I had no idea that we had such an amazing cigar store right in our neighborhood. Its located where the old club Boca used to be, at the corner of jog and palmetto Park road inside the national Bank building. This place has the largest selection of cigars in stock that I have seen anywhere in the area. The owner and the rest of the team are extremely knowledgeable and I was surprised to find limited production cigars in abundance here. In addition theyre about to open a new lounge with indoor and outdoor spaces, a bar, ping pong and pool tables and lockers for storing your cigars. I highly recommend this store and the owner has told me that they offer delivery in the local area as well.

I just got some excellent cigars yesterday, and this place has everything! They treat you like family and have some good recommendations in case you want to try something new. There was so much variety that I felt like a kid in a candy store, so many options; you could spend the whole day in there and still find brands you havent even heard of before. Also, the people who work there have the best recommendations and deliver quite an exceptional customer service.

Impressive cigar retailer. Ive made of point of visiting cigar lounges + stores in almost every place Ive visited in the world. This is without question the best selection Ive encountered for rare/difficult to find boxes, with extremely competitive pricing and personalized service. A must visit for cigar enthusiasts and Brothers of the Leaf. Chrysti also gave me a tour of the soon to be completed lounge space, which will offer large seating areas inside and outside, TVs, comfortable leather chairs and of course a bar. Cant wait to come back once its completed. They also ship! A true gem.

This place is Boca’s best kept secret. A very large selection to choose from. You can get singles or buy by the box. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. The inside is currently under remodeling but still open for business will be real nice when it’s done. They also have a large patio for smoking. Definitely look forward to visiting for a cigar and beer when the pandemic is over.

Christi was excellent gave myself and my wife a tour of the place and told me of their future plans. I’m relatively new to cigars and she was able to explain a lot of things and didn’t make me feel bad for not knowing. Although new I went in looking for a limited edition Deadwood Fat Bottom Betty and they had it. I would definitely recommend them and return to their store.

This a great place to get your smokes. Chrysti is very knowledgeable and gets to know your taste profile. I go in she says hi Mike and then shows me whats new and what she recommends. Always right on the money and she knows her stuff. I have not purchased one stick from any place else since meeting Mark and Christi. She makes great Cuban coffee as well.

Place is great, easy to get to in its location, and has reasonable hours. There selection is great and anything you are looking for they will be able to get for you. If you dont have anything in specific you are looking for tell them what you like and they will recommend something great. In addition to all this everyone there was respectful and very friendly 10/10 would recommend.

I absolutely love this place, and they gave me a free cigar with my box that I bought. Turns out I much prefer the Bolivar over the other brand. I am now in need of a box of these 😁. Staff is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly.

The young lady that helped me was very knowledgable and patient since Im a new cigar enthusiast and still learning the language about size, shape and strength of cigars. She recommended some popular cigars since I was just shopping for a few singles and not a box. This cigar shop is going to pop, as one of the BEST in South Fl Seems Very traditional with old school charm. Thought I walked into cigar heaven when I stumbled across US Cigar Exchange in their new location! I couldnt believe the selection that they were carrying as they were busy stocking the shelves. As soon as I stepped inside they stopped what they were doing and gave me their immediate attention to me which in this day and age seems to be a lost practice in the retail business. They gave a personal insight of what their future holds and showed me every inch of the new location and it is shaping up to be quite awesome! Hope for them the best and great success as they have earned a new customer.

If you want to purchase a box they have great prices. However, if you are looking to try single cigars prior to purchasing a box, their selection is abysmal. Great smoking areas, but unfortunately only large boxes and minuscule and pricey selection of singles.

After walking in we were neither greeted nor offer assistance. The place was cluttered and could not move around to explore. There were a few boxes of familiar brands as well as many unknown, but not nearly as many as expected.

This place is a joke if you are a Distributor! The constantly shipped my the incorrect items and shipped my orders to the incorrect address! Shipped me the wrong cigars and they do not check their orders before they ship to them. I will never do business with them again! Spoke to the manager Mark and he is nothing but a runaround and will not take responsibility for anything that his employees does. Poor customer service and NO PROFESSIONALISM!
