The only place I know that doesnt take EBT for fountain drinks which is weird because its the only place I know.. I paid debit but felt like I was discriminated

I went in asked for 25 on the pump and a pack of smokes and got charged 54 dollars !!!!!!! When I asked why all he could say was oops i hit 45 on the pump like the numbers 2 and 4 are right next to eachother. Watch out for these rip offs didnt even refund me my money, told me I have to wait

My local gas station and quick snack stop. The guys help order drinks youd like them to stock if you ask. Pretty good prices and deals on soda/energy drinks.

This store is always very friendly and usually have good fountain drinks but the last couple have had no carbonation and tasted like straight syrup and the last couple times no crunch ice

Its really hit or miss with this place... Sometimes youll get a great attendant, and sometimes you have a ridiculously rude one. The big guy with long greasy blonde hair would be the latter. Advise him that there are empty syrups in the soda fountain, and he will call you a liar to your face. His response exactly, No theyre not.

Get there at 9:54 p.m get told they cant serve me for 10 minutes due to shift change. there should be no reason there is a line of people waiting to be served for a shift change.. terrible service I recommend staying away from this store.

Went in to get a cup of coffee this morning. AM/PM 2101 6th St, Bremerton, WA 98312 Was going fine and Ive done this a million times in the past. Got a little coffee in my cup, was putting a little of the cold coffee mix in the cup to cool off the coffee so i could drink it. Still had a little more to finish off my cup of coffee. Thats when the older guy, employee normally would say gentleman, but he is far from that starts in a raised voice telling me that Im gonna pay for a full size of the cold coffee. I was only buying like a 16 oz coffee so i would imagine their is about a dollar difference. Didnt even look. I olny used maybe like 2 ice cubes worth of cold coffee, wasnt filling the recipe whole cup. Anyway back to the other part. The older guy at this point is still telling me Im gonna pay full price and i owe him, just a really hostile tone and body language. So by now Ive had enough. Hes in my personal space continuing with his verbal abuse. Thats when i reached passed him and dumped the coffee down the sink, turn and throw the cup and lid in the garbage. I tell him he can keep his coffee and have a good day. So now he proceeds to start yelling at me and across the store to everyone else so everyone hears. Starts by saying Im a dirty person, i still owe him for the coffee and to never come back to his store. I walk out the door and let him continue his rant inside. So story closes with a big THANK YOU to 7-ELEVEN on 802 6th St, Bremerton, WA 98337.THANKS FOR THE GREAT SERVICE, HOT COFFEE, AND TREATING ME LIKE A PERSON NOT A PUNCHING BAG FOR VERBAL ABUSE AT 8:30 IN THE MORNING. One added thought AM/PM jerk. You called me dirty, ok but my money is just as green as yours and the next persons.

A lot of people are getting great service and goods.

Terrible, one of the pay stations ate my money. I was told Id hear back within a week and, We are going on week 4 now and Im blow off yet again after stopping in many times to check in on my lost $10. I was told to fill out a form which Ive done 2 times and still no word. I put my last $10 in the machine, got no gas, ran out of gas on the way home, and was late to pick up my child from daycare. Terrible, bad customer service, no communication. Total rip off, I will pay more elsewhere from now on to have decent people who speak English.

Rude & sometimes borderline mean. Definitely a language barrier.

The owner yelled at me and told me to never come back into his store after I tried to explain that the reason I threw a nearly empty cup of iced coffee away was because the coffee smelled spoiled. Ive experienced spoiled iced coffee from this location before so I made it a habit to check before purchasing the drink. Very rude, I didnt even argue back and was still yelled at. I guess if $1.50 cup was worth lossing a customer.

Good quality, inexpensive gas. The staff is friendly enough.

Not friendly. prices on gas are usually cheap if you have cash. Dont think about getting a glass of ice in your own cup for cheap either.
