Won’t go back. Brad was disengaged.This is the condition they gave my car back to me after I had two front tires put on.The test drive that was part of their so called inspection was from the garage to the parking space in front of the garage.This is a Porsche! Are you kidding me? Can’t clean the wheels after service work?! Give me a break!Go back to sleep everyone!

Bought a 2015 Jaguar f-type from Robert. Very nice, professional and patient fellow, as my former bank gave us the runaround. Ended up buying it outright. Everything was in order and he even met me on his day off to pick up the car. Wish I lived in the Bonita Springs area, then I would get it serviced there as well. Thank you Robert, good job! I have used Debold many times over the years to service my Porsche and have always been pleased with the results. When I call I am told to simply bring it in, no need for an appointment, and they will go over the car and let me know their findings. So much faster than at a true dealership and always spot on with the diagnosis. Very professional!

Debold Auto Bonita Springs knowingly sold me a vehicle with an oil leak. Within a month after purchasing the vehicle I took it for a normal oil change and mentioned the leak. They repaired two gaskets for several hundred dollars and there was still a leak! Back to them for another checkup - now its the oil pan leaking - more money. Never Never Never deal with them.All they care about is selling you something. No integrity whatsoever.

Debold is by far the best place in southwest Florida for Porsche service and repair in my opinion. Other places warranty their work for 12 months / 12,000 miles. Debold is simply better with a 24 month / 24,000 mile warranty on all repairs. They always fix it right the first time. I have been going there for years, and they have always correctly diagnosed and corrected even the most difficult repairs, and always at reasonable prices. I was recently most impressed when the owner went above and beyond to personally guarantee my complete satisfaction. I can tell you for a fact - that is the kind of customer service unmatched by any other service facility in the area. They have earned my very highest recommendation for excellence with expert repairs and truly outstanding customer service.

Encountered an issue with our 2008 Porsche Cayman S. A friend recommended we take it to Debold and ask for Brad. We called ahead and asked if they could take a look and then drove the car from Venice, FL in limp mode. In less than 15 minutes Brad became available, in less than 10 minutes the issue was corrected. Brad refused to charge us despite my insistence on paying. It is so refreshing to deal with a company with techs who are interested in building and maintaining customer loyalty rather than making a quick buck wherever they can.

I always get my car serviced here. Everyone is super friendly and my car is always serviced in a timely manner. Michael and Brad always fulfilled my expectations on what vehicle service should be. Also, they are much more reasonable than the dealer. One repair actually saved me a substantial amount compared to what the dealer quoted me. I would highly recommend this establishment.

To actually write something as misleading as the estimate was to address the safety issues with your car that was a much larger concern of ours. I called you after I had someone else look at it and you werent interested in discussing it then. It was only until after you saw my review that you were interested in trying to save face. I informed them that I had wasted enough time with them and had already taken it to someone that gave me an honest estimate. This is a prime example of the dishonesty that I experienced with your company.Original review: Took my car there expecting a reasonable and honest assessment, instead I got an estimate for $1100 for a charge pipe, throttle body gasket and a temp sensor. Do some research or ask around and youll see that estimate is outrageous. I told them not to do any repairs (although they still charged me $130 to look) and took it somewhere else where they confirmed that nothing was wrong. Before bringing it in, my car vibrated when idling and the check engine light was on. After I picked it up, no more idling and no more check engine light. Which normally would have been great if they were truthful about it, but they were obviously simple fixes and they tried to charge me for more than what needed to be done. Just super dishonest. The 2 stars is because they are friendly overall (just not honest) and they do clean your car really well as part of the fee to inspect the car. Fortunately for me, I realized how outrageous and dishonest their quote was and went somewhere else. Hope other people realize it as well.

They are extremely nice but their customer service is terrible they put new tires on my car and did not align them properly when I took my car in they refused to fix it and told me I had issues with my car that I did not have. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received I would not recommend them. I think they are scam artists. Beware!

Bonita Springs is so lucky to have this wonderful automotive service in our neighborhood. I found that their excellent service and knowledge about my Porche matched those I received from Porche Naples but with fairer cost. Debold Automotive is my place to go for wonderful care of my car. Try them; you will love them.

These guys are crooks. Had my oil changed here in 12/2017. About a week later my low oil light comes on! They “forgot to refill” the oil after draining it. I had to buy oil and refill it then take it back to them to check it. This is insane. Should’ve had the dealership do it they only saved me a few dollars, no offer for recompense just a hearty sorry ‘bout that. Do NOT recommend .

Yesterday I purchased a used vehicle from Debold Automotive.Robert, the sales manager was courteous, knowledgeable, efficient and thorough. They washed the car last week so I could examine the body and washed it again prior to pickup.I needed an accessory part which they ordered yesterday and was advised it arrived the same day.I recommend Debold for preowned German motorcars. I had a pleasant and successful experience.

My car is running great since a little more than a month stay there but they were great technicians and was worth the ~$2500 to have a finely tuned German automobile.

