Sydney helped me out with selecting a box, packing, and shipping. She was so energetic, efficient, and patient. I was impressed that she knew so many customers by name when they were coming into the store. I recently just moved to the area, and will always ship from here! Sydney brightened my day and made an errand into something fun!!

A bit pricier than I was expecting for printing, but the customer service was wonderful. They can definitely get things done efficiently.

This was a terrible experience. Fedex refused to use the Box that I designated to ship my package in. Instead they gave me the option to drive home, repackage my item and return to the store adding 30 minutes to the whole experience. The alternative was to purchase one of their overpriced boxes. Sounds to me more like a money making scheme then a customer service.

What happened to Corey??? I come here because the customer service was great. The people here were not much help at all. Bring Corey back or at least hire people who know what theyre doing.

Good experience with employees. But if u want print a prepaid shipping label the system times out on you. it timed out on me 2 times so I paid 2 times and the rep does not have the access to help unless you chose to email your self a copy of something you are about to print.... Ifs 2021 catch up with tech.

This place is amazing. I called Cory with the most vauge information and no tracking information at all. Cory had a line which he greeted respectfully. He also took the time to explain the process of looking up and order with no tracking number. While my issue did not get resolved this was due to the fact that I was disorganized and had no tracking number, Cory still did his best and I appreciate all his help. I was truly happy with this experience and will continue to come here and keep better track of my tracking numbers.

This is a criticism of FedEx as a company. They will bleed you for every nickel. They tell you all packages must be thrown away and shipped in one of their new boxes. I received a perfectly good box from the company yesterday delivered by FedEx, returned it because the size wasnt right today, their answer was it needed a new box that they would charge me for. Save the headache go to the post office or UPS. FedEx has lost their way.

Had to do a last minute printing order ...the employee was really helpful and did the order in time for the event

I had a large project with multiple deliverables that needed to be printed, including 150 letterheads, 2 banners and 2 posters mounted on cardboard. This project was semi-last minute and very important. I worked with Sam over the course of 4 days to get everything printed and to make sure it was perfect - and it was! I dont know what I would have done without Sams help, support and insight. She was patient, helpful and a joy to work with. I will for sure be using this Kinkos if I have any future projects like this!

The lady inside was not helpful at all. She didnt want to suggest any way for me to ship a package the cheapest way.Seems like she hated her job.

Ive tried for three days to get this location to answer the phone about a print order - but they never answer. Or, it sounds like they answer, then hang up.

Some clerks are helpfull, some are just idiots. Whats up with these clerks with hardly any experience determine what is properly packed. I was sending something in same boxed as received from Fedex, but Silvia decided the box wasnt good, another carrier sent it and was received with no problem. If you run into Beverly though, she will make you cancel your Fedex account. This woman should not be in retail, and this location wont find out until they get closed for lack of interest.

Just needed copies and some printing, the clerk Beverly was so obnoxious and rude, it ruined my whole day and perception of Fedex. I thought a company like this would be good to work with as Im an independant consultant. She proved that wrong, went few blocks north where the people were super helpfull and had better copy and print machines also. I can also ship UPS from there.

I’ve been calling this location for three days their computers were down on Friday, June 7 they told me they would email me a confirmation with the tracking number because they couldn’t give me one still cannot get a hold of the location to get that number Been calling him since Friday no answer or no response
