My first and last trip to this place was yesterday. First of all, they have written on the door that masks are required but none of the employees were wearing masks. One of employees friend came in to order and they were shaking hands. No one washed hands after that, and no one was wearing any gloves. That is disgusting.I ordered a chocolate shake that was so white that it looked like vanilla shake. I went inside and asked if this is made with just vanilla ice cream. I paid again for chocolate shake and asked to make with chocolate ice cream and left vanilla shake there.No one even had courtesy to exchange the shake.

I lost count of how many nights this place lost our business to Oberweis and Andy’s because they close at 8. Very nice people that work here but we unfortunately hardly get there before 8.Highly suggest they consider saying open later at least on key nights. Ball games get out late, etc.

100% recommend this location! We came right after 8 not realizing they close at 8. They were so so sweet and reopened for a moment for us to order. There are good people in this world! Thank you to both of the workers! You made my child’s night!

When I went to this place for the first time in my life was the worst experience ever. My blizzard was made wrong and the Ice Cream was not to my liking and I tired to tell the manager could I get a new one I had already took the other one home and started to eat it and threw it away. I talk to José the manager and said he can’t do nothing because I ate it already and they ice cream is perfect which is a lie please don’t go here put these Guys out of business it is no good I will never in my life enter here again

My daughter and I have been coming here since our dearly missed Karen opened. We miss her, but the place still thrives with awesome people.

I feel like everytime I order from this location I’m being scammed out of a good tasting blizzard. Always seems like they purposely put less toppings in than other locations.

Worst ice cream and worst customer service. I will never go to dq again.

Stopped in here for 2 seconds after work on hot day... Ordered a strawberry cheesequake with pineapple... It almost confused the girl. I told her I wanted pineapple added, she thought I wanted to replace the strawberries.. she asked her manager for help. Anyhoo, got things solved & was on my way with my order made to perfection. While there, the store was clean & tidy, and the 2 workers were friendly.

They have the best ice cream and the friendliest service.

We went here to get a free blizzard for national ice cream day. The facility was nicely AC’d on a hot summer day and there was no way. The blizzard was perfect treat for my kids. Easy parking.

Whenever the machines are working the service is great. But 4 out of the last 5 times Ive gone in their slush machine was out of order...

They serve very good ice cream treats at this location. Including chocolate ice cream which some Dairy Queens do not have. However, they have been closed when they should be open otherwise I would give them five stars.

I Liked Dairy Queen very much ! It brings back alot of childhood memories ! I love the Dilly Bar, umm the ice cream bar with the peanut s and fudge at the bottom ! Yum ! Yum ! Also like the ice cream cakes they are very good . There burgers and chicken tenders are good as well . The reason I have not given it a full 5 stars is.because of there prices . They have gotten kinda higher which I dont like for the portions served . Besides I can never find coupons that are enough to really encourage me to go in there more often . I might more in summer when I have a craving for Dilly bar or a Banana Split, but in these colder days they really have to give more in portions, better coupons, if I will go in more often !!
