Excelent staff! Excelat The Cosmetology Department. They wasted my time asking for papers I didn’t needed for the course until I lost my place for the course. They never pick up the phone. They don’t care about the students. I don’t see why PBSC is working with such people while doesn’t serve the reputation of the college! Shame!

The people who work in the store are generally very polite and kind, but if you need anything more specific, avoid the manager. She screams and is very unnecessarily rude. If you are going to return a product, then do your best to return it as soon as possible, even if you have a notice on your receipt that you have 30 days to do so. She will try to explain to you how you bought the product, even when she was not there on the day of purchase. Also avoid buying any products that are OPEN OR WITHOUT PACKAGE because they will try to convince you that you opened it and that no employee would ever open the package in front of you. Situation that has already happened to me.

Overall everything is great but the manager is unbearable to work with and very rude. Terrible mannerism and she looks as if she doesn’t want to be there. I usually don’t write reviews but just stay away from the manager if you can.

They need a better system.. it seems broken and students dont know how to properly use the register it seems.

NEVER rent books at this store. They do not take them back. Moreover, it’s impossible to reach a manager to solve this problem. You will pay full price for old used book.
