New to Florida/New York living, this store’s Customer Service is a dream come true! I called from my home in New York and was lucky enough to speak with Lori. She listened and I literally shopped using her experience and dedication to her craft! She was ALWAYS there for even my dumbest questions. True customer service does not exist anymore but here it does! This is why We are going back for another mattress! Highly recommend city mattress in Boca!!

I hate the mattress I bought from this store. Purchased early this year, I tried to return it but COVID happened and they were closed for a bit. I called another store that was open who said they would honor the comfort guarantee once they opened. I called after some time and was told someone can only come to inspect the mattress Mon-Fri during normal business hours. Since Im working during those times I could never have anyone come out and am stuck with this. Will never go to a City Mattress again.

First browsed at West Boca location, where I had a negative experience because of a snooty sales person. Made second trip to East Boca location, where I had an outstanding experience working with sales person Lori Bennett. Lori was knowledgeable, patient and personable. She asked all the right questions and guided me to the type of mattress she thought best for me within my budget. There was an issue with the initial mattress delivered. Lori handled the problem with the utmost efficiency and understanding, to ensure I was satisfied with a second mattress. Plus, I love my new City Mattress-brand mattress!

The East Boca city mattress location has an outstanding selection of mattresses. What really separates this store from other mattress companies in the area is the outstanding staff and customer service.Lori is a seasoned sales person who is been with the company for many years. She is knowledgeable, affable, patient and not aggressive. I would definitely recommend that you ask for her assistance if you visit the store.The store manager, Pedro, is a real gem. He has worked in the mattresses industry for many years and possesses a wealth of information. Went to City Mattress in East Boca Raton to look for organic mattresses for my kids. The selection was incredible (they had everything from hand made mattresses with high ticket prices to brands that everyone knows). We got great advice from Pedro, the store manager, which was very helpful in making our decision. After doing a lot of research ahead of time I was happy to find City Mattress had a great selection and that I could find something special at a reasonable price. We spent a good amount of time trying different beds and understanding the differences. My kids felt welcomed and they were happy to try out beds and help make a decision. Thank you Pedro for helping us with this process, we werent sure we would find what we were looking for before finding your store. Thank you City Mattress for having alternatives to what everyone else has! We found a bed that has the natural requirements that are important to us. Well be back to use Pedro again!

The whole experience was hassle-free. Anthony was our salesman and he did a fantastic job answering all our questions, recommending mattresses based on our criteria, and patiently allowing us to try out several different types.Anthony was a pleasure to deal with - funny, patient and knowledgable. My wife and I had never gone mattress shopping before, and we actually enjoyed our time spent joking around with him while we went around from mattress to mattress. We were made to feel right at home in the showroom.

There are a lot of styles and firmness types of mattresses out there and a good salesperson can really help you sort everything out. My wife and I were fortunate to have an outstanding salesperson whose name is Megan.We were looking for an adjustable bed, the type that lets you raise the head and foot portions. We initially thought because of price we would be getting a single bed adjustable but Megan provided us with the option of having two king size singles with only one side adjustable. Her knowledge base helped us get a great mattress for each side and some great pillows. She gave us a great deal too.Wed give Megan six stars if we could.

We were going to shop around for a mattress, but when we visited City Mattress, in Boca Raton, we knew we had arrived. We were lucky enough to get Lori Bennett as our sales person and she spent time with us showing us all of the products that met our requirements. We chose our mattress on a Saturday and it was delivered at 11:30 AM on Monday morning. The delivery crew were very careful and very friendly and the job was complete in less than 30 minutes. What a great experience this was.

First time in my life buying a brand new bed. I had visited other places trying to narrow down the contenders and came to City Mattress. I was greeted by Robert, who was friendly and filled with information that I had not considered before, who showed us several models of beds within my price range and firmness range.There was no pushy sales gimmick, no pressure at all. We purchased close to 2 weeks later and during that time, had more questions and Robert was absolutely awesome in answering every one of them (he had told me to call with any questions!).What my purchase decision boiled down to was that the bed I wanted was at City Mattress, but so was the customer service, which is huge for me. They like to build a relationship with the customer.

I cant even say enough wonderful things about Pedro Guerrero. The knowledge he has is unbelievable. I never felt more confident in this decision Ive made. He is very helpful and friendly. Megan Gregg was the sales rep that worked with us at the East Boca store. We came in because my Simmons beautyrest had a 10 year warranty and broke down after a year and a half. We were given a store credit and even though she could have sold us on a more expensive mattress, she found us a mattress that actually fit the store credit price exactly and oddly enough, happened to be the same mattress we have in our guest bedroom. Megan and City Mattress exceeded my expectations and my familys. We will be City Mattress customers for life and will always request Megan for our future bedding needs.