Do not come here! Their mechanic Scott Andrew Marshall is a scammer!! Outside his place of business in a lot by his work place he sold my boyfriend a LEMON CAR (a used BMW 328i). Only to drive it for 3 days the engine gave out, overheating, turning off in the middle of the street, and leaking coolant. Your mechanic Scott Andrew Marshall swore the car was in mint condition after replacing the engine with one of 80,000 miles. Why trust a mechanic with your car if he can’t even fix his own car properly before selling. Knowing the car has issues why sell it to anyone. To top it off being a mechanic you can’t even fix the car knowing what was going to happen.

I recently brought my Porsche Carrera S in for a clutch replacement. Upon inspection, I was contacted by Mike and informed that I had a couple of other issues. The rear main seal was wet.( Not dripping, but in the beginning stages.) The oil cooler had a slight coolant leak, and my pressure plate was questionable as it had some material ground away from when the clutch disk wore out. Needless to say, it wasnt going to be a cheap repair. However, when contacted by Mike on the phone, he was in no way trying to push or sway my decision in whether to replace the extra items. He told me straight what my options were. So before making a decision to move forward on the added repairs, I drove there to see for myself just exactly how it all looked so that I could make what I thought to be the best decision. Everything was EXACTLY as Mike had stated. I very much appreciated his honesty and the way that he approached the issues. If I could rate this establishment 10 stars, I would!! Thank you Mike, and thank you Debold Auto!

Great garage, friendly & knowledgeable staff and honest pricing.I would recommend this company to anyone who owns a German car that is outside of manufacturers warrantee.I have been dealing with Debolds in Bonita Springs for over three years for my Porsche 911 and my Mercedes Benz CLS 550 and their servicing and repairs charges are a fraction of the huge distributors.

I bought a used MB and needed a place to take it for service which had specific experience for the car type. One of the repairs I had done was replacing front brakes. After a couple of weeks the brakes started squealing when I would stop. The issue was apparently with the part and not the work Debold did. What I really appreciated when it was all said and done is that Debold stood behind the repair even though it seemed to be a part issue. Even up to and including replacing the brakes again to solve the problem. In my opinion, how a company responds when an issue comes up (sometimes unavoidable) is a big part of the equation. I was happy with the way Debold made it right. I will be back.

The brakes were binding on my 2014 328i with 15,000 miles. I was told I would need a complete front brake job (calipers, rotors, pads) for $2,200. Like a dummy I said yes. When I asked what caused the problem I was told “don’t know...maybe dirt in the caliper...you should be fine now”. A month later the problem reoccurred more severely with a complete lock up on a busy road. Called the BMW emergency number. Before towing they suggested disconnecting the rain sensing wiper. I was able to do that myself. Brakes released and problem solved and the wipers work fine without the rain sensor.UPDATE 1/30/19: Shortly after my original post I received a call from Scott, the President of Debold. He acknowledged that my issue was apparently not properly diagnosed. He said “Debold stands by its work” and, without a request from me, offered a refund on my service visit plus a complimentary oil change. Wow! This organization is first class and I am revising my rating from 1-star to 5-star. I will use them again. Thank you Debold.

We took our 2011 A4 in due to an engine light coming on and loss of acceleration while we were traveling. They took us in right away and provided us with a free loaner. After diagnosing the issue as the engine computer, they adivsed us that due to prorietary software, it could only be reprogrammed by an Audi dealership, so they referred us to the local dealer. When I went to pay for the diagnositics, they advised that they do not accept payment for diagnostics on something that they cannot repair. What a class act! Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. Awesome customer service and I would recommend without hesitation. They are definitely a rare find! Thanks again!

The local dealer quoted $2200 to fix the convertible top on my 330CI BMW, needing a new top hydraulic pump. I then took it to Diebold who told me there were many possible reasons for my problem and found a broken wire which they repaired for under $300 and in less than 1 day. Great people and great service. This is the only garage Ill take my car to in the future.

Took my Porsche there, left from July to November 2008. I never questioned the bill and when I picked up, I wouldnt go over 15 mph after I got half way back to Cape Coral. Called Scott for two weeks and he never returned my call . Just feels like the right time to let other know.

I got quoted 127 dollars for a pre inspection of a vehicle that I was interested in buying. I call back to make an appt and he tells me 260... what??? How does that even make sense. I kept asking so what is that $127 quote for then? What did I get quoted for that is a $127 inspection? The “manager” told me that he just quoted me for the wrong thing. And wouldn’t tell me what he quoted me for!!! HOW DOES THAT EVEN MAKE SENSE?! These people are a total scam and just trying to take ur money. Do not go here. How awful. You call to get a quote on how much an inspection would be and you say ok thanks. Call back to make an appt and they try and scam you like that... so terrible

BEWARE OF DEBOLDI bought a used 2011 Mercedes E-350 from Debold, including a signed agreement for them to sell my 450SL Mercedes on consignment. After signing, they said they estimated the 450SL needed over $2000 in repairs. I got two other bids on the same repairs -- both at roughly $600. I had the repairs done elsewhere and when I asked to return the car to Debold for sale, they told me they would not honor the agreement to sell my car. Signed or not, the agreement would not be honored. I also found that the 2011 Mercedes I had bought from Debold had a windshield film that was not completely removed, leaving a rough edged film over the lower portion of the windshield. I asked that they complete the removal of it and was told it was my problem. Ive never dealt with a sleezier auto company. I would not recommend them and I would beware of anything they tell you. Just avoid them.
