The facility is nice but the pricing is horrible. I prepaid for the year and then with no notice, they doubled my unit rental fee! Went from $54 a month to $108 a month 🤦🏻‍♂️

I became a customer in October 2019. I came in interested for a 20x10 unit and was welcome by Melissa who is a phenomenal employee. She is incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and had the answer to every question I asked. They were out of 20x10 units and had me use two 10x10 units.I was able to clear out one of the 10x10 units. Unfortunately when I called asking if I could reduce my lease down to one 10x10, the gentleman told me no. He claimed I would need to remove everything from the unit and move it into an identical 10x10 unit.My monthly rate has increased by 70% since Oct 2019. I don’t have any other service that has increased its rate that drastically, especially during a global pandemic.I would highly recommend Melissa as she left a lasting impression and any company would be lucky to have her. However I have been very displeased with Extra Space Storage’s 70% price increase and refusal to help me in any regards when it came to the empty 10x10 unit. Asking your customer to move everything from one unit to an identical unit is absurd.

Melissa made the process so easy. I cannot say enough about how friendly and helpful she was with our moving company nightmare. The facility is incredibly clean and well kept. I highly recommend this place for storage and Melissa to help answer any questions you may have. She’s a real gem!

General Manager Weisley customer experience was absolutely fantastic! When I called the office he provided me with solutions and review my reservation. I told him that I still wanted to come down to see the unit and he was very accommodating once I arrive to the office. I was in a rush to leave to get my kids from school and he made it happen, did all paperwork in 10-15mis I was on my way out and nothing was missed!I Highly recommend this location and make sure you speak to him

We were shopping for storage facility options and after working with Melissa, we didnt feel the need to shop elsewhere. She was extremely helpful, answered all our questions and was very accommodating. Melissa gave us options to choose from and we got a great rate on our unit. We havent moved in our items just yet, but the facility seems very clean and well kept. Tip: In order to lock in our monthly rate, we paid for 12 months of storage in advance to avoid rate increases. Melissa made to process simple and easy!

It was super easy to reserve a garage online. When I showed up everything was ready and all I had to do is move my stuff into the garage. The move out process was also very easy. The whole process from move in to move out was painless. Now if I could only get them to actually move all my stuff for me.

Clean units in a wide variety of sizes, which is perfect when you have a surplus of schtuff like me! The staff is friendly and helpful, which is always a bonus. My only (minor) gripes are about the access hours (it would’ve been great to have all-hours access but what can you do?) and dumpster access (for the prices, I feel like dumpster access should be provided but, again, what can you do?). I’ve recommended it to several people and they’ve all reported positive experiences as well!

The facility is very clean, well lighted and has easy access to the loading dock which is located near the elevator. The facility manager Wesley Houston carefully explained the self storage contract. He reviewed the cost, fees taxes and insurance. He satisfactorily answered all our questions.

Extra Space Storage on Bonita Beach Road. Units are very clean and attendees are very helpful. We have just moved and needed to find boxes in our unit. After two days of pulling things out into a vacant cube (which we were allowed to use at no cost) and putting them back into our rented cube, Melissa offered us a cube for one month at $36. Needed a locker on short notice to fit stuff from my move and was able to get one that held all my stuff comfortably. Staff was very helpful in getting everything set up and getting me to a locker that was conveniently located for me. They also went out of their way to make sure I was getting whatever promotions they were running to make sure I saved money. A+ from me!

The young lady that helped me the first day was incredible .. That day was last Sunday .. I came back later that day and someone had the door propted open because there movers were bringing items in for them and this was around 2:45 pm... All I wanted to do was drop it here items off and for some reason elevator wasnt working so I had to walk all the way to the other side of the building to use that elevator and had no clue to where my storage was from that side and it was very annoying. I tried to call the 1-800 number and they kept hanging up on me .. Soo the initial rental process was excellent .. But later my code wouldnt work for me to get on the elevator on one side of the building .. I asked the guys to let them doors close .. So I could use the elevator ... I didnt no whether that was the problem or not

I have been storing with extra space for awhile now. This facility is well managed and communicates well with your needs. Very clean and all units are very easily accessible and have to love the covered parking for your cars, boats or truck. It definitely helps keeping the nasty Florida sun rays putting a beating on your investment. A+

The storage: space, facility, clean was perfect.But I really had bad time with the customer service, they make you pay more what you expected.I rented for one month and when my month finished I realized I needed more time and they said: just pay other month if you move earlier let me know with 10 days before and we return those days back. Guess what, was lies.I moved last 08/22/20 and I paid until 09/10/20 so I paid for 20 days without use the storage.Thanks anyway, I don’t think I gonna use it more.

Move in was fine and easy, once extra space bought it they tried to change my rent to $700 a month and locked up water supply so nobody could use it. Changed the rent with no heads up. Horrible communication under extra space and a complete rip off.

We went to this Cube Smart Self Storage facility to inquire about a unit. We arrived approximately 30 minutes prior to their scheduled closing time and the store manager Terrance was terrific to work with. He made us feel comfortable and told us to take our time. He was very patient and was more than happy to show us a few units. We were so pleased with him, we rented a unit that same day.

We had such a wonderful experience with renting our space at CubeSmart. Jesselea and Terrance were terrific to work with and I was honored to be the first one to rent a space at their new site. I have worked in the professional moving business for over 30 year. I recently brought a customer to this storage site and was impressed. My customer and I were treated with respect. Prior to my arrival they worked with me on the logistics and sent me pictures of the facility and gate to make sure my truck would fit. This a brand new facility with great managers. They even offered us cold bottles of water.
