Customer service was on point! I called ahead of time to see if I needed to schedule an appointment, Mr. Sergio answered and said Nope, you can come right on in! He looked up the tires for me to be sure they had them in stock before coming and sure enough they did! I appreciated his honesty and recommendations once he saw my tires (after all his jokes on my driving skills 😆) and even helped with my TPMS system that Nissan was charging my whole life for. I’m thankful I was able to get in on a Friday, mid day AND on pay day! You guys rock! Smooth sailing during check out too!

This is the second time I’ve tried with this place. The first time my warranty company sent me there to see why my engine light was on. I had an appointment and STILL had to wait 2 hrs. to be serviced only to hear they couldn’t fix the problem. Which was an issue with the gas cap.Today I woke with a flat tire. So I drove to THE TIRE SHOP. Only to be told by a man “I don’t have anyone working today.” I said you’re working…you can’t sell me a tire?? He tells me I can leave my car and come back later. WHAT?? I ask him if he can at least put on my spare. He tells me know and just looked at me. HORRIBLE UNPROFESSIONAL “service.” Very ghetto. Do not recommend. ZERO stars.

Tario was a big help. He actually told me it was a long wait to get my tire changed but it was really fast.. he was also very patient as many times as I changed my mind lol his customer service is great! Ask for Tario

Alfonzo was awesome. He helped recommend tires within my budget and explained the coverage options. Though I did not accept all the additional benefits I appreciate that he did not push a sell. There was a mix up with my contact number and when I called in, Alfonzo agreed to stay a few moments after closing for me to pickup my car. He went above and beyond to ensure I was cared for. Big thanks to a great employee that made me feel valued as a customer !

I am senior citizen. I went in NTB because my car was periodically not starting. I was told I may need a battery. Dtario the service manager helped me. He cleaned my connections and checked my battery. I did not need one . He was HONEST! HE DID NOT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME. I WILL BE RETURNING AND WILL GLADLY REFER OTHERS.

Appt at 1pm, out just b4 3. They were quick, thorough and super nice! The service Mgr was kind and informative and every member of the store I met was friendly. Tire prices ( replaced all 4) were comparable to Costco an other big tire vendors.

I love this Location, the General manager Tony is always so kind. His employees/Techs mirror the same attitude as him, and that’s what I love about this place. I will continue to use them for my personal vehicle needs. They make you feel so welcomed!Keep it up guys!

D’tario Brown was excellent. I was upset when I came in because I had a flat tire and my car was towed here. He really made me feel better and assured me that I would be taken care of and he was right. He had excellent customer service and answered all my questions. NTB did not perform services that they charge me for.NTB charged me for an oil change and tire rotation, but failed to rotate the tires.I have had multiple contacts with their Customer Service department where the pretended they would rectify the situation but did nothing. After months of unproductive phone calls and emails with them I decided to post a warning to others.Beware NTB will steal from you by not giving you what they charge you for, and lie to you about making you whole again.Their Customer Service is the worst. They wont return your call or respond to multiple email inquires.

Tario was extremely helpful. I got my tires changed and replaced but they coudnt fix the tire sensor light. But overall I got my tires done and Tario provided good customer service.I didnt give a 5 star because I think somethings could have been done better. I believe that this is NTB wide but not necessarily store specific.This situation had to do with my front brakes.

I was in need of some wiper blades cause the ones on the car was not cleaning the window very well. My experience was a pleasant one. They were nice and professional and didnt try to make me spend all of my money. And yes I would definitely go back there when my car needs serviced.

Mr Macon, one of the sales associates, is as pleasant and professional as they come. His manner is only ever cheerful and helpful, and it makes all the difference.

The service here was excellent. The staff were very knowledgeable, courteous and were quick to assist. Tony did a great job in explaining the things I needed to do to take care of the issues, and got them resolved efficiently.

