We were greeted by Autumn as we entered the store. She was beyond helpful! She answered all of our questions that we had that day. Reviewed our phone plan at our request and advised us on ways we could improve Internet service at our house. She was honest, intelligent, polite, congenial and went above and beyond to address our concerns. Since she was so great, I ended up upgrading my phone because she alerted me to a promotion i wasn’t even aware Was being offered on my Verizon account. Great customer service! We were in and out quickly and she handled all our needs with care and efficiency. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Went in for a replacement device and Autumn was THE BEST! So helpful and sweet, and super friendly. She will probably be my go-to gal from now on for all my cell phone needs!

He was friendly and personable and didnt get annoyed with our 5 year old when he got antsy. He answered all of our questions. It didnt feel like he was just trying to get his commission by up-selling us. We will be going back to see him next month when I upgrade my phone.

I went in to pick up a phone I ordered online. Took a little longer than I had planned due to tech issues and learning curves, however everyone was good spirited, fun, and kind. The other Verizon store in town has had horrible service and grumpiness every time we have been in there over the years, so we choose this store as our go to now.

This place is a Joke! Went in to help an elderly friend who has been without her jetpack for 3 weeks. They replaced the unit, and sent her home without checking to see if it worked. When they put the battery in they saw that the battery was bulged and sent her home with it anyway. Had issue getting the back on it. Then said they were getting her a battery from inventory, its been a ridiculious process and all it has done is upset this Precious Lady and she hasnt been able to use her internet. She still does not have a replacement battery..Im calling corporate today, and we are contacting the Better Business Bureau and maybe even Elder Law.I would never recommend this store to anyone!!

The sell rep (Kyle) was very helpful and polite.

There location is a hassle to get in/out of at times due to sitting on the corner of a busy intersection but the effort is well worth it with a very friendly and helpful staff.They answer any questions you throw at them and explain in detail how to use your new or current device.

This place is all talk and no action. I bought a buy one get one free phone on Nov 4th 2016. Since that day Ive been charged for the free phone and its been non-stop excuses on why I have not received any credit. Every time I call its another excuse. The original salesman no longer works there. My manger is on vacation. The district manager is on vacation. The credits were sent. . . but now theyre lost. Etc. Worse, every time they promise to check on it and get back with me and Ive never received a follow-up call. Go to a Verizon company store and skip this place.

The girl that took my payment was very rude and obnoxious. The computer system being used does not allow the correct zip code to be used which I didnt know and was treated like I was stupid. Was told that I cannot activate older 4 g phone so went to Walmart and bought new phone. Went back to the store closest to Walmart and the woman stated she could not activate the brand new phone that her system would not let her do it. Went to the store by Dairy Queen and had no issue activating phone.

We came in to merge plans and buy new phones. It tooks us an hour to merge the plans because they said they couldnt do it. They would have to call an aol number.Anyways...we get done with that and start the process for the new phones. They are running a deal on them for $400 off and we were gonna get two. I repeatedly asked what the cost per month would be and Jacklyn(sp) repeatedly told us that she couldnt tell yet. She then rings us up for otterboxes and glass protectors which we were also asking for the price for but she wouldnt tell us. Until we get all done and she says we owe $350. She cant tell us what it is for either. Maybe its a system issue...we werent sure but we told her if she couldnt tell us what the charges were for we would just keep our old phones and order online. She then very hatefully says Ill get this sorted out but people have been waiting over two hours on you and I need to help them. None of the wait issues were our fault at all. Im not saying they were hers either because they were having major internet problems but her snotty attitude will prevent me from ever going back into that location again.

My boyfriend got told by 1 of the workers he could get a phone if he put down $200. So he waited till he got his check and this other worker said no that he cant get a phone. He could only get 1 if he puts down $500-$1k. So messed up.
