Pretty good. Prices a little steep and the selection they had wasnt quite as vast as I thought theyd have. Good service though.

The manager was very friendly and helped me get what I needed in a timely and easy fashion. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs something from a print job to office supplies.

This place was on clearance when I went. The staff was swamped with people flooding in but they were courteous even in the face of belligerent people.It took a little time to get what I wanted, but everything was understandably busy.

Good for paper and ink cartridges and the random computer cable. Id hate to work here. It seems so boring.

I would not recommend mailing anything from here especially if it is a preshipped label. They do not check in preshipped labels so you have no record of the item that you dropped off. Your dropped off packages are not secure. I dropped off a package and I have been informed that when USPS picks it up they scan it well the item was never scanned or picked up so now I am out 150.00!!! Big mistake

Horrible customer service from the Bonney Lake Office Depot. I had given them multiple chances over the last year for print jobs and they couldnt even get one thing right even being told what needed to be done. Every encounter I had ended up worse than the first one. I thought third time would of been the charm but not in this case. Was even told they got new managers since my last horrible encounter and this time it was even worse!!! NEVER will I go back!
