Once you figure out the store is INSIDE Safeway, its easy to find. Use the doors to the left (as you are looking at the building) and hook to the right upon entry. Small, but efficient!

Im seeing quite a few reviews about business hours being inaccurate, yet, it has not been corrected in +months. Store hours show they close at 6:30 online but they actually close at 5:30 M-F. I was told that they cant change the hours online - its controlled by corporate - Hey Corporate, where you at?! This was really inconvenient and the store clerk was not shy about expressing the annoyance of my arrival and questioning of the hours. That was honestly an unpleasant experience but I dont blame her if this has been happening for months. This is not setting them up for success. Take care of your people - not just your customers.

The worst customer service Ive ever experienced. As I walked up to the counter, there were two associates which neither greeted me and just looked at me while just standing there. They were not busy and seemed to not care I was there. Once the associate Kathy assisted me with an Amazon return, she had a poor attitude. I was returning an item that Amazon said no box nor label is required and to just drop it off. Mind you, this was not my first time returning an item of this size or shape, yet the association told me she could not process my return unless I purchased a box. I explained to her that Ive never had to buy a box especially in this case. She then rudely said look at this we cant ship it like this and I was very confused because again Ive done return at this location with no problems. She didnt seem to want to let me return the item and I had my toddler that was fussy and so I just purchased a $16 box. As she processed my other items the whole she seemed bothered and every item she just threw in a box with no regard to her manner of handling these items and how they will be sent back. At the end of my transaction she noticed I wasnt happy with her service and she said well you can always reach out to Amazon and have them refund you. This UPS really needs to make sure each associate knows what customer service means and not treat people in this manner nor their items the way Kathy did.

It shows on google that store info about business hours were updated by the business owner. It says close 5pm on Saturdays, but posted close at 4:30PM on the sign at the store door. By the way, when I went there, they were already closed and it was 4:20pm. Accuracy would be much appreciated!!

Need more space for the volume of customers this UPS store attracts. The store is tiny. Often times lines of 5 to 10 customers will form and run into the safe way store entrance.

Must be unhappy workers there? Not friendly almost to the point of rude. Closing early and cant get there with an average weekday work schedule.

Just FYI they no longer close at 7 pm. Closed today around 6 and will be closing around 5:30 pm accoding to employee. Noramlly fanastic customer service but need to update hours I had stuff to drop off and could have come earlier.

They need to Edit their Saturday hours! I rushed down there to get a package dropped off so it was returned withing my return window and found out that they had already been closed for 30 minutes! Not happy!

Very convenient. Go here instead of the Fed Ex store down the street. Trust me!

They helped me figure out exactly what was going wrong with my package being sent outTook a few min but the were determined to figure it out. And did, so now every time I go in (a few times a week they remember me and know. What needs to be done different than most other ppl shipping prosess

Every time I go there they are having some kind of issues so either the people working there don’t know what their doing or their system is garbage

Walked in and the UPS counter was closed with a sign saying closed until further notice due to staff shortage.

The manager was there right on time to open and help even after fires closed the routes and backed up traffic to get there. Very friendly, incredibly helpful, overall fantastic service. I hope all UPS stores have someone as great as Eileen working there!

Easy and quick drop-off service. Small store, but at least right inside the door.

Employees are fast but this store is squeezed into an entrance of a grocery store that is very hectic and impossible to keep lines, that sometimes form, organized while trying to not block people going in and out of safeway. Please move to a better location!

I returned 3 xbox games to Amazon from this location and Amazon did not get it yet. There is no movement on my packages since December 30. This is the 2nd time it happens to me. The people that works at this location are not to be trusted.
