Great experience. Came in thinking I needed new brakes all around on my BMW but they gave me an honest assessment and only needed the brake fluid replaced. Really appreciate the honesty! These guys are super friendly. I have a baby called on a Saturday afternoon and these guys took me in ASAP. Finished the job in a couple minutes. Charge me $30 bucks very reasonable compared to the $250 I was charged for the same thing in New York a couple months back at my dealership . Highly recommend great group and will be back!

I just moved to the area from New York and passed this nice looking shop on the street a couple times and needed an oil change so I figured I’d give it a shot and I couldn’t have found a better place. These guys have a great deal only $50 for a Mobil 1 full synthetic oil change and they do it with a smile unlike a lot of other places. They also called to let me know about some extra maintenance that could be done while my car was there and although I had to decline they weren’t pushy like a lot of other places can be. Great experience I’ll definitely be using them in the future.

Great place to take your car to! They went above and beyond for my car! The customer service was exceptional!! Went in for alternator and battery and it was done well, my ac also didnt work and after I picked up my car it now works! I have a young child so I was very much appreciative especially with the AC unit! I would definitely recommend this place for sure!!!

My daughter recently relocated to the area from out of state. They were so helpful in getting her car back on the road fast! They went out of their way and gave her a ride to work when she dropped her car off and picked her up when it was done. I highly recommend them!!!

They are very professional and really care about there customers going the extra mile. My daughter had a flat tire and stopped by just to see if they can put air in the tire so she could make it home. Without asking they offered to take the tire off to see if it was fixable, and since it wasn’t they put on the spare tire free of charge. I am forever grateful for there services so my 17 year old daughter can now get home safe. It’s not everyday you see kindhearted people like this that really care willing to go above and beyond without it being about the $$$. I still am in disbelief how truly amazing they were. What ever negative stigmas you might have about car mechanics, leave them at the door. These guys are top quality professionals who will be 100% transparent and honest about anything you bring them.They helped me over a period of several weeks to look over and talk about different used, luxury sport cars that I wanted advice on. Whether it was inspecting the car in person or talking about a Carfax over the phone, I felt they were completely through and very insightful. Combined with the more then fair service they provided, I have no doubt Ill be a returning customer for a long time.

So I needed the trunk lock fixed on a ML 350, and I gave them a call. They were able to help me fast! I got an appt dropped my car, they let me know within a couple hours what the issue was and that they could resolve it and by the end of the day I had my suv fixed at a good price!! Really nice guys!

I had an employees truck break a coolant hose about a mile from this shop. Thank goodness this was the closest shop! They were able to jump on repairing my truck first thing in the morning. They called me and told me exactly what was wrong (I knew ahead of time what broke and wanted to see what they said). No upselling or telling me something different, they were honest and quoted me a fair price for the repairs. If their shop was closer to my business, theyd be my go-to for all repairs! If youre in the area and need a reliable and honest shop for auto repairs, look no further than this company!

My husband and I went on Thursday to the dealer and were told we needed 2000 worth of work. We took the car for a second opinion to world class auto and they said we only needed 1254$ worth of repairs. They did a great job and were extremely nice. I had an engine light come on in my truck. I took it to meineke first, they told me it was the turbo charger and would run me about 1650 to replace it, I then went to world class auto and they diagnosed it properly indicating it was parts related to the turbo charger but not the turbo charger itself. If they weren’t honest they could have sold me for both. They were both honest and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy car repair shop.

The most horrendous and dishonest place you can take your car! Beware of complete scammers. This company systematically removes negative reviews on google by claiming we aren’t their customers yet I have proof my car was in their shop! They lied and said they fixed the bumper when they didn’t. They did an awful job on a paint job and didn’t match the paint right. They then charged an extra $575 for a newly diagnosed issue that wasn’t there and another $350 in cash only payment for storage fees of the car. Absolute crooks. The sheriff of Boca raton has had 4 complains this month about this company.

