I receive VIP service at every visit. Anthony at LensCrafters and all staff at Altitude Optometry are the best! Incredibly helpful, patient, efficient, and thorough.
I have a somewhat complicated prescription with some prism, and my pupils dont always cooperate in lining up, so I decided to go here instead of one of the online glasses retailers so that I could have an expert take measurements and make sure the prescription was entered correctly. Anthony and Starsong were both extremely helpful over the course of multiple revisions of the lenses as I came back with eyestrain three times (a common occurrence when Im getting new glasses), but we got it worked out in the end, and I have two pairs of glasses Im very happy with.
I was a walk as I was visiting Boulder. I had excellent service and could not of found a nicer person to help me. He is an asset to your corporation. Coming from New York I am not use to getting this kind of service

Highly recommend coming here for any and all glasses/sunglasses needs. I had a graveyard of sunglasses with missing bolts. I bounced all around town looking for a place to help me repair them to no avail. I stopped at this location and was met by Mike. He not only replaced all of the missing pieces in my sunglasses, which took around 10-15 minutes of his time, but was also very engaging and professional. I will be switching from Pearle Vision to LensCrafters based purely on my experience with him. Thank you Mike for your help!

Went in two times. First time, Michael helped me pick out a great pair of glasses. Unfortunately, due to my strong Rx, the lenses looked terrible. Michael said to come on back in for a restyle. Second time, Anthony helped me out and found a pair that worked both aesthetically and with my Rx. Plus, the new pair was cheaper, so I have more money in my wallet!

Everyone here is really nice and helpful. I recently came in to get my frames adjusted and they gave me new frames for free. I have been wearing glasses for a long time and had many different optometrists and these guys are definitely up there with the best of them. Five stars.
I recently purchased two pairs of prescription sunglasses from the Boulder 29th St. LensCrafters Optique and was very pleased. The product selection is excellent, and the service was nothing short of exceptional. Best customer service Ive received at a glasses place. The employees here where super helpful and personal. I was between a few pairs of frames and they helped me choose between them. Then, after my glasses were made, I noticed they would make me motivation sick so I brought it them back to get fixed. Long story short, the optometrist that wrote my prescription (College Optical in Boulder, not LensCrafters) gave me an incorrect prescription and LensCrafters made me new lenses with the correct prescription free of charge! Even though it wasnt LensCrafters mistake, they still made it right which I think has a lot of merit.

Nice location and helpful staff. Can get busy sometimes so might be a while before someone can attend to you at certain times. Smaller than other LensCrafters locations so you may not find some specific products from your brand of choice but they can tell you which locations have it and if you can afford to wait they can order it for you too I think.

I dont often leave reviews on Google, but really felt like this one was overdue. Ive been going here since I started college at CU (Ive since graduated, gotten a job, etc.). While I could likely go buy glasses anywhere, I will continue to come to this Lenscrafters at least as long as Mike is still managing the store. The customer service is always excellent, and if you walk in for adjustments or to ask questions everyone knows what theyre doing and helps you out quickly. You wont be disappointed going here and checking in with Mike or his team.

I went shopping for perscription glasses and sun glasses. I was pleased to find out about their current promotion of 40% off first lenses and 40%off lens and frames for 2nd pair.I got rayban sunglasses and they are great! The frames for my glasses on the other hand were not so great. But they have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee that they honored and i hope the next pair work. They say 10 days and it is true. I was also told if the second pair dont work, theyd still honor the satisfaction guarantee. But i really hope i wont have to use it! All of the front desk help were very friendly and professional. Even though i feel bad that i was not satisfied, i received no judgment and had a positive helpful experience.
I asked to send my glasses to them since I was home bound and have them replace a damaged lens. Them made several excuses saying they could but would rather not. How does a home bound person get help?Disappointed, T Kramer
Major problems and delays getting a pair of sunglasses made there. I informed them when I first went in that I had a difficult prescription, but they said it shouldnt be a problem. Spent a good deal of time picking out a frame with an associate. Next day, they tell me that their lab said they couldnt make my lenses and that frame and I had to come back to pick out a new pair. I did so and waited a few weeks. When I called, they first told me that they didnt like the way the lenses were cut or shaped, so they sent it back. Then later they said they lost the frames in transit, but could order from another store with different colors on the replaceable arms for my Oakley frame. I said the colors really didnt matter (it originally had grey and red arms you could switch) and said I was fine with getting another pair that had blue instead of red. After a little over a month, they call me and tell me the frames will ship shortly. They finally came in, but they were the original colors, so I dont know if they were making up the story about the frames to cover for the delay or what.I would not be as upset, but one associate offered me a discount or incentive to make up for it after the initial snafu with the wrong frames. I never received any of that, and subsequently, no one apologized or offered anything for the inconvenience. Its not that I was looking for freebies, I just wanted an honest explanation.

