I spend so much money on Starbucks a month, it’s like one my house bills. Please girl, you’re not saving lives or a good manager tonight. I’m exhausted and just no.

There is one blonde girl here who never smiles or waits until you tell her good morning before she responds. Needs more training. If people are grumpy dont respond to them grumpy. Be better then they are and kill them with kindness. Trust me. Development expert.

What a perfect location for coffee while tired on traffic in I95. Clean space. Comfortable chairs inside. Menu still a dilema in all Starbucks. What is it with all those cold drinks? They all look the same.

They could not make even a tolerable 5 shot coffee. Had the drink remade to see if it was any better, but it turned the exact same. The cashier was so bothered by me asking to have my drink remade, I couldnt be bothered going back to her to ask for a refund.

I love Starbucks and this location is very convenient to me. However, I am extremely disappointed in seeing this lady working the entire time we were there without her mask on. She should know better. The guys had masks on and they were working very hard, just ashamed how selfish people can be. The rules are clear and if most of people would follow them we wouldn’t have all these COVID-19 cases rising daily.

They didnt address the fraud that took place on my card. It was hacked. I called and 75 and 65 dollars were stolen and like 1600 reward points!

Its a busy Starbucks.. But I found wait times under 10 minutes... It was the first water I was allowed after a 10 city block walk with pack more or less....and after almost 24 hours......its true people can die in a few days of dehydration... I felt revived right away.... Thanks your again a life saver for shock value only business instead of a casual stop...

I come in sometimes on my ride home from work as I live an hr away and I need the caffeine for the drive. I come in the mornings too as they are right off 95 and glades rd. Service is prompt and staff is friendly and responsive.

Very friendly baristas, quick service, great quality drinks. These folks dont just throw ingredients in a cup and call your name. Nope. They take the time to make your beverage the way you ask for it and they do it with a smile. I Will keep coming back without a question.

To quick frank I wasn’t impress with this location. Seems dark inside and it was dirty, the men’s bathroom looks like they removed the urinal leavings big space with one stall uncomfortable. Staff was really nice Greyson is nice and friendly thanks

I understand we are practicing social distancing however if the rule is no walk in orders, then the employees shouldn’t choose who gets to order in the store and who doesn’t. It should be equal across the board. I went to Starbucks today and the tall blonde employee advised me I have to order online. So I ordered online. When I arrived to pick up my order I observed the same employee taking a walk in order. Not cool!

Love the frappuccino. I had a caramel ribbon crunch frappuccino. It was perfect. My only regret is that I got a small not a large. It was that good.The staff is nice and professional. I like the new lines on the floor guiding the public.

Im a frequent customer at this Starbucks, and I got to say.. Im a student at FAU which is minutes away, and this is my go to place to take care of my studies and unwind. Theres honestly no other Starbucks Id rather go to. The staff are beyond friendly, drinks nailed to perfection every time, and my hot chocolate and truffle mac and cheese that I tried tonight was absolutely delicious and first class. If youre a Starbucks lover looking for a higher end, first class experience, well this store is a Starbucks Evenings Starbucks, the only one of its kind anywhere in Palm Beach. This is definitely the Starbucks to rule them all and I look forward to keep coming here for a long time to come.*EDIT* They are no longer a Starbucks Evenings location but this is still a fantastic location regardless. Just wanted to make that clarification.

The best Starbucks in the area. They hire top customer service personalities (Hi Barry!!), and always work fast and accurately. There have been times when I was ordering a large confusing order, and they got it all correct.

This particular Starbucks in Boca Raton was very inviting. The cashier was super nice to me. She also, helped me by recommending the Dragon Tea. It was enchanting and invigorated with flavor. Also, the customers interacted with me as well. This is a great place to visit for experiencing for first timers.

This is a great Starbucks and obviously very popular. It attracts college students and workers alike who either need to study or catch up with friends. The staff are always friendly and the place is clean.But I do wish that they would install more functioning tables inside that are close to outlets for those who work on laptops. I often end up having to work right next to the restrooms and the smell isnt exactly pleasant!

