Many of the employees are super rude, the wait time is extremely long and my order has been messed up many times. Ive seen flies in the pastry display a couple of times as well. While the food is good, the process of getting it from here is an awful experience more often than not

Some of the workers have horrible attitudes. There’s one worker with glasses that makes drinks from time to time and she’s very rude. The manager herself always looks discombobulated and there’s very few times I go and my order is correct. It seems like these people are always short on staff and I can’t get that upset... don’t understand why more people aren’t helping out. A majority of their workers probably need more training.

Incredible vibe at this cafe! The team is always upbeat and friendly and the playlist is amazing. Also love the chalkboard wall and the student artwork.

Bagel barely toasted, too much butter slapped on my bagel as well. I already have high blood pressure, I’m sure It’ll sky rocket now.
