im not authorizing the work and to just leave my car alone. He told me too bad, the work was already done. I laughed and told him that sounds a lot like a Tire Kingdom problem, not a my wallet problem, and since I did not approve or sign anything that I wouldnt pay. Id talk to Jonathan when I got back in town to pick up my ride. There was no use arguing with the guy, who seemed a little too eager to continue arguing. I got off the phone wondering what his deal was. He must need a hug.When I go to pick up my vehicle I was prepared for an argument. Luckily Jonathan was working. I calmly explained what happened, and he remembered me and admitted right away that wasnt what he quoted me. He applied the appropriate cost and all was well. Apparently the other guy wanted to charge me for a premium alignment (whatever that means) and Jonathan corrected that. The price was fair, more along the lines of what was on the initial quote, and I had no problem paying it.If it werent for Jonathan, Id never consider another Tire Kingdom again. Instead, here I am leaving a 5 star review, which is fair considering the work was done fast, and the price ended up being fair.And Jonathan is a rock star employee.Great save, dude!

Made appt online as no one answers the phone. Brought car in at 11am on Saturday. This car is a lease. Never heard back from anyone. I called an hour before closing to be told the guy I was dealing with (Mike) couldn’t get repairs approved by lease company so he just left for the weekend. I find that to be horrible customer service. He didn’t call me once after I dropped the car off. He should’ve said he’s having trouble with the lease company. He should’ve told me that he will be keeping the car over the weekend. He should’ve given his customer an update. Ironically the last thing I said to Mike was to call me of he has any trouble. Nope. No phone call. Mike has lost my business and I will find a better vendor.Beware of Mike. Mike is not very good at his job.

This Place did an Awesome Job on installing my New Tires, Wheel Alignment and an Oil Change on my Jaguar XJ Super V8! Mike was a Big Help and I will definitely be coming back here again for future Services! Thanks

Came in to get new wheels and spacers mounted. Johnathan and the team were absolutely incredible. While waiting in the waiting area I observed an elderly woman who brought her car in for service, she was planning on walking home since she lived around the block when it started to rain. Johnathan got an umbrella and had one of the staff members drive her home so she didn’t have to walk home in the rain. Absolutely top notch service that you don’t find too often these days.

I had to pull into this location quickly because my tire had a bubble in it. Jonathan and the team took over and got the new tire so I could make it to my meeting on time. Also, worth noting, they have a great attitude!

First time visiting this location and I have to say, absolutely fantastic service from Jonathan, CJ, and Moe. I have been to a couple of shops in my lifetime, and never have I been met with such friendly and outstanding service. Its rare to meet such competent and knowledgeable mechanics.They ensured my car was street ready and everything was to accurate spec, you can expect me to revisit them soon!

I stopped in yesterday had a brake issue going on with my company vehicle and upon inspection they found a coolant leak a and we were able to get it fixed before it became a major issue. Moe and Austin made sure I was taken care of and kept me in the loop beginning to finish. Very knowledgeable and kind. Hope not to be back for a while but if so these are going to be the guys I will deal with.

I just left Tire Kingdom and was assisted by Jonathan at the front. The service was excellent and although they could not repair my tire due to the location of the screw, they charged me nothing. They put my spare tire on for me and assisted me on how to find a new tire. All around great service.

The people at this location were very accommodating and helpful and worked with me to get into a set of tires I could afford. They got me in and out in a very rapid manner. Thank you for all your hard work!

1 PM appt for oil change on a Thursday. Made me wait 20 minutes just to drop off keys. At 5:15 they hadn’t touched it and told me I’d be next like they told a guy I’d seen at 1 who dropped off his car at 11 with an appointment. Unacceptable lack of service. Too bad I can’t give zero stars. Look elsewhere.

I was told to realign Wheels after new tires are installed although alignment felt normal.When the technician was through, my car now veers to the right and steering wheel is crooked. When I asked for a re-do, I was made to wait 2 hours and my car had yet to be taken back. I left.

I’ve been a loyal customer of tire kingdom for many years. However not every location is the same the standard of customer service is typically extremely consistent. However, Jonathan and his shop team here at the boca location (199 NW 1st Ave.), truly went above and beyond. I couldn’t be happier with the service and would highly recommend this location over any other tire shop in the area by a long shot.

I had a leak in my tire and I came in an hour before I had to go into work. Jonathan, Samuel and Danny accommodated me with quick service and made sure I made it into work on time. I definitely will be returning.

THEY LOST MY KEYS!!! Horrible service. Called and made an appointment for a simple oil change. Workers hanging out in the back office, nobody up front for minutes upon arrival. Was told half hour wait max...waited an hour w/ car not touch to then be told THEY LOST MY KEY! Five hours later there’s a locksmith re-keying my car. At no point has anyone even said “sorry” they are just carrying on as if it’s par for the course.

Customer service is HORRIBLE!! Jonathan the manager will tell you 45min and you will sit there for 3hrs. Sam the assistant manager will sit on his phone in the back office will customers are waiting in the lobby. No one is managing the employees as they all talk to each other. I guess thats the mentality of an hourly employee. Would NEVER recommend anyone go here for any service. 1 star is rated too highly for this team!

Arrived into town after a 4 hour drive, checked in the hotel only to find that I had a flat tire, dropping by the minute! So I ran to the nearest place to fix the tire. They said they had other people in front of me and that they were closing soon and couldnt take me and to bring it back the next morning.After explaining that I had major surgery the next morning, they said oh well I dont know what to tell you...we are closing soon. You can leave your car here and we can eventually get to it sometime tomorrow.I wasnt asking them to drop everything for me - I was willing to wait to have the tire repaired. But, they were unwilling to help me in an urgent situation. That is NOT how a business should be run. By the way - Firestone right around the corner did the same thing! But not Mavis on NW 28th! When I had called, they asked, how soon can I get there, they will be waiting!

