Baristas take to long to make orders there’s a lot of side chatter when orders need be fulfilled.This is today’s society Gen Z have zero work ethic.

Order was wrong. But it was very busy so I dont blame them too much. the batistas we very friendly and welcoming. Over all a pretty positive experience.

The cashier actually gave me a recommendation for a different drink after I found they didnt have the ingredients for my favorite drink. Thats pretty sweet. Also I appreciated the random K-pop.

Incredibly slow, no real sense of urgency. Staff was at least pleasant.

Geez. They need one person just to keep the place clean. 4th time in there in last 3 weeks and each time, super slow and messy and cant get the freakin orders rightGeez !!!!

The food at Starbucks was absolutely horrible. It was over microwaved and dry. I will not visit there again unless Im I need of coffee only.

The line was long but it took no time since there were at least 4 people working the desk. Wait time was very short and the iced caramel coffee was great.

Got to be one of the slower Starbucks I have been to. I waited for about 5 mins to get my latte and another 15mins to get the breakfast sandwich. Apparently one of the two cookers was not working

I asked for Splenda in my tea and because they were out of Splenda she put regular sugar in my tea. Not good for a diabetic!

I always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to get my order, even when there is no line. The staff isn’t friendly at all. Unfortunately, I will have to drive to the Largo location from now on, though this one is closer to my house.

Every time I come here for some reason I have to wait either to just simply order or my drink takes atleast 15-20 mins like just now there are 3 workers and me and for some strange reason I had to wait 5 mins before i could order not only that i had to get rude just to order this will be my last time ordering for this place over the last 2 years customer service has went completely down in all locations

Mango Dragonfruit drink extra sweet with classic syrup and lemonade. Thats the drink.

Overly.busy on this visit waited 10 min for regular coffee and a bagle from the time we paid. To be fair there were 20+ drinks ahead of us. Stay well.

My girlfriend and I just went there an the barista Alex was so sweet an friendly she got to know my girlfriend an I and had a nice conversation and cared to know how we were! The male barista made our drinks perfectly!

The slowest Starbucks. Only 3 people working with a long line in the building but continuing to take mobile orders. Management of this store is needed.

Would never come back to this location after waiting 30 minutes for a frap and speaking with the barista about my order he said he would make it and proceeded to make 3 additional drinks before he even got to mine, mind you it was only one person ahead of me but her catered to others after me waste of time and late for work never again! EVER

I had a very pleasant experience at this Starbucks. It was a Monday morning around 9:30 when I visited. I got in, placed my order, and was sitting down with my order within a couple minutes. The drink was made well and my food was nice and hot. The only gripe Id have about this place is the parking. Its extremely limited, but by the looks of the area this Starbucks is in, Id imagine a lot of people walk through the shopping areas. Its in a town center with multiple stores. I would definitely visit again.

Dare say this place actually felt hip? Quick and friendly service! The only coffee shop that I have seen that has board games and books available for small children!

The food display case was disgusting. Moldy food in case. Just take it out.

Excellent staff, and the drink was done right. The line moved fast. So, no real complaints about any of that. The only minor quibble is that there are flies in the pastry case. Not good.

Ordered on line and it was ready for pick up when I arrived. No waiting...

Love their seasonal coffee selections. Their breakfast options are great too, was pleasantly surprised by their healthy oatmeal - much better than expected.

Usually quick, clean, and friendly despite being a pretty busy spot. I dont think theyve gotten my order wrong at any time.

It was really busy so the wait for a mobile order was longer than usual. Typically this place is friendly and very quick.

I come here often and enjoy the consistency in the drinks. However, it never fails that the inside is frigid. I hate to be toiling away on my laptop with my feet frozen or needing to bring an extra scarf. On mild weather days, Ive had to wear more clothes inside than out; on cold days, Ive had to wear my coat inside. Normally, Id just go find another place to work from, but options are limited in the suburbs.

Works for me. The line moves fast during a rush. Seems like there is always new people working they dont always ask your name. I like the chairs to sit outside and people watch, good for that along with the music.

This isnt my favorite location but the staff is pretty quick and Ive never had a wrong order. The standard food and drink and a pretty solid sized seating area. Parking isnt great but close enough and if you go in morning probably not too full in back.

The store is fine, typical Starbucks but parking can be tricky during busy periods... Which is whe. Im most likely to stop by!

Yep...loved it only because of the convenience and location ..and the dragon fruit tea and mango tea are worth a try.

Check your drinks with mobile orders. They make them without adding the PAID add ons because they ran out, but somehow forget to tell you this, hoping you wont notice. Sometimes 🤷‍♀️

Best soy chai latte! Not crazy abqut the new decor. It no longer has the warmth that it offered prior to the redecorating. I dont feel welcomed to stay like before.

Waited 15 minutes for a mobile order with 1 flat white and egg bites. I just left because I don’t have extra time in my schedule to wait additional time for such a simple order which is why I always mobile order before I arrive. Starbucks just made free money today. I will be going back to my favorite location in Woodmore. Really disappointed, I have to door dash my coffee and wait.

Left my wallet there. They told me they had it, thy were able to describe it. But apparently it vanished in mid air and they are telling me that its going to take DAYS to open a damn SAFE to check? I smell cover up and bullshit. These guys are theives. Stay away.

Order 2 items. One was $4+ the other was $1+. My calculations came to $7+. Sent grands in with $8 but needed an additional 70 cents. When they asked for a receipt was told they were unable to provide one. Just saying.

I LOVE THIS STARBUCKS. I drive from Laurel EVERY MORNING. Nick and Marcus are my 2 fav guys there. My Cold brew is ready before I even get to the register. Like the seemingly endless amounts of other Starbucks locations this one too is a good facility. I would come here often for class to meetup with my team since I had a hybrid online/physical course and this was the best location for me and my team too meet. Also free wifi.My go-to drink is a vanilla latte or iced coffee with vanilla added. When possible I try to get a scone as well. Prime location to relax and it is cozy. Youre in the center of a shopping area so theres no shortage of things to do after youve had your coffee.