I will NEVER have my car serviced here again! I purchased four tires and only two came in so I was forced to wait. After one week I phoned and was told that the tires had arrived. I had to wait an additional week for an install appointment only to wait over two hours at the appointment for my car to be brought into the bay for tire install. After receiving my car back I noticed that the tires were not balanced and the car vibrates. I made two appointments to have the tires balanced, but each time I was told that they were backed up and could not take my car. I questioned the purpose of an appointment and was told that they were trying their best. I made a third appointment at 9 am with the thought of being early in an attempt to have my appointment time honored...wrong again! It is 10:30 am and I am still waiting for my car to be taken back to the bay. I was once again told that they try their best but an appointment just guarantees me that the car will be seen some time that day as time permits.NTB Bowie is horrible from customer service to quality of work! I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

On April 19, 2021 I took my truck to the shop for maintenance, tire balance, rotating, and alignment. my vehicle was there for six hours being serviced, I was told that everything was done and everything was okay. when I left the shop and road down the street, my rear driver tire came off the rim. Since then Ive been dealing with NTBs insurance company,and I havent gotten my vehicle fixed yet. This company is so unprofessional and there insurance company is even worse. You cant talk to no one when you need to, and if and when you do they are rude and hang up the phone on you. I been coming to NTB for 15years and I can honestly say I wont never use them again.

Worthless if you care about safety after getting service here. Is there a choice for negative stars? Even though this place can be less expensive, I will gladly pay more elsewhere.

Had my tire in stock so I could get out same day with little wait(rare). Polite staff, hand sanitizer available and proper distancing markers. Personal bonus, almost fell asleep in the waiting area. Chairs were comfy.

Tony and the shop did a great job!

These guys were great. I bought my vehicle in for tires and instead of giving me what I asked for they told me what the problem was and they referred me to the shop that installed my rotors. They didnt try to get over on me like other shops could have. The will get my business again.

Placed an appt. in the morning and they changed my oil within 2 hours. I’m always impressed with the customer service and how quickly they get the work done! Alonzo and Tony were the two employees that helped me. Will come back again!

Pricey but good customer service

I had an appointment and was told the work would take a hour and a half. I sat there for 4 hours waiting for the work to be completed.If I had known it would taken 4 hours I would have arranged for a ride.A honest estimate of time or a free shuttle service would have been just fine but being stuck for 4 hours threw off my day.

Dtario provided excellent service on my visit to NTB Bowie on 4/14/21! He explained everything that was going to be done and kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. He also went over the list of findings and the estimated cost of work to be done. The mechanics were fast. I was in and out in an hour for an oil change and wiper replacement. Definitely a location I will be coming back to and there are 2 locataions closer to my home!

I went for the oil change I spent 2h45 min waiting after booked an appointment. Also in the paper work they guess the mileage of my car . They put 175123 miles instead of 98000 miles and didnt even reset it added to that in my appointment I had the total amount I have to pay but over there they charge me more. That is the worst experience I ever had when doing my oil change

Decided to try this place out when I went to change my tires. They are phenomenal!! The team at Bowie NTB are friendly, professional, efficient, and great at their jobs! When I had an issue with the pressure sensor in one of the tires, they were able to get my car in the next day to take a look at it. They fixed the sensor that was causing issues, and checked the pressure in my other tires at the same time. They got my car in and out quickly and they have me as a customer for life! I highly recommend giving them a try.

Tony is possibly the nicest, most genuine service person Ive ever talked to. He actually brightens my day! Helped me with putting on two tires I had bought. Hes a national treasure.

The bowie location is way more professional than the Annapolis location. Customer service was great and the service was quick.

I went to the NTB today and waited almost an hour just to be checked in for a brake service. My appointment was at 8:30 am, I arrived at 8:25am and finally got checked in at 9:20 am. There was a gentleman in front of me that received a discount because he knew someone from another NTB. I get to the counter and asked for a discount for having to wait for almost an hour and Alonzo throws his hands up and only can offer a mail in rebate. This isnt good customer service and will the last time I patronize this NTB.

I dropped my husband off at a noon appointment for a oil change. It is nearly five hours later and I’m sitting here waiting with him to pick up my car. I’ve literally witnessed three customers so upset. I’m not sure what had happened to the service here but five hours waiting on an oil change is unsatisfactory. Please hire more mechanics or close this store.

Best tire experience EVER! Called at 6:57am Tony answered the phone and told me to come on in. Got there and was greeted immediately and out in little over an hour. Armani checked me out with ease and very professional. Facility is clean and comfortable.
