Drink was super hot and delicious, made exactly how I asked

We sat there for 5 minutes before anyone would even acknowledge us to get our order. They would walk right by us multiple times. We were ordering in the store but they were more concerned about the online and drive thru orders even though we were physically waiting right there. Terrible service in my opinion. Also, the hot chocolate was disgusting. I’ve had it before and it was really good but this time it was so gross.

Everytime I go here (like 2 or 3 times a week) I feel like part of the starbucks family. They always make the best surprise drinks. Well today (9/1) I was having a REALLY bad day and August was there to save the day with his autumn drink and pumpkin scone. You deserve a raise or promotion or a paid week off. Thank you!!! Hope you see this, thank you for being amazing and working today!

I came in to get a drink today. I got my order out to me quickly, and it was made well, but as i was talking to one of the people that work there he had to go take a drive through order. I took a seat at one of the tables (not disturbing this employee just playing on my phone) as i’m sitting there i start getting rude stares and seeing the other employees whispering and telling the drive through guy that he was being paid to work and not make small talk. It was a very unwelcoming environment when i just wanted to have my drink and sit for a while. I honestly felt very uncomfortable sitting in there.

They messed up my order yesterday and honestly didnt really seem like they were paying much attention when I ordered. :(

Better than most places like this. I didnt have Mongolian but my dinner mates love it.

This is the only Starbucks I go to for a reason! They are amazing! Fast! Friends! Always greet me by name! And gave my 2year old a blended strawberry smoothie for her bday! I have never been to a better Starbucks!

Not a coffee drinker but love the sous vide bites and the pink drink. When its cold out, I love a good steamer with one of their flavors. Love the pumpkin whip in the fall!!

This is absolutely the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I went once and thought maybe it was just a one time thing. I ordered a coffee with cream that took 25 mins. I thought this time that i would try the drive thru, but same thing. Huge line of cars moving extremely slow. Been waiting about 10 mins already and haven’t even placed my order.

2 stars because the friendliness of the staff. Otherwise it would be zero stars. I ordered my standard coffee with a dash of cream. This was said back to me at the time of ordering. When picking up at the window my drink was handed to me without telling me what it was. Coffee with soy. I am allergic to soy.Luckily I poured this into my own thermos and in the process saw soy on the side of cup or this would have been bad.Mistakes happen but please exercise caution because sometimes those mistakes can have terrible consequences. I have never had issues with this location before. Usually I get great service quickly. But this time it could have killed me so I felt I had to write a review.

Struggles with orders larger than a single. In the drive up ordering 4 drinks and I had to ask for straws, napkins and a carrier. Drinks were great and servers pleasant. Just wish it was a little more thoughtful of needs.

Bathroom doors DO NOT LOCK!!! When staff was made aware they didnt care. They are fine with customers walking in on each other. Horrible and disgraceful.

The girl had an attitude, she didn’t fill up the cup, I asked for extra caramel she didn’t put any, I also asked for whip cream, NONE, this is why Dutch bros Is better then Starbucks

Customer service was good! Especially the staff asked me if I want my blueberry muffin get warmed. (Not many starbucks ask you that) so friendly and fast!

I love Starbucks. Their frappuccinos are the best thing. Ive tried other places but theres are just not the same and dont really compare much.

No order confirmation. But its my fault they got my order wrong right? When I approached the window and asked for the right one, they just dumped out what was already in the cup and made a new drink in the same cup, runny down the sides and not made to expectation YET AGAIN! How do I know it was the same cup? The order sticker.

Waited over 10 mins for an iced tea. Asked for a refund and it took longer than it would have to make my drink. No apology, just an eye roll from the Manager. Won’t be back to this location ever.

The fastest drive through in the mornings, Nothing like a cup of coffee in the mornings to start your day. Every time i visit them i get such a nice welcoming. Thank you guys for keeping our city enjoyable.

I can’t tell you how many times I’ve pulled up to this location and it is closed, for seemingly no reason. It’s Monday at 9:30AM and there’s a piece of construction paper on the door stating “We are closed.” I honestly wouldn’t think much of this, maybe there was some sort of emergency... but this has happened multiple times. Poor management, I hope someone else takes over so I can enjoy a reliable location.

The manager and staff here are so nice! I love going through the drive thru here.I wish customers would be more kind and patient towards food and beverage employees right now, especially since they’re dealing with new COVID safety procedures, changing schedules, being understaffed, training new hires, etc. They’re doing their best and there’s no reason to go off on them just because your drink took a bit longer or wasn’t totally right the first time. Here’s to hoping we can all have more patience and respect for the people serving us.

Great drinks but a little to slow

Getting drinks here is fast, the establishment is always spotless, and the employees are all so kind. You can tell they really love their job!

Alot better then the other Starbucks in Woodcross. Fast, consistent, always friendly and never mess up my order.

To ordered 1. Large dragon refresher and a strawberry drink with no ice and they gave us 2 strawberry waters. Then we said we ordered a dragon fruit as well and they just gave us two strawberry waters and made us pay for our dragon fruit drink.