Caitlin made my day at this Starbucks location! She was very sweet and accommodating to both me and my friend. I accidentally ordered online from a Starbucks location down the street, but she made me exactly what I ordered and gave me a drink upgrade. She told me not to worry about the inconvenience because it happens often. My friend ordered a drink with soy milk, but they accidentally gave her skim milk. Caitlin went above and beyond again by fixing her drink and giving her an upgrade for the inconvenience. I have had many negative experiences at other coffee places in the Boca Raton area, but this place restored my faith in humanity. Thanks Caitlin!

Starbucks is my favorite place to meet friends! Large circles allow you to stay in this cozy atmosphere for a long time! Nothing interferes with communication, warm and cozy, like at home!One of the best coffee houses in town!

1st time at this Starbucks in Boca. Disappointed due to the lukewarm coffee. I ordered an Americano with room for cream, and they only filled the cup up halfway..... My friend had a peppermint hot Cocoa and loved it though.

Quick friendly service. Has a great staff. Usually clean unless they are very busy. Coffee is fresh and good 90% of the time.

I have mixed feelings about this location. There was not a single person in there when I walked in; I ordered a drink and a ham & cheese croissant.I made sure to mention that I was in a hurry and the gentleman making my drink understood. He got my drink out to me fairly quickly but there was an older woman (40-50) in charge of the croissant and it took over 15 minutes to come out. Then, I raced to my car to get out of there, and the order wasnt even close - it was a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich.Its just hard to believe, that with zero people in there with me, and checking in every 2-3 minutes on my order, that they could do such a poor job with such a simple order.

While this store was still open at 8:30 pm while two others in our area were closed for the day we walked out without buying anything. Reason being the treat case was pretty empty and the store smelled sour. Well be back someday just not tonight.

Musty smell hits you in the face. It wasnt like that before. Also, they dont always open the side door for customers which is a mistake. As if they wanted to limit the number of people and how they get in. Inconsistent coffee.

The only Starbucks I have ever gone to the cant get a mobile done within 15 minutes. They are consistently and notoriously slow. Im so disappointed because its so awfully slow. The staff is nice and friendly but too slow.

Theres furniture blocking the entrance from the counter. The coffee tastes like Starbucks. But the barista was friendly and worked with that she had.

Always good except today when a new Young lady has attitude when asked is anyone making food 4 people in store yet 30 minutes for egg whites gets attitude when asked.

The coffee is great here but the service isn’t great. They take long to give you the food and the cashier isn’t pleasant. I won’t be returning to this Starbucks.

Speaks for itself. Starbucks has the greatest coffee, and has been the best for over 40 years.

First off it is important to note that I am a partner at another store so that my bias my opinion slightly. The second I walked through the door I was greeted by every member of the team working today (this is fairly rare). They all asked how I was doing and offered their assistance if I had any questions. Keep in mind they do not know I am a partner at this point, so they are treating me like they would any random customer. I thanked them and ordered my usual- A Blonde Iced Grande Cold Foam Cappuccino (I can never get the order of the words right, Im sure the official title is different). This is a drink that is consistently made wrong no matter where I go (It is a fairly new drink though so I completely understand). It was not until I paid for my drink that they realized I was a partner, and we discussed my location briefly and what brought me to this location. After waiting only a few moments, my drink was called out and it was made PERFECTLY. There was a beautiful, thick layer of foam, followed by 2 smooth blonde shots. It was an amazing drink. As I was working on my laptop, a partner informed me that there was a coffee tasting and I was welcomed to join them. I agreed, and they had prepared an Iced Verona Pour-Over paired with a Pumpkin Scone. Oh my goodness it was delicious! The subtle hints of cocoa teamed well with the subtle pumpkin spice in the scone. It was a fantastic pairing. Hands down this is a fantastic location, and I highly recommend stopping by sometime!
