Great, professional service call completed by Colin. Garage door stopped opening. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it in detail, and gave me the best options possible. Replaced the part within the motor and has it working like new in less than an hour. Also made some adjustments to the doors and springs to ensure long lasting use.

Called House of Doors because my garage door was apparently never installed correctly 4 years ago and came off the track last week. They came right out and identified a variety of issues with the original installation that were not correct, including the door never being balanced correctly. Their technician explained exactly what was wrong, and why, and then he fixed everything. The door is now perfectly balanced, lubed, new rollers and working better than it ever has. Highly recommend.
