Purchase a new dab pen and I had to return it the next day cuz it was defective they gave me another one from an open box andThey gave me another one from an open box on display this one is also defective after a few monthsU people are selling me garbage that doesnt lastIf I dont get any satisfaction when returning this item I will never ever come back

Asked for a particular product. Was told that it works with what I have. It does not. Went back to the store 10 minutes later and they refused a refund. Ill never be back 👎

Employees have well rounded knowledge on there products. Very helpful in getting you exactly what your looking for with the best price. Id definitely go back and recommend if youre in the area

I purchased a $100 piece from this location, one use later it broke. So I figure let me bring it back all it needs is a new slide. They said I’m sorry nothing we can do but you can pay full price again.. needless to say I would avoid this location as they are con artists looking to make a quick buck selling garage made products ... I will never step foot into this store again.. plus it smells like mold inside the store.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

DO NOT COME TO THIS STORE UNLESS YOU LIKE BURNING MONEY!!!!! Cheaply blown glass, cheap owners, Even the floor laminate is peeling up due to mold and water damage. You most definitely do not want to use their moldy products !!!!!Sometimes it’s worth doing the right thing as a business owner and taking back your faulty products to make your repeat customers happy and coming back.... can’t wait to hear the owners sorry excuses for why they take advantage of their own customers !!!!!
