This place is great❗️awesome coffee and such fun people working there especially Morgan. It is a pretty large coffee shop inside but most people use the drive thru. They have lots of pastries and breakfast stuff 👌🏽

These guys are rude. My husband and I ran out of gas with our dog in the car and I had asked him to go see if someone had a few dollars to spare to get us to a gas station. A worker came out and yelled at my husband to leave and said they didnt care about anything going on and that we were harassing people. He asked two people thats it. They could have just asked nicely and we would have left but really? Saying you dont care about someone whos out of gas and asking for a little help is ridiculous. Ive bought coffee here before but Ill never spend a dime here after this. Never thought people could be so mean.

Met my brother and sil for coffee and conversational visit. I had breve decaf with hazelnut and it was delicious. Clean and friendly

1st time here at a City brew. I always try the drip coffee first. Its not strong enough. The coffee shop itself is nice and the baristas were good.

Great staff, clean comfortable space, quick service, easy access/parking (except its easy for drive-thru queue to block a parking aisle), and high quality menu. Only improvement left is to de-label their 2 private single-user restrooms from Men and Women to something non-restrictive like Restroom 1 and Restroom 2. If only 2 people have to go at the same time and theyre the same gender, making one of them wait is completely unnecessary.

Stopped by for coffee one morning, ordered a dark drip and wasnt all that impressed with it, just average at best. Was in love with the Monkey muffin though, very very good. Staff was great and I have had their espresso and it is very good. I guess I will have to say if I want drip, I wont stop here. I gave it 4 stars because everything else was great, my daughter swears by the cold brew and maybe they just screwed up that batch or I just like bolder coffee.

I was driving non stop from Spokane to Denver and this was a great cup o joe. Sadly despite the we wear masks sign on the door no one was. I felt quite the odd man out wearing mine.

The Art of frappe here, is dead. All I tasted was an overload of Coco powder.

Hands-down the BEST customer service. Thank you for empowering your staff to make peoples day. I locked my keys, phone, and wallet in my car, and I knew from previous experience to stop in because your staff is so helpful. They helped direct me to the public transportation and even offered me food/beverage in my stressful situation. (I declined but the fact that you empower staff at any level to be able to offer that is what makes super fans.) And heres the clincher: I dont even care that you dont have my favorite-tasting coffee in town. The customer service MAKES it my favorite-tasting coffee! :). Thank you for being kind humans and proving that being a profitable business isnt exclusive of being a kind business. You guys rock. Keep it up.

Last time I buy coffee there. Again, I ordered a 12oz. DOUBLE Shot...only to receive a 12 Oz. Single shot latte. I dont know about yall, but I really dont care for a milk with a hint of coffee for $6. Happens often there, so nope, no more

Fairly decent, had to correct barista mid-make after placing my order to ensure it was made correctly. Customer service was sub par. Social distancing taken seriously and thats appreciated.

Staff is friendly with fast service

The drive thru was fast and easy. We were greeted my a guy named Tyler who was super nice and helpful.

Staff is always very friendly and this is certainly a convenient location near our house, but this morning (for the 4th or 5th time) the breakfast sandwich I got was cold in the middle. It’s a jarring experience and inedible. When you’re in a rush in the morning, unfortunately there’s not time to go back and correct the issue or exchange the sandwich.

The /best/ place in town to get coffee, not only because of the excellent taste, but because of the amazing service. Baristas take time to get to know you. They’re so sweet. Every time I go in there, they make my day. This city brew specifically is my little patch of heaven.

Horrible Service! People standing outside the door and they couldn’t come to the door or put a sign on the door stating they were “understaffed” and not opening the inside and having it only drive through. Rude girl on the phone when we finally called to ask why the door wasn’t open. Very unprofessional! You open at 6 am yet you wait until 8:15 after I call about putting a sign up on the door.

Nice place, great customer service. There are views of the mountains out windows from 2 sides.

I was So sad this morning, I ordered two Caffe au Lait’s and the staff just poured cold milk into a coffee. So disappointing! I went back the next day and fixed it for free. Thanks guys!

Coffee was great, and I got a free Sunday paper. They are always very friendly, but sometimes very flirty, could do without that. Prices are high, but it is top shelf coffee! Seems like all the baked goods are at least $2-3 more than they should be, good snacks but not worth the price they are asking. Still the coffee will keep ya comin back!

Quick and clean. While they go through a number of workers (college scene) Ive had good luck with their staff. About the only place I can get wifi before 6am. The service is quick and as you can see from my pics the set up is good for visiting or studying. I prefer this location to the one off main.

#1 This is a Montana company started in Billings. #2 The drinks are tasty, and the menu is pretty similar to Starbucks. #3 Staff is always super nice and happy. #4 Service is quick and my order is always right. This goes for every City Brew I have been to, in any city.

Needed a break in our drive from Billings to Helena. It was later in the day so no line. Just the friendly service you expect at this Montana based fine coffee establishment. The 20 oz decaf white mochas were delicious!

This is a nice friendly place and comfortable to sit and have a cup. However, they should not run out of dark roast in the middle of the day

We go to all the city brews in town, by far this is the best! The staff there knows what customer service means! Also gets our order right every time!

The people who work here are very nice. The coffee is pretty good. I dont much care for the decorations though. They like to play music pretty loud.

Walked in this am, 2 customers sitting, 1 ordering, no cars and 4 baristas and I waited to order after the 1 customer got water and hitting on the current barista and all 4 looked at me and walked by, all made eye contact and still no service. Wife and I own a coffee shop and I guarantee this NEVER happens there. Customer service is worthless.

Love this place as I have always gotten great customer service and great coffee from here. Also a great place to do homework if you need a quiet place besides a library or home.
