Gary is amazing!! A few years back I got a Sapphire sleep copper queen mattress from him and it was so amazing that I knew he was the one to call when we were ready to get a new king mattress. Gary was able to get us an amazing deal on both a king and a sectional. Our new mattress is a hybrid with cooling gel and after two weeks of sleeping on it, my boyfriend and I can’t believe we actually love it even more than our old mattress (the bar was pretty high already— amazing!). The couch is durable and well - made. Normally buying large furniture items is stressful for me, but Gary was so accommodating. He really took care of us! I cannot recommend this business enough. We worked with Jamie and she was amazing! We found the perfect mattress for half the cost. We were able to take it home same day. They offered a 90day same as cash policy that seemed simple enough and was easy to get approved through.Definitely recommend checking them out before paying full price at a larger chain store.

Okay so we literally left this place about three hours ago and bought new furniture! $100 for delivery and he was able to deliver today, the delivery got here so fast! It’s wrapped so well!!! Quoted a box spring as included with the mattress, then when our son got there they added more for the box spring. I must have asked Jamie at least 3 times if she was sure if the box spring was free, getting yes for an answer.Gave us misinformation about dimensions of the set and frame, then when we set it up and didnt like it because it was much to high she wouldnt work with us to make it right. No returns or exchanges! Offered a meager discount for a shorter box spring which would have been a much less upcharge at time of sale.Gary did just call, all this having happened 3 weeks ago we are all settled now. He was very apologetic about not being available for so long. I think he truly cared and that was enough for me.I do have to say the mattress is comfortable and the price was wonderful.

Purchased a mattress this weekend there based off of a recommendation from a friend. Zero pressure, super knowledgeable sales help from Gary who went above and beyond to make it as easy and painless as possible. I feel like I bought a superior product that was reasonably priced and they even delivered after I said I would load it in my truck because it was raining so badly. Isnt refreshing to walk into a store and know that youre in good hands? Locally owned and operated, too. I visited eight different major retailers to find a new mattress and adjustable base. The owner greeted is at the door and was very knowledgeable about his mattress inventory. He even matched a competitors price! They offer white glove installation as well. It is great to support local business during these times and I cant say enough good things about BoxDrop - five stars!!!

We went there for mattresses a few months ago and bought mattresses, four to be exact! It was wonderful easy and pressure free!! We went back because we needed a couch and saw they now offer furniture. Another great experience! They are wonderful, friendly and make a huge effort to take care of their customers! Ok, this is a actual business, not like the mattress warehouses that you hear about. When we went, thats exactly what we thought it would be. Its not, its a actual business. They also sell couches at a unheard of price. We bought the adjustable split King bed & frame. We received awesome service from Jamie. She stay with us the whole time and our minds we not even on buyimg a mattress. We thought they sold dressers. But, Jamie was very knowledgeable on all the mattresses we asked about. She was not pushy at all. Thats what we found attractive in this service. Even though we have not received it yet, I gave it a 5 start for the service we received and the deal they made with us. No pressure sales tactics yet highly informative staff. I experienced nothing but phenomenal customer service during and after my purchase, they have prices you can’t beat for the high quality you get. Only downside is with COVID-19 there’s a wait tor your mattress to arrive after being shipped but that’s entirely out of their control and they were upfront and honest from the start. After all is said and done, I can honestly say it was worth the wait! I will recommend to any family and friends who are in the market for a new mattress.

I brought a friend in our truck to look for her a mattress. I wasnt even considering purchasing anything myself. I tried beds while she shopped and ended up on one I couldnt leave without! We both left with great beds for great prices. These are good people with no high pressure sales tactics.Also, Some people might like to know, Ive bought mattresses from amazon and another walk in stores and they have always had a chemical smell that took several days to off gas before we could use it. This one we slept on same day no smell! I took the tags off and noticed it said made in Washington. So if supporting local is important theres that too!Highly recommend.

So an updated review but still, 5 stars. I didnt learn that Gary brought the wrong mattress until I was making up my bed.. I called Gary and he immediately had several options for me to make it right. Gary brought me a new mattress (queen instead of full), removed my full bed frame, and set up a queen bed for me in less than 30 mins. I cannot thank Gary enough for the quick turn around in resolving the human mistake that happens. I had surgery recently and this was the best nights sleep I have had since then. You really cannot go wrong with this company. I will be recommending them to anyone who asks. Gary is the type of business man we need more of in this world. Thank you.

This place is new to the area and only 10 minutes from my house in Bonney Lake. I heard about the Black Diamond location so I was excited to check this place out. Gary is super chill and made the mattress buying experience fun and painless. I bought a “thermic” (a cooling memory foam mattress) and an adjustable base. My husband and I feel so fancy! The prices were over half as much as any other store I went to so I was happy to get the perfect set up for an even better price. I’ll definitely tell all my friends about this place and come back for any future beds we might need!

This place blows everyone out of the water! From their extensive knowledge and personal experiences, to the lowest prices Ive seen anywhere. Jaime personally helped me with my purchase, I had made an appointment online through their Facebook and went from there. She was kind, courteous, and above all else she was NOT pushy! Quite a few of the places I had shopped around at before had been vulture-like with their sales techniques and it put a damper on everything I did. I had mentioned needing a bit of time to get together a payment and they not only gave me as much time as I needed (with no harassment!), they gave me an amazing deal on my dream bed with a 90-day affordable payment plan.
