I told Martin in the Paint Department that he deserved a review! He was awesome. So helpful, kind and funny. I brought in a piece of old siding so that the paint on it could be color matched. Before he made all my paint he made me a little sample size can, painted some on my siding, dried it and wanted to make sure it looked good to me too. He was incredibly kind! So appreciated it!

Home Depot is a home away from home. The staff are so so friendly and the inventory selection is fantastic. I love the concrete floors and the orange metal bays so chic. I also love how the staff always looks at me closely when I’m checking out at the self checkout cause I fit the profile of guys who have stolen from the store in the past with my grubby contractor clothes on. They always have Red Bull’s in stock and snickers is my favorite

This is a nice Home Depot. Large store with a lot of friendly employees. They were out of what i was looking for and were putting up a display with the item i needed and it wasnt avail until the next day. They very kindly let me purchase it early. Thank you!

I like Bonney Lake Home Depot. It is clean, well stocked. However I wish they had more employees on the floor. On average, I have to spent 10 mins to look for help?!? That is a huge disadvantage. If I need advice, I will drive extra few miles to their competitors. They always stop by to ask if I need help. It is sad but there is no good customer service in BL Home Depot. 😭😭😭

This is a very nice Home Depot. Large and well stocked with friendly staff. Its specious inside and not to busy. They also have an appropriate amount of cashiers along with self checkouts. much better than the lowdown lowes down the street.

I got a paint match off of a chip that wasnt even 1 inch by 1 inch. This man did an excellent job the paint matches perfectly. Thank you.... I wish I wouldve gotten his name..... I think Im going to drive back down there see if he is working so I can tell him myself what a great job that he is doing in the paint dept. I will definitely be recommending this home depot to anyone I know that has a painting project. Customer for life.

I went in to the store to return an online purchase that I no longer needed. The customer service person Christopher, was very helpful and polite, and handled the whole transaction with ease. It was a very good and positive experience.

Good luck finding anyone to help you. There prices have skyrocketed. Its ridiculous you have to pay $5 for a simple 2 x 4. They have taken advantage of the Covid19 situation as other stores have. Its sad to see big box stores do this to us. This one really needs more workers. If they treated their employees better, they would not be needing help. They should be passing some of their profits to the employees and training them better, so in turn we as consumers would get better service. The employees I have had the privilege of dealing with are very nice and helpful. Not many of them. I see employees standing around doing nothing, or talking with other employees and not paying attention to their customers.

Usually have a good experience. When purchasing the girl didnt notice my coupon on the counter and wasnt able to fix the error. I was asked to go to customer service, waited a long time to straighten it out through card services. Later received a letter saying to keep making my payments while they reviewed the charge. One look at my payment history and the amount of money I have spent there in the last 10 years should have proved my credit worthiness. It wasnt my error in the first place.

Horrific customer service!!!Went to 3 different specific areas we were sent to. And absolutely no one knew anything about screens or who to talk to. They just kept sending us from one desk to another. Finally, I asked for someone to ask, call to find out...and I was then told You can email home depot.com and ask. I literally just shook my head and said Youre kidding right? And the manager said nope So I walked out and wont be back. And have already contacted the main office. It was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced...by multiple people!!! Sad, I expected more and was completely disappointed.

This is the worst store Ive been to. Today I was looking for metal stakes, I left with nothing. First, I picked up some lumber. There were no prices marked so i asked the guy in aisle next to me how much they were. He told me and helped me find some more cuts that I needed, all was great, until I asked about the stakes.He said the stakes would be in the electrical aisle or maybe the rebar aisle. Now, the store was not busy it was 10:30 am, there is no feasible reason to not guide a customer to the product, but I guess that was too much work for him. Anyway, the stakes were in neither aisle.The next person I ran into was, Alex (the store manager I believe). I asked him where I could find the stakes. Down aisle 14 at the end on your right hand side he said. Try again, second employee that doesnt know whats in your store.Then I pulled up a picture of the product on my phone, maybe if I showed someone they could find it, right? The third person I asked said Thats not my department.I went to the garden section to see if they were there maybe, but there were none there either. I abandoned my cart.I told 2 ladies at the pro center about what happened and they wanted to help, but I left it was too late.

Despite what the news reports said a week ago, lumbar prices are still in orbit as of 7/15/21And if you cant find what you need here or lowes, Mclendons in sumner will have it. Sidenote: saw a gentleman with 2 tanks for propane exchange, I mentioned if he uses propane much, at Arrow Hardware in Buckley, he can get a full tank for roughly $10 there. A full tank, not the 1/2 tanks they sell at H.Depo, Lowes, Fred Meyer or Wally world, I mean Walmart. He was appreciative, and if you like to save $$$, they are friendly, fill your tank(s) as you watch and Buckley is only 5 minutes away.

Only went in for the garden section today. They had the perfect pots at a good price. Soil at a good price. Everyone was calm. Everyone wore a mask. The check out line was long but moved at an okay pace.

Had a bad experience at the Puyallup location with a laminate flooring return and I called The Bonney Lake store and spoke with Sam in customer service and she was awesome and helped me out and I was able to get a store credit on my return with no problems and Sam deserves kudos from management!!