Bountiful Starbucks is like walking into my super awesome hommie hang out spot. The minute i walk in there everyone treats me like family and its warming and cozying. The staff to me is family and theyre always willing to deliver a nice smile and thank you for coming greetings. If i could rate this place 10 stars, i really would... Thank you Bountiful Starbucks for always making me feel so welcomed 😄❤

Really friendly staff! They went above and beyond. Bringing out orders to where we were sitting despite being busy. They even came around and offered iced waters to anyone sitting around.Only sad thing is theyre often out if my favorite sandwiches ha ha.

Great location! Starbucks is not my absolute favorite but it is consistently good so I am there every few weeks. This location has a great staff that is always friendly and very eager to please. The last time I was there the lady at the drive through felt I had waited to long for my drink in the line and refused to charge me for it and gave me a gift card for my next visit. They go above and beyond in their service that is for sure.

They make my white iced tea perfect every time! The employees are so welcoming and genuinely care about you. However, I noticed some customers have an entitled attitude and don’t respect the policies that Starbucks expects its employees to follow.

This experience SUCKED. I had my beautiful nieces who wanted some strawberries and cream frappes, but we wanted to split the frappe into 2 cups. the person working refused to split it in to the other cups himself. He told us “I can give you two cups and you can split it yourselves.” We asked him to do it there since he had the drink already. But he still refused. He also added that they discontinued the strawberries and cream frappe, so he offered another version of it. I was not a fan of what he offered, so I declined and asked for a peppermint choc. chip frappe (no caffeine). He said it was against the policy to make it the way we ordered. However, I came to this Starbucks some time ago and they made it for me! But this worker refuses to make me what I ordered? This was the worst experience at Starbucks I’ve ever had. Very poor customer service. I’ll think twice before I come to this Starbucks again, or maybe I’ll just go to a different one instead. 😡👎🏼

Great service! The staff here are super friendly and knowledgable. I frequent coffee shops around the valley and despite being a franchise this location feels comfortable and homey. I’ve seen a few rude/demanding/entitled customers come through this location but the staff handle themselves really well.

Good place to get a cold or hot beverage! The hot chocolate selection in the winter time is amazing! Take the whole fam for a sip or brunch munch! Tasty snacks and good music liven up the atmosphere very nicely! The customer service deals and price points are stupendous and I love the clean restrooms!

I really like this Starbucks. The atmosphere is pretty quiet and intimate. It is a good break from the busiest part of bountiful, a quick escape before youre back in the rat race. I dont know that their products are much different from any other Starbucks, but the ambiance is worth the visit.

Great clean store with more than helpful staff, especially Tamaris. Tamaris makes it a treat to come in, she knows all of us regulars by name and drink.

Go to this place every Monday to meet with my sister. We are always waited on quickly and the drinks are always delicious. Would recommend.

This location ISNT by any means the closest to where I live nor is it the easiest for my commute to work...Any Starbucks can make a latte the same way and make it well.THIS Starbucks location has become MY morning Smile, shot in the arm, I can make it through the day at a horrible Job place. They ALL know my name, smile, welcome me EVERY MORNING, laugh with me and make me feel like Im the most IMPORTANT person in the place no matter HOW MANY others are there.I used to own a retail store and know you can train an orangutan, but theyve hired for personality and theyve SCORED. Even if my career takes me in another direction, Ill be leaving EARLY to swing by HERE.

They staff it very well. Know they just need to explain and train employees what they are to do. It needs cleaned very much when would be nice if they would stock the sugar and cream bar. Its difficult to get their attention. Then i feel I am burdening them.

Nathan the manager has really turned this place around in the last few months. Hes the cute bearded barista just ask him for any thing he will take care of you. I have him make me one of his mystery drinks always different and random and always great every time!

Everything was really good, but the girl taylor(?I think?) Kinda had a bad attitude. Maybe it was just an off day. But her vibe didnt really feel like she was happy to serve me. Will definitely be back tho.

They made a mistake on my drink. I called to let them know (not really expecting a refund or remake.)I ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato, and there was no caramel taste at all. When I let the employee know that it was missing I said It didnt taste like there was any caramel in the drinkHe was quick to be defensive and said There is no caramel in the drink it is only drizzledRegardless of how it is placed in the drink I was trying to explain it had no caramel flavor. I could care less about the mistake, I know it happens. I just feel the response was quite aggressive when I was only trying to provide feedback on a mistake they had made.With this said, moving forward I will just go to another location that is nearby and avoid further issues.

I have not once gone to this location and had a disappointment. They staff is great and friendly, and the drinks are always delicious.

Showed up on Sunday 7/28 at 7:55, 5 minutes before 8:00pm and parked in the drive thru. Nobody came on the intercom so I backed up and parked in their lot and walked to the front doors. Two girls were inside and the doors were locked but it wasnt even 8:00 yet and the website AND the board showing the store hours in the front window both said this location closed at 8:30pm on Sundays, not 8. One of the girls approached the front doors and said they were closed, despite it not even being 8 yet and I told her that the store hours said they didnt close until 8:30 to which she replied I dont care what the hours say, we close at 8. The other girl then approached, took down the board with the hours and changed the 8:30pm to 8:00pm before replacing the board in the window. Zero customer service here. Very Upset.

The 1 Star is not for the staff (lack there of) it is for the management. Your staff is struggling to keep up as there are 10+ cars in the drive thru and customers coming inside. I had to wait over 10 minutes for and unsweetened iced green tea. Take care of your employees and get them some help before all your customers go down the street...
