Just left this Publix Supermarket. While at the store, I was looking for an item which I had a hard time finding. A very nice young man walked by and asked me if I needed help. I told him yes and gave him the description of what I was looking for. He found it for me and even picked up the items for me and carried them to the front counter. His name is Ryan, Produce Assistant Manager. Ryan was super polite and helpful. He represents this company very well.Thank you very much Ryan. God bless you and yours always.Ryan should be commended for his actions. This is what customer service is about.👍🏽💪🏽💯🔥

I prefer this Publix over the one on Jog and Boynton Beach Blvd. The employees are friendlier, especially the pharmacy employees. They are awesome.

This store is very clean and very well organized. Staff is pleasant and willing to help.Their are departments two that really stand out, the pharmacy is great the pharmacists Keith and Tony are great and in my opinion they truly care about their profession and customers, and the deli everyone works hard and all staff are great with a positive attitude towards customers.SincerelyChristopher Robinson 🙏

There are so many Publix Markets here, they all blend together after a while. This one stands out a bit... They layout seems more comfortable and the departnents seem easier to navigate and more spacious. The deli dept staff is friendly and always happy to help customers. There is a full prepared hot food area with lots of choices. Custom Sandwiches too. I think is worth an extra 10 min drive for me.

Staff was rude from the moment i walked in the door. They made my sub wrong, when I asked if they could remake it properly the way I ordered they said no, its already been made. I didnt have enough time to argue with them so I paid for it and left. I should have just left it there and went somewhere else. Very disappointing. Wont be returning to this location.

Not too crowded. Shelves well stocked and plenty of product varieties and choices. No in-aisle product stands taking up precious space -- Allowing customers freedom to social distance as they shop. Loved it!

I do nearly all my grocery shopping here. Staff knows my face and the pharmacy folks know my name. Love this place.

In general, I sincerely dislike Publix. It is overpriced with always a wait to check out. Walmart has faster checkout lines. This being said, this location did provide good service although the bagger made an inappropriate comment that she had to apologize for.

Best Publixs in this area thus far. Friendly and helpful staff always well stock, its like Cheers the old sitcom, everybody knows you. Prepared food, delish!!

Such a great staff, always friendly and helpful service at the meat department, at the bakery, at the Deli and etc - you always will find someone to help you, doesn`t matter how busy they are.The store is organized and so clean. Great job Management Team!I also want to thank Tassy at Deli - every time I see her I have a smile on my face. She is so nice to each customer, doesn`t matter young or elderly. She always has a smile on her face, she always helps you to make a great choice and deal of the day, she is always so patient and lovely to everyone.Happy to visit this Publix!

Employees couldnt be nicer. The store is very clean as are most Publix locations that Ive been at. The rude customers are the only problem here but then, in Florida, theyre everywhere.

This Publix is much better than the one at jog and Boynton Beach boulevard, I go the extra couple miles every time

Got a ultimate sub from deli on sale $6.99 . Sign said combo included drink. I asked deli clerk if it meant a small drink, she said yes. When I got to cashier, she charged me a $1.48 for drink. Said it was not included. She said the deli people should know what they are talking about. Bad communication. Instead of making me happy, the cashier decided to toss out a 2 cent drink instead of making customer happy. Bad exoerience.

My experience today at Publix Supermarket was as usual perfect. The staff as usual were all on point, & accommodating to my needs. The pharmacy continues to run smoothly. Its absolutely amazing how easy they make it seem. I have nothing negative to say in regards to Publix supermarkets. Considering we are now experiencing a pandemic, and the quality of service hasnt been affected very much at Publix supermarkets due to the wonderful staff that diligently plows through all obstacles to maintain normalcy for each customer truly says a lot about their work ethics, and Publix supermarkets as a whole. I would personally like to thank each staff member of Publix supermarkets. and pharmacys for putting their selves In Harms Way in order to maintain a certain degree of normalcy for the public. I realize it isnt an easy task to take on, but each staff member truly makes it look effortless. From a grateful, and satisfied customer. I thank you all. Please stay safe. God Bless

USE THE EXIT TO ENTER TO BE SAFE The entrance employee doesn’t wear her mask properly and gets within a foot of you trying to talk politics. Publix knows about her and has done nothing. Yesterday I said hello and she followed me in a foot away from me with her mask half down talking politics and I told her to go away. She cornered me by the front display and kept talking crazy and I began shouting then screaming, get away from me about 10 times. She backed up and then came around to me again within a foot distance. The employees by the front desk heard my shouting and did nothing. A manager later said they know about her but have done nothing. She’s violating the state mask rules and distancing. If I get sick I know who gave it to me. Thanks Publix for keeping a dangerous person on the premises.

I visited this publix by chance after going to 5 other publix prior looking for international delight creamier, after hitting ever store in delray beach I headed north to find this diamond in the ruff this store had everything stocked and is a very cleaning, a pleasantly friendly run store........the only down fall for me is its 20 mins away from home I ll have to bring the freezer bags for my frozen food

Excellent- not crowded, good specials, great selections, would like more organic produce, no lines at checkout, the bagger even insisted on helping to put my purchases on n.v the conveyor belt!