We have spent probably 10k here in the last year, helpful with questions and having someone load heavy items into your truck. They also dont hassle me with military discount (I am active duty) like lowes does. I especially like the crew that works in the paint section. Thanks!

Sushi... thats mainly what we get everytime. Last visit the hot Asian food was not the best but it seemed like a fluke.

No one working on lumber... Lots of people waiting.. I went to customer service after 20 minutes they said someone was on their way. I went back there... Waited another 15 minutes and left the store...

For the most part, the staff is pretty knowledgeable and if they dont know the answer to the question then they usually will find someone who does.

Pretty much your standard well appointed Home Depot. I travel a lot and think these are some of the most helpful people in HD land. Hint: if an appliance is involved give their web site a try.NOTE: if you are coming in on 214th South, (towards 410), there is a sneak way into the lot before the light, bit hard to see, look for the mailboxes under a small roof. The North end of the lot is for the rest rooms and the contractors, garden center is on the South end by the sheds. There is a most wonderful sneak route onto 410 that starts by the garden center.

Looks like the store short of staffs, local home depot employees are not happy with their company, all we heard from the employees are complaints about their own store, about other employees... Some staffs are very helpful in some dept, some of staffs are unprocessional, dont care about their business, not willing to help.

The enviroment is welcoming the second you walk through the doors. I was properly greeted and helped immediately. I was brought to where I wanted to get to in the store. Knowlegable employees is a bonus and thats what i recieved in all aspects. I appreciate the customer service level that was shown to be at professional, people friendly, just all around what all customers should experience while out in a buisness setting.

The Home Depot in Bonney Lake is consistently fantastic. They are keep their shelves consistently stocked with Seasonal items and their staff consists of professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable employees who are always willing to help.

I brought some 12 boards back and was helped....very nice. Clerks always friendly at check.out. Jason is new and he was very helpful.

I went to return the Kubota that I rented and had trouble unhooking the trailer from my truck home Depot employee sitting in his vehicle before work I assume watching me for 20 minutes struggle and the answer I got is Im not on the clock is this the character of people that home Depot is now hiring I remember when the character was much higher so when we see somebody on the side of the road in trouble were not on the clock so we cant help them you didnt have to do anything except for tell me what I was doing wrong long time customer of home Depot is no longer

This is one of the better Home Depots Ive been to. The staff are friendly and helpful. They need to work on getting people checked out a little more quickly, but other than that, it is a good place to shop.

The staff here is awesome. I walk in, ask the first person I see where something is and I am either pointed in the right direction or escorted directly to it. As big as the store is I can be in and out like a ninja (who had to ask directions).

We had a slight defect in a watering wand we purchased and had to do a return today. The customer service rep that assisted us was very pleasant and efficient. Weve always had great luck with this home depot!

I couldnt find the cover youbout on outdoor faucets and the person greeting me dudnt really know and just pointed a direction. So nbn a little disappointing.

Went in one Saturday in search of a new tool box, settled on a Milwaukee 56 in. went home that night and ordered it online with the option for delivery and went through the transaction. the day before The box was supposed to be delivered, I got a call saying the box was no longer available, the box had been sold out from under me while I was waiting for it to be delivered. Was told that the closest available one was almost 100 miles out and that my only option was to go pick it up if I wanted it. Now I am in waiting for a week for them to give me back my money that they are holding on to...

Home Depot is always the place I go to first when I need anything for my house. But the last two times I’ve done a tank exchange the tanks were either empty or the cage was empty and both times an assistant had to come out and open up the back cages to give me my tanks. Little disappointing that they have not figured out that system yet, but either way Home Depot is still my first choice of a home-improvement store

In returning some fasteners, I asked if Courtney could have someone help me find some replacements on aisle 14. She said she would have someone meet me down there. Awhile had passed and this young girl on her second day needed the wheeled ladder behind me, but chose to not take it anywhere, and clearly couldnt help me. Some more time had passed and the older gentleman didnt even know I had requested his assistance. Thanks for the plates with the fasteners size chart. I ended up helping myself.

Came to this Home Depot after a very disappointing experience at Lowes. While Lowes is only 0.7mi from my house, I will now only shop at Home Depot (2.5mi). I had the pleasure of receiving assistance from associate Paul Walker in the Home Depot appliance department. I purchased a refrigerator. He made the experience very fast, easy and pleasant. He provided education on the product, protection plan and things to watch for after installation. He was AWESOME! I will now only shop at Home Depot for all of my home needs.

Know what you need... Its a blast.. Dont know... Well, you will have to find it yourself with the app.. Im done trying to track down Staff... They should start greeting people and asking of customers need help. Most of the time, its just to locate things.

Great pickup service. Order before online, park in the pickup area, when your order is ready. They bring it out to you, load it in your car, and you are good to go. Will use again!

Very busy! Follows CDC regulations for 6ft while checking out. Though asking a couple employees about a specific product and finally found it myself is why I gave a 4-star rating. Good customer service but product knowledge/location is moderate.
