Giant 🦅 Eagle is definitely one of my favorite grocery stores, providing fresh produce, seafood, baked goods, poultry, and stocked shelf’s of all your favorite products and sweet prices. The cashiers and stockers are helpful and careful with customers. The parking lot is clean. A great place to shop any time of the week

Nice grocery store. This store is neat, clean and organized. The staff are friendly and professional. I found everything I was looking for including, a new release of Goose Islands lemonade shanty. I would recommend this grocery store to others. Enjoy!

I went earlier than usual, so I went online to be sure everything was open. On your website it said the deli opened at 7am. I got there just after 7 and it doesnt open until 8. There were 3 people in there and I told them they should change it online since the sign on the counter said it would be 8am starting in June last year. Good customer service would be to try and fulfill my order but all I got was a shoulder shrug, the same result I got when I mentioned it at the checkout.

Its cool. No sushi, or liquor agency, but its a more quiet type of giant eagle.

I understand we are still dealing with covid and it seems like no one wants to work …But Ryan T your rude at the register if you don’t want to work don’t or inflict yourself on the general public. And if I ask questions sorry part of the transaction.And why oh why does everything have to be in sooooo many bags and the ones they sell are sooooo small if you forgot yours.

I come to this Giant Eagle once a week and every single time there is only 1 register open! absolutely ridiculous! the line is extremely long, several workers just standing around who could be on registers… poor management. cashier was extremely rude. This location is an embarrassment to the company as a whole !

Its extremely frustrating to have to bag your own items while employees stand at the front of the store, talking bad about other employees as your belt fills up. The workers in the deli act like you are bothering them just by speaking, heaven forbid you actually need something from back there. Store is relatively clean, and some of the employees are awesome, just not many. I only go here when Im in a pinch now, I cant justify paying Giant Eagle pricing, and getting terrible, if any assistance.

Not enough cashiers. With your high prices we shouldnt have to bag and check out our own groceries.

Giant Eagle is a nice clean and well maintained store. It has great handicap parking. They have people that sanitize all shopping carts as they are brought in to the store before anyone can use. Giant Eagle might be alittle higher priced than other stores but sometimes it just better to pay for better quality.

I ordered a cake for this morning at 7am and it wasnt ready. So I went back at 11am and it looked horrible. I would never give someone a cake as bad as this one looked. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Easy to navigate and find everything, clean and organized. Never had a problem here with anything, its run well. Love most Giant Eagles honestly but even with that taken into account this is still a great location. I guess the only thing that has upset me lately is not being able to find crab legs for a while in any Giant Eagle. Jeremy is always nice as well.

I like this branch the butcher cuts his steaks nice and thick and they bagged the groceries while they ring you out which is nice. They also have a walk-in beer cooler

I would love to give this place 5 stars - very clean, well stocked with quality products. However, when compared to other similar stores, its prices are way out of line. I dont shop here on a regular basis, just quick trips in an emergency.

Seafood dept needs to have more fresh NOT frozen fish available. Missing SUE! meat workers do not want to attend that area and it shows!

The lady at customer service on Saturday morning, August 1, 2020 really shouldnt work with people if she does not like them. Silently pointing at me does not indicate that Im next, it just indicates that shes rude. also, if the money order machine is down dont shake your head halfway through my sentence and point at the sign hung behind a computer screen where I cant see it. Be polite.

I started going back to giant eagle a few weeks ago I get some better deals at Marcs if you catch good deals of giant eagle its pretty good the good thing that comes out of that is the fuel perks some things are good priced a giant eagle some things in my opinion are a little expensive but all in all decent place to shop for groceries

I always shop at Giant Eagle. The rewards program makes it worth it, I can find good deals and the brands I like. The people are also very friendly and helpful when I need it. (And I often do because Im short! LoL)

To rob the manager of giant eagle and the very rude customer service who was angry because she had to go back to customer serviceto help a customer I got my $4,200 gift cards from home Depot anyway. They denied me this $4,200 sale there because they said they could. No other reason just because they could. Very rude here will never return I will drive the extra mile to Middleburg heights. thank you very much Kaitlyn in Middleburg heights for completing the transaction for me. And they admitted also that theres absolutely no reason to deny a sale even one this big especially when both debit card and drivers license are presented. and Ill say it again what business is it of yours why Im buying $4,000 worth of gift cards?

Store wasn’t bad, was very upset with a worker though. Nancy had the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She was very rude to my elderly mother. Can’t believe a great company would hire such a person.

They are quite purposely putting the least customer service oriented representatives on the ONE staffed checkout line in an effort to make everyone use the self checkout. It is blatantly obvious. I have lived here for one year and almost every trip I have made to this store confirms my theory... because it is the least pleasant grocery shopping experience in Cleveland. I will never shop here again.

They had everything I was looking for, the lines were surprisingly short for a saturday afternoon. All and all a pretty smooth shopping experience.

This is the worst Giant Eagle Ive ever shopped. The shelves are bare and associates are rude. They didnt have half the items I was looking for and I have no trouble at other Giant Eagles. When I got to the checkouts 4 employees were standing around talking and laughing. Stop messing around and fill your store! Will never shop here again, waste of time!

Great Place And Great Deals

I like the store goods, bakery and products; however, the prices make you feel you are at a high end store. I can’t justify paying double the price of similar item that I can find much cheaper elsewhere. Their weekly ads don’t have much of a good deal in my opinion. I wish if they can align their prices with other grocery stores in the area and be much more competitive.

Remodeled store, no cashiers working at registers at 5pm. only self check out registers open, long lines, supervision dod not seem to care.. Prices are higher other than sale items..It is a clean and organized though..

Had a wonderful time. My wife came home and took a shower.I put away the $276.00 grocery order. 😂

Havent shopped at Giant Eagle in years, but Im glad I did. This particular store has so much going on. The interior is set up for easy shopping, banking and easy access to a myriad of superb products, and youll leave there with money left in your pockets. Keep it going Giant Eagle!

Nancy is the best! I have been going there for years, always see her supporting the self checkout lines with the ultimate in patience, friendliness and understanding of those who are having issues. She has never had a problem with having come over and clear my case of Bud Light. Those times have given us chance to know each other a little. My wife even teases me about going to see my girlfriends when I say I am going to Giant Eagle. Great team there!

While the actual products are great. I just waited in line for more than 20min with only one person in front of me. There were lots of blinking signs and only one poor lady running frantically around trying to help everyone. Please hire her some help!

Do weekly grocery shopping at this store. Isnt as huge as Giant Eagle in Middleburg Hts so easier getting in & out. Prices go up like everywhere else but you recover with good discounts with their advantage card & usually every other week I qualify for 6% off my shopping order which tends to be about $7 to 9 off the bill. Nice! Much better value than the ..or 30 cents off per gallonoption. Stores are reasonably clean but a couple items I use take too long to restock once they run out.

If there was a Meijer in Cleveland, OH then I wouldnt be shopping at any GE. Looking for a certain spaghetti sauce once a week for FOUR months...not in stock. Already made salads differ from store to store. Lunch meat outdated, chicken on steriods...who needs a 3 pound chicken breast? Just a horrible experience always. I go out of my way for my large shopping to Meijer in Avon, OH

The cost of Giant Eagles items are so outrageous, that I find myself going to Southlands Marcs for groceries!! The same items DRASTICALLY cheaper. Very disappointing to see these high mark ups, possibly to make up for this large companies profit loss. But what about Income loss to its patrons? Marcs can do it, Save-A-Lot can do it...just my thoughts....