I went in to get an adjustment on a couple of pairs of glasses that had been painful for a few weeks. Mike could see that there’re had been a problem with my glasses from a previous store. He took care of the problem and made it right even through I didn’t go in asking for that. I just wanted my glasses to not hurt anymore. It’s hard to come by amazing customer service like that these days. Thank you for not only making my glasses not hurt anymore, but also taking the initiative to go above and beyond to fix a problem that was not created in your store.
I love this place. Everyone is so friendly and warm. Dr. Mortenson is professional and caring. Our whole family goes there for our eye care needs and we have all been extremely happy with the quality of care and service. Jill helped teach my daughter how to put in her contacts and was wonderful. We couldnt be happier to be a part of this practice.

Ive used LensCrafters in other places (IL, MD, PA) and always had a pretty good experience, but not here. They get one star for getting the prescription right, one for friendliness. The rest didnt work so well. This is not a location where they make up your glasses locally. They told me 7-10 days, but in fact it was nearly two weeks. Worst of all was the sticker shock: nearly $800 for a pair of glasses? It was not a complicated prescription and I did not choose a high-end frame. They break out as individual costs so many different line items that should in fact all be part of a cheaper package. I wont go back here, there are many better choices in Boulder for eyewear.
I went in here for new glasses because their hours are longer than other places around, but then ended up having to take them back twice because the lenses were made wrong. Although everyone in the store was very nice about it, I just got tired of the whole thing, and after more than a month didnt want to wait any more for possibly a third mistake.Went to Front Range Eye Health instead and ended up paying $100 less on the same material lenses.The one upside to Lenscrafters: they made absolutely zero fuss when I said I just wanted to return the glasses. But apparently they never reversed the billing to my insurance, which caused them to deny my claim for glasses elsewhere. Awesome experience.
I have been going to this store since it opened. Dependent on the flow of customers it can be a long wait at times but the service is friendly and the explanation of benefits has always been helpful. I particularly like the on-site opthamology care. The Doc there identified and resolved an issues I had been having for years.
Walked in about 30 minutes before they closed and walked out 10 minutes later with contact lenses. They accepted my prescription and old contact lenses box and gave me new ones. Great service and price, cheaper than most places.
I went here to get contacts for the first time and they were excellent. They even adjusted my prescription again after Id worn them for a while, and my vision is excellent now.
I got 3 Pairs of Glasses at this store, I told them I will get my glasses before April 12th, because I will leave my town to East coast of America at that time. They told me could be work in that day. For now I still wait my glasses, every day I called them to check my glasses status. Today I called again, they told me I will get my glasses at April 13th. That is not good for me. I will leave town at 11:00PM 12th April. I do not want to recommend my friends to get glasses at this location. Be careful If you want to get glasses at this location.
Not impressed with the customer service here. The lady that helped me was condescending and patronizing. I was also told by another sales associate to copy a skew number for reference and she told me the exact opposite. If I could conveniently find another place to make my purchase, I would. I would not recommend this to friends.
Everyone there works hard for your business and are pleasant to work with. I feel lucky to have found a reasonably priced eyewear store combined with an optometry office where they give good care.
Went in for reading glasses. Was told I needed glasses for driving. The prescription actually made it more difficult to drive. Everything within 5 feet was very blurry, i.e. my gps, dashboard, rear and side view mirrors. Actually made me nauseous to drive with them on. Gave them 3 stars for the no hassle return. Otherwise I would have rated them 1 star.
Went there to fix my broken glasses, It needed a plastic bushing which costs about 1 cent. they refused to help me because I didnt get my glasses from there. The lady I talked to kept saying the place I have bought my glasses from should help me and they even didnt check to see if they have the part.
I LOVE, LOVE this Lenscrafters! Mike, the manager is absolutely the best, most knowledgeable and caring individual I have met in any company I have visited. It is because of Mike and Dr. Monica Mortenson, who is also amazing, that I will continue without question, to get my eyes checked there and buy my glasses from them. By the way, I found many more selections of top line eye ware here than in any other store in or near Boulder, Colorado. Of course what they have at this store is really amazing people, as well as an Optometrist, Dr. Monica Mortenson, I felt was really reliable and knowledgeable, and caring, as well as all the most fabulous frame styles you could ever want, that many other stores do not carry. The other fabulous thing was that although they have their own in house insurance plan, which I recommend, I already had VSP and not only did they honor discounts for this, they gave me a comparable price to their in house insurance, saving me over 40%! Truly save yourself some time, and just go here, that is why I am writing this review - I believe in sharing good information and I spent two weeks researching! Save yourself the time just go there!
Had lens fall out due to loose screw, got it put back into place for free. Great service, friendly staff.
