Great selection of pool supply and plumbing products, but its impossible to find even when you get directions from the receptionist. Make sure to look for an ally with an entrance so small behind the Tecca Plaza. Its behind the Mobil Gas station before you get to West Dixie light going East.

Very difficult to find. Hidden with no signs. Went to replace my shower handle. People were very nice but they misidentified my trim and valve and sold me the wrong handle. The handle was also twice the price that Amazon sold it for. Not worth the trip to return it.

I was going to get my bathroom cabinets at Home Depot but was worried about the quality after reading all the bad reviews online. I ended up getting these awesome vanities at Fergusons and I couldnt be happier with the quality. Ask for Ron, he helped me get everything organized for my new bathroom. He is a modern bathroom genius!

I’ve been to several Ferguson’s in south Florida. This is Hands down the best store!! The staff gets the job done. They don’t keep clients waiting forever like other stores. I’ll make the extra drive just to visit this store.

Went there this morning for the first time. Arrogant rude employees. Home depot has more parts for less money. The shower valve and trim was almost double the cost of home depot. Makes no sense! Ill never go back!

Just bought a couple of Sloan replacement parts and got no receipt because the printer was not working... What happened to manual receipts? The desk guy just said there is nothing I can do . A big company like Ferguson dont have a contingency plan for this situation?

I called Ferguson to see about a replacement part and was told they had it in their warehouse but not the showroom. But when I drove to the store to order the part a rude employee told me they don’t carry that part without checking.. So It seems if it’s not an expensive sale the store manager/employee didn’t care to be helpful. I’ll do business elsewhere.

Went here at the urging of the folks at home Depot and Lowes. They had all the plumbing parts I needed to do my dyi repais. Staff was extremely helpful.

Usually out of parts that you need even though they say the computer says we have 20. Location is atrocious and the cashiers always seem like you just woke them up from a dream with carmen electra and are mad that it was just a dream.