The service performed was extensive and professionally proficient. Cost was extremely reasonable and all mechanical issues were addressed and rectified. If you need professional vehicle service and honesty this is where you find it.

I will never go back to the Jaguar dealer and neither should anyone who isn’t under a lease or dealer service deal. They got me in immediately versus a week out for the dealer and got my car back in a day-usually a week for the dealer. They fixed problems the dealer said couldn’t be fixed and best of all, priced way less than what I would have paid. Great guys and incredible service.

I took the car in for service.. After holding my car for two days without informing me that it would taken two days to replace brake pads and a regular oil change with engine,cabin filter and drive belt ... I was already disappointed for the lack of communication to inform me that my car will not be ready for pick up the day I brought it in.. However after picking up the car the next day I decided to drive it for a few hours just to work in the breaks I discovered that the check engine light was Illuminated the car started shutting off at every stop light I approach. I the took car back to World Class immediately .. Picked it up the next day. (Repair done was) a broken Vacuum Hose. At which I paid cost for parts not labor.. The next day I notice the most important feature of the car was no longer working...Which is The STOP/START. This was working fine when I brought the car in for repair the first and second time. My wife took it in the next day for the third time so they could turn back on that feature. After several attempts were made by tech he told my wife she would have to leave the car for him to troubleshoot the issue. She went inside to ask Terry what is it that she needs to do to leave the car? Is there a paper she needs to sign? and that they need to resolve this issue because it was working perfectly fine when it was brought in.They were not happy and both guys at the front desk which include Terry the one that wrote up my ticket in the beginning gang up on her. My wife had to walk away and step outside to call me up to come and handle it. As a woman she feels they didnt want to hear what she had to say. She told me they would not allow her to speak they week speaking while she was. They were arguing with her and accusing her of blaming them. Knowing that this is something they had bypass and could not fix in order to get the car to stop shutting off ON THAT SECOND VISIT.They were very rude and insulting to my wife.. They told her the car was old and that it was going to cost her $270.00+ for diagnostic on top of what was spent already. My wife was right! When I got there, their tone and attitude was different. I Asked them kindly to please put the feature back. They said yes they will. They had the car for that whole day again. If I did not call twice, my car would have been there all week end. They had promised that they only needed two hours. Four hours tops to resolve the issue.. They did not. They quote me a a new price and how much it would cost to fixed this issue that they had created. Terry told me over the phone there is no way they were going to fixed it at their expense. In the end He told me to take the car to the dealer so I asked him to please put my car together and I went and got it. I gave Him a piece of my mind and left. lesson learn. Next time I will take it to the pro.. THE DEALER. This is the worst service experience I have ever had These guys or not professional at all. They created more issue to my car that was in excellent condition. They only create problems for you to pay... Nightmare.. dont go there..Happy I did not take my Range Rover in

Arend and the whole crew at World Class Auto Repair are professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. My fuel pump on my 2011 Jaguar XJ gave out on me. Arend and his team diagnosed and fixed the problem within 2 days of dropping it off. Very efficient and very reasonably priced. I was so impressed by their work I brought three other vehicles to get serviced. My son has a 2007 Dodge Charger SRT WIDE BODY which has been giving him some issues of late and World Class Auto corrected all of them expeditiously. My other son has 2008 GMC Sierra on a 12” lift kit and has been misdiagnosed by three other companies including GMC!! Two companies said it was the transmission $3500-$4200!One company told us it was the engine seals. Arend took a few days diagnosing and pulling the engine a part (at no hourly cost to me) and fixed the issue in a matter of days (it was the vacuum system). $1200...that’s 1/3 of the price The other guys quoted and the transmission wasn’t even the issue!!Again knowledgeable and efficient two things I admire when dealing with anyone. These people at Wold Class Auto are a God sent. It’s so hard these days to find a great mechanic who is trustworthy and competent. I will be bringing all my vehicles to Arend and his team for years to come. They treat people right and make you feel like family! I love these guys!!