Been shopping at Publix for more years than I can remember. Always as the Publix slogan says, where shopping is a pleasure. This is a large format store. More space to display more items than in the smaller buildings.Lots of BOGOs, and sale items. Friendly employees. Shopping carts sanitized after each use. Masks required for entry.Located in a very nice shopping center. Good shops for dining,etc.

It’s the 3rd time I have an issue with the deli. One time they made a comment on how they don’t make the sandwiches the way I ask for, second time they were just socializing and only one person was making sandwiches when the others didn’t acknowledge me. And as of today for the 3rd time i ordered online for a sandwich and went to the store for the time I put in for pick up. No one had made it. They didn’t apologize or anything and just went to make it, as they were making it, they didn’t follow what I requested for. Told them to forget it and when I went to the check out line, I requested for a manager to let her know what is happening first thing she said to me was did you speak to the deli manager... didn’t seem to want to handle it or acknowledge that this is becoming a constant problem. Terrible service. Need to get it together

Staff where great .but manger was not very helpful

This review applies to all Delray and Boynton beach location, but this location is particular is awful. Register clerks never disinfect their hands after handling cash, coupons or after each customer. Sherri at register was very rude, throws attitude when asked to disinfect hands, counter is filthy. In todays pandemic it is disgusting how much disregard they have toward peoples health and not taking necessary precautions. Go to trader Joes or Boys market where they truly care about publics health. I will not be visiting publix stores again. Management should be ashamed having their stores in area of 55 and over and not educating their personnel on importance of disinfection when handling food.

I would love to rate more star but I cant. A cashier name Nicole was an attitude cashier I ever seen in the area. Most of Publix workers in this area are friendly, kind and helpful. She might have a bad day or anything that I dont know, I gave her a smile she turn the other way. I kindly told her that she didnt charged me all my stuffs, she didnt pay attention and she acted like shes unhappy to do her job. I want to tell her, shes working in the best area of the state of Florida, nice people and customer are highly range income. I love Publix and many wonderful workers but felt bad for whats happening to me.By the way...the Cold cut section has a wonderful worker that I didnt kept his name in my mind. You should be nice Nicole!

Serious miscommunication between employees at thia store. I called to ask if they have any fresh or frozen rhubarb, and they politely told me they didnt have any fresh but they did have some frozen. So less than 5 minutes later when i arrive, I come to find that not only do they not have any frozen, but they also dont carry it. Which leads me to believe that customer service either was to lazy to go look for themselves and lied to me, or they have no clue what they are doing and shouldnt be working there

I went to the deli counter in Publix market that makes great sub sandwiches, much better than subway. They also sell a variety of salads. Add a 22oz. beverage and you have a great inexpensive lunch for 2.

Went for flu shot. Never again! Not organized at all. Just awful.

I was the only person in line at the sub sandwich counter and waited ten minutes before someone offered to help me. Only one employee was friendly. She was a cashier that showed me where to find an item. The cashier that checked me out didnt greet me and was very UN-friendly. Terrible customer service.

I normally have a good experience shopping at Publix but today one of there employees was rude. I asked her if she new where a product was located and she huffed like i was annoying her and she walked away. She was just plain rude.

I just picked up a birthday cake from there. I’m wondering who made it !! It looks horrible. The writing was so bad and the decorations even worse Horrible!!!!!!

I ordered a Ring Boars head sandwich, was suppose to be 3 different type of sandwich meat and they put all the meat on the whole thing, bread was very hard, half of it went to garbage, so disappointed. I also ordered a cannoli cake for my daughter and it was thick cake with thick icing and a very thin layer of cannoli couldnt even taste the cannoli very disappointed, never again will I go to publix for party events..

I had some sushi made to order. It was made with rotten fish. I decided to eat it anyway because it was nearly $15. 30 minutes or so latter Im throwing up. My day is ruined. Ive been having a problem trying to find sushi Publix. Even when I see them making it, most refuse to make it with all tuna. I guess this one decided to give me the most rotten stuff to teach me a lesson. I guess I wont be eating sushi anymore.

I give the store 5 stars, but the pharmacy pulled the rating down. I have truly enjoyed using the pharmacy at this location, however, due to the way they order medications, I had to leave this store, and the Whitworth Farms location. The people are great, friendly, nice, and remember you which Ive truly appreciated, but they dont control the medication ordering and cannot request medications from specific manufacturers. For this reason, Im no longer a customer for some of my medications that must come from specific manufacturers. If they changed this way of ordering and could order specific for their customers, Id return, but now Im switching to Walgreens or CVS as they can accommodate and actually have the manufacturer Im looking for on their list.

It was a pleasant visit found what we needed checkout was a breeze store was very neat and clean and well stocked.

I heard the store manager talking trash to her employees. making them feel insignificant and worthless. saying I can replace you anytime i want you mean nothing to this company. I was just wondering if i could get some help and the store manager was giving me problems too. with a very sarcastic and condescending nature and tone of voice.
