0🌟 only reason it has 1🌟 is because it Wont let me leave 0🌟 rating. Wont do business with this place ever again. Was told prior to getting there that they had the phone we were wanting and after driving hour n half to get there the manager argued with the employee that they didnt have the phone and pushed us to get a junk phone and accessories we didnt want. I have to carry 2 phones now in order to receive text messages. And even though the store closer to us has the phone we want now we cant switch phones without paying a hundred a piece for them because the promotion is over that we got our service under. And they wont do a credit to change numbers to see if I start receiving everything on one phone instead of 2. If stuff dont get resolved soon I will be switching carriers.

Signed up for Cricket Hotspot. Doesn’t work very well and customer service is non-existent. On my new hotspot battery won’t hold a charge. Online chat, on telephone nor In store is responsible per each of them. They said I could buy one on eBay, mind you I just bought this. The store manager wouldn’t even call me back. The clerk said the store doesn’t carry batteries and they did not have another hotspot to change out. Worthless, don’t waste your time, they’ll only raise your blood pressure with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!

I called you find out from customer service why my phone was locked was told to come into store and they said that I had to call them but they would see what they can do after a hour and a half they said even if there was a way we can get on to the account they would not be able to help me for at least 3 or 4 days so a free and clear phone I bought from Best Buy by putting their chip in it it locked it and I cannot get them to release the phone

Eian was vary helpful and was vary kind when we arrived to the store. Hey greeted us at the door and helped us upgrade phones. We were in and out within 30 minutes. Im definitely telling a few people about this store.

Saved a ton of money by switching and Ian was extremely knowledgeable & helpful though the entire process. Went out of his way to make sure everything was setup and good to go!!

Went to change over an guy started off mouthing off. He was pushing things on us and then he called my mom a liar. We walked out. We will retern if someone nicer is there.

The owner and salesman, Jeff are THE BEST! Great helpful info in every way possible to make your transition from one phone very easy. Went way beyond my expectations in everything transferring over and a working thru a delay with necessary codes. In my book, Jeff gets a 5 +!

The staff is always very professional, polite and thorough. They know their stuff about all the products. We are very happy with the customer service we received.

The guys who work there are super helpful but the actual phone service sucks in this area. At most on a good day I get 2-3 bars in town. Cricket wireless has been this way for about a year for me now.

Wouldnt give a star if I had a choice. I had already done all my own research and stepped into this store to switch my family over to one of their plans. I was greeted by a greasy looking fellow who obviously didnt care about his proffessional appearance, but thats not even why I was angry. He kept trying to talk me into the phone cases and accessories after I said no, I could prob get a better deal on amazon. He proceeds to tell me how very rude I am and that I wouldnt walk into pizza hut and order Dominos, so I shouldnt do that there. Excuse me? My money, my rules... also, he would do this weird humming thing after each phrase he said.. very unsettling. His name was Eli.. I wont EVER go back. I dont know how he sells anything talking to people the way he did me. Were you 5 star reviewers paid off????