I’ve been to this location many times for an oil change. The manager is very friendly and as a whole they never fail to go above and beyond in terms of letting me know what is best got my car.

If there was a 0 star that’s what I would rate this place. I had 2 tires replaced and the sensor light has been on ever since. I immediately took it back and received an excuse that it takes driving around for 15 minutes. This was not the case. I went back a couple days later and was told to bring it in first thing Monday morning. I did this only to find the store closed. Took it in this morning and told them I need the car back by 3. To no avail nothing was done. No manager on duty and no one knows the corporate phone number. This is unacceptable. How do you run a business without management or anyone who knows anything?? I will send tire kingdom the bill when I have to go elsewhere to get this done. Will not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away!!

I came in to fix a flat tire before heading home for a road trip & I had an amazing experience. Not only were they fast, but all the guys in the office were very personable and friendly. I had my dog with me and they let her roam around and all soon became the best of friends with her.If you need a fix go to this tire kingdom and ask for Bryce or Jonathan, but if they aren’t available I’m sure one of the other guys are just as awesome!

I usually panick at the mechanic shop because prices are always so high but not here I felt comfortable and safe in this shops hands! I initially arrived at Tire Kingdom just to ask a question in regard to a TPMS error message on my dashboard. I worked with Joe, a very friendly and helpful staff member who took his time to listen to my frustrations and concerns and then offer his suggestions. He went out of his way to look further into what he could do to efficiently and effectively help detect my tire problem. After taking the time discussing my options, I returned 2 days later to have both rear tires replaced. The job was done quick, my vehicle was returned to me clean, and the cost was more than fair. I was extremely impressed with my overall experience with both the staff and the work completed on my car. Thank you to each gentleman from check-in to check-out that made this experience both pleasant and efficient, you guys rock!

I was stuck in the driveway with a flat. Called Tire Kingdom and Moe answered, went and picked up my tires from another TK and called me back in 30 minutes. Tires changed within 1 1/2 hours from finding the flat to back on the road. Fantastic!

I purchased 4 tires here and had them mount and balanced. They were not put on correctly and they wanted to charge me $240 to have them RE-mounted and balanced. Won’t come here again because they don’t take responsibility for doing a job incorrectly

I will not take my vehicle to any other location - Jonathan and his team are the best of the best. Each time I have gone here for a tire issue (unfortunately, have had a few) they have provided outstanding service.

Always one issue or another. Computer problems mostly. Prices are ok as looking as you dont let them up-sell you.

Will not return. This used to be a Good Year that was fair, quick and friendly. I needed a simple tire patch, they charged me $65 for a tire on warranty. Felt they took advantage because it was a Sunday and there werent any other places open. There are plenty of mom and pop places that are much better service and price.

The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they are willing to negotiate prices and help you where they can. They have flexible hours and do great work. Definitely recommend Tire Kingdom, family company Florida Procare has been coming to them for years.

They asked me to bring the car at 8 am so that it would be ready before noon. Im here to pick up at 1.30 PM and they havent even start working on it telling me it will take 1.5 hours to change and align 4 tires!! My deceased grandma can put on the tires faster. Go look for another shop if your time is valuable

Like any tire shop, this one is out for a profit. It was well maintained with a comfortable waiting room and a short service time, the team leader who was operating the register clearly didnt want to be there. Even though the customer service wasnt great and even though their deals were really just ways to make tons more money, the work on the car was perfect. I wish the deals they advertised would express the conditions that apply and that the team leader expressed some more interest in his job.

Norman and Samuel offered excellent customer service and did all they could to correct an issue with my truck. In the end, it came down to not having the equipment they needed to get the job done. Not their fault, whoever oversees this location needs to give them what they need to do their job. Otherwise these guys get 5 stars. Great job Norman and Samuel.

Not happy with hidden chargesI was quoted $89.00 for alignment and $25.00 for tire rotationwhen i went home i noticed $11.50 shop fee this is something newfor me I never had this in the past from now on i will use a business that is not going to have charges like shop feethe shop fee is incorporated in the services that they render

Scheduled service for an oil change and tire rotation. The manager inspected my truck and gave me a quote. After waiting for two hours they tell me my truck is done. I notice the tires have not been rotated and asked why. They became very agitated and dismissive. I had an appointment, the store manager inspected and wrote the ticket and after two hours for an oil change, they say their lift is not big enough for the tire rotation. Funny thing is, I bought the tires at the Deerfield tire kingdom. Never again. Stay away if your time and vehicle is important to you.

I stopped by to dispose of the oil I had from an oil change that I did at home myself. Most garages accept oil so that it is properly disposed of. I even offered to pay them (recognizing that they are in business to perform oil and filter changes rather than dispose of oil brought by i customer who did it on their own and even offered to pay), but they would not accept it. I had previously brought another car there a month ago to rotate tires and was planning on buying tires from them, but glad I went back today and glad they turned me away. They do not even have a Hunter tire balancing machine that measures road force variation which is practically a must these days with lower profile tires.

It feels like they were trying to sell me a tire. I went twice to fix flat and they gave me different reasons for not being able to fix. They claimed I needed a new tire.

I looove this Tire Kingdom!! The entire staff is very kind and SO helpful!!! Vito was the one that took care of me. He explained everything to me in detail to make sure I understood what I was paying for. So worth it! I never felt like they were taking advantage of me or making me feel stupid like some other car places. My tires are the best and the car is running perfectly and I couldn’t be happier!!!!☺️