Did a great job on my brakes my new go to place

Before I say the negative things to say. These people are very nice. Especially at the front desk. But. They did try to scam me. I brought in my car for a realignment. I know my cars and ik what needs to be fixed. I dropped off my car and I get a call to come back cause it has more problems. Now I know there is only one other problem than my alignment, and that’s my brake fluid leak. They didn’t even mention it. The said my struts were about to break. So I said ok did you fix the alignment, they said it wasn’t an issue. I took my car to a friend and put it on a lift, the only problem was my alignment. The struts are in perfect condition. Be careful when bringing ur car there. Know what u need done.Other than that. It’s a really nice place. They were super nice and understanding. I just don’t want other people getting scammed and wasting money.They had a really nice waiting area with good drinks and coffee. Super nice front desk workers.

I brougtvmy car in for service and I am the happiest customer ever! After bringing my car to a shop five minutes near my home because of Covid I had to repeatedly go back because my engine light kept coming on and each time I went back to this other garage there were more problems which cost me thousands and thousands of dollars I looked up Google reviews after a neighbor told me I must take my car to World class auto when I got there Jeff the owner brought me right home and told me he would call me as soon as they find out what the problem is that they had to run a computer check . Jeff called me a couple hours later and told me it was a vacuum leak in the engine and My BMW computer needed to be updated and my car has been running beautifully I recently went back for an oil change which I made an appointment was out in less than 1 hour. Excellent group of guys, answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable as a woman who doesnt know much about my vehicle. I never felt like anything went over my head or they were over charging me. This is THE place to take your car in the area.

They did a diagnosis for 82$ which i find kind of a bit much to just look at a car i offered to pay upfront or know the cost before they looked at anything and they said well let you know when you get back. Im not upset at that as i do feel its a bit much but im upset at the fact they tried charging me 550$ to install a new engine mount, and 525$ to install one new coil pack .

Mercedes dealership wanted to charge me an exorbitant amount of money to replace one tire due to a nail. So I brought my car to world class auto. As a female and not knowing much in the auto business I hoped world class auto would be straight up with me, and not overcharge me for things I didn’t need. Not only did I not need a new tire, a simple patch was all I needed. I saved so much money. I will never go anywhere other than world class auto for my car repairs. Real people with real prices. Great experience! Was on vacay with family for Thanksgiving and discovered an oil leak. Not good. Thankfully the team at World Class Auto Repair was able to fix the gasket blowout in one day. So happy we found this place. Arend was extremely knowledgeable about our car, not easy to find for a 2004 Porsche 911 Turbo. They were able to diagnose and fix not only factory part replacements, but after-market modifications such as coil-over suspension. The car is running excellent and there was a real attention to the safety of the car.

Im particular on where I have my cars serviced. I was tired of the inflated prices of the dealer so I searched for Porsche service and came up with the Grand Opening of “WORLD CLASS AUTO REPAIR”. I called and spoke with Jeff who turned out to be the owner. I set up an appointment and my car was taken on time. I was impressed with the quality of work done. Honest, reliable staff and without question reasonable prices. This shop has an extensive crew of certified mechanics and technicians. Dont hesitate to trust your car with them!

Its hard to find an honest car repair place, but this is it World Class, Jeff and his staff go above and beyond for their customers, and you feel like they are looking out for your interests and safety, all the time. This business is Awesome they really treated me like i was a family member,my car needed a major repair i took it the dealer first and they tried to brake the bank with me telling i needed all these unnecessary repairs so i couldnt afford the repair so i was referred by a business partner to go try WORLD CLASS AUTO REPAIR this place was under new ownership it use to be European auto repair and World Class fits the name they gave me an estimate that was half the price what the dealer told me my car was done in two days and they Detailed my whole car before i picked it up and my car drives like i just purchased it and Im just happy I took my car to World Class Auto.

We took our Q60 to the guys when the check engine light came on. A quick diagnostic and it turns out to be a loose seal around the gas cap that is causing a slight vapor lock. They fix it and send us on our way at no charge. I think that says a lot about these guys.Peace and Love and Trust!
