I really like the store. They have a great selection. I like their meats and that they have in store made items that you can bring home and cook. I got American Chop Suey today. I have gotten lasagna and a chicken meal previously. All were very good.I enjoy shopping here.

Brewer IGA moved in a couple of years ago when Save-A-Lot moved out. Its good to have a local grocer in this part of town, where we can get the necessities at a decent price. I dont give them the full five star rating; they close a little early for my liking, which is inconvenient and forces me to drive further to another store. That said, I do like having them in business, and their service is good.

The grocery that used to be in this spot a few years ago was horrible. Since these new owners took over, its night and day! Its a small grocery store so they dont carry every brand, but its neat and clean, well-stocked, and the employees are nice and friendly. I would never have set foot in the previous store, but now its convenient for me to stop in on my way home from work to pick up a few basics. Its fast and easy to get in and out of the parking lot, and every time Ive been there they seem to have enough people working the checkout so that you dont have to wait long in line. Definitely a quicker and easier shopping experience than the big chains nearby; I feel like I dont waste 15-20 minutes here just trying to navigate the parking lot and wait for checkout. Bravo to the new owners for a really nice overall shopping experience!

Excellent variety....very clean and well organized. The produce, deli, and meat selections are profoundly good. All of the employees are helpful and super friendly. I love this grocery store!!

Went in with the intention of grabbing a filling bite to eat for me and the kids.They had juice boxes on their shelf that had mold the size of nickels all over them. Seen it at another store before but this was on ALL the boxed juice they had on the shelf.They also do not carry dairy free yougurts, dairy free cheese, or tofurky meatless slices.I was hoping to find certain things when I went in and was disappointed to not find the things I was in search of.Out back is a nice place to look at the water and see the ducks. Their location is the only reason for two stars!

This is a great little store conveniently located right in Brewer. Quality fresh produce, deli items, tasty breakfast chicken patties, other meats as well as fresh salmon and plant-based proteins at low prices. You can find kitchen and bathroom products and cleaning supplies on the shelves as well as canned goods and pet supplies. Also a great selection of wines including my favorite Arbor Mist Blackberry Merlot. Staff are friendly, courteous, helpful and respectful to customers.

I like Brewer IGA for the most part. My one big beef with them is that they close ridiculously early for a grocery store. The old Save-A-Lot (same location before being replaced by IGA) used to close at 8 and I found that annoyingly early. BIGA now closes at 7, which eliminates it as an option for me a lot of the time since I often end up needing to do my shopping later in the evening.They do have great sales, especially on meats and its a handy location for a quick stop on the way home (if its not after 7pm), though it is more expensive for a lot of things than some of the other options.

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Good prices and selection.The home-made mac and cheese in the deli section is to die for!! 👍

Mine and my wifes go to grocery store we love Brewer IGA so very much Store Manager & owner Brandon Kenney is so awesome they have Alot of great products as well as a small greenhouse outside where they sell plants, flowers, garden equipment like shovels, rakes, etc and just recently started selling custom Amish outdoor wood furniture Picnic Tables, Adirondak Chairs & rocking chairs we purchased a custom 8 foot Octagon shaped picnic table thats being made which I should recieve very very soon we highly reccomend Brewer IGA for all your Grocery needs n more you wont be disappointed.

Fairly decent quality, prices are often less than other places like Hannaford, ie. I go here and find things that other grocery stores have been out of for a while due to Covid-19. Never been disappointed yet. 4 stars is because I wish they were open later, not everyone can get there early guys..

The meat prices are fantastic and cashiers are super friendly.

I entered the parking at 6:10 pm to check what time they closed on a Sunday. There was no hours posted anywhere. There were 4 employees working at the front. I attempted to open the door by pushing on it. No such luck. If they are automotive It did not open. NO ONE CAME TO THE DOOR TO HELP OR ASK IF I NEEDED HELP. I WAS VISABLE TO EVERYONE WORKING. I watched an employee leave to bring her car closer and she never asked if I needed help. Horrible customer service. I will never attempt to shop here again and I will make sure to let everyone I know what happened and how I was treated. I saw no Hometown Proud.

Prices are through the roof compared to walmart. Produce selection is to small and quality was poor. I noticed even some of the frozen items were 2 dollars more then what they are else where.
