This was supposed to be a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold brew with extra Vanilla AND extra Sweet cream, and there is definitely something missing...its a shame that we were on the move and couldnt go back in when we realized it was off as we were leaving. Upon further review, you can tell how dark it is in the picture...it tasted weird and very strong.....almost like it wasnt even cold brew.....this is not the first time something was off for us at this location on Ridge rd.... it shouldnt be a difficult drink to mess up...Sweet cream, it should be sweet. This was very very bitter.

This is a new location from the old one...updated, customer friendly service, and new. Everything was spot on. The old location was around the corner. Plus this one has a drove thru.

My day started out bad, then I came and ordered a drink and the guy at the drive thru made it a bit better by just having really good energy. He was very happy with good vibes. All I had to do was go to Starbucks for a little bit of happiness 😊

Service is horrible and the employees want to sell you what they want not what the costumer wants. I have been to this place multiple times and today the employees acted like they don’t know English or what my order was.

Standard Starbucks. Medium sized facility in a strip plaza just of the highway. Employees were friendly the restaurant wasnt extremely busy at the time I visited. Indoor only seating and plenty of points to plug in at. Clean interior not too loud inside.

Wrong Location.I meant to write this awesome review for the Tideman location. Never been to this one. lol 🤷‍♀️been huge fan of their coffee but this place has the best staff particularly in the morning. So much so I cant help but adore this coffee now. The flavor has become synonymous with cheerful optimism. I guess Im a Starbucks person, now.

Worse Starbucks I’ve ever been too first my vanilla bean frappe was too sweet then the next guy rushed and just made it real sweet because I said it taste like milk and they don’t add enough ice but they add a lot of milk which makes it watery like I’ve had it sitting...

Ordered the Salted Cold Cream Cold Brew, which was delicious! Friendly staff; busy afternoon but they were quick & courteous. Usually order flavored iced teas which are always spot on. Good experience all around, very clean and a nice atmosphere. I usually online order, which is a quick and smart system.

Solid Starbucks with nice seating. The wait was excessive and the staff didnt seem to move very quickly, however, they did make my coffee correctly. The smaller tables at this location discourage groups larger than two people.

Amanda is exceptional! This location overall has been mostly good to me. I have a dairy allergy and some of them have come to know me. They make sure I know if I order something with dairy (some workers only) Amanda has been great specifically!

Coffee is pretty standard for Starbucks. Always good, very consistent. However, the employees behind the counter need new onboarding concerning customer service. I am around the same age as those behind the counter. And they make no efforts to make customers feel welcome, and are blatantly rude for no apparent reason. It’s not hard to be pleasant to the people paying for your services.

Always wonderful service employees and management a like they have always been exemplary. They always have taken the time to make you feel comfortable and make sure you get the correct order. even when theyre busy you still feel very welcome in the store. Never felt like a burden at this location like I have it some of the other ones. Even when I come in and I can never remember the names of the sizes for the life of me. Its worth the extra 5 minutes to go to this location over the one thats closer.

Only two people were working with many customers waiting for their drinks. Me and another lady stood in line for about 8 minutes (couldve been longer) without anyone taking our order. I ended up leaving without ordering anything.

I would say that my experience at this Starbucks location was not what I expected but in the end it turned out ok. I went there with my son from California and two friends from Minnesota. We ordered our drinks and waited far beyond what we should have. One lady working there explained to us that there were only two employees making the drinks and then gave me two gift cards for $4.00 off our next visit. I appreciated that but think that this particular location needs to hire more people.

Customer service is good, but definitely the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I come her multiple times a week and I almost always wait 10 to 15 minutes for my drink. I’m a consistent customer of Starbucks and I have always thought they do a good job of replicating their model at different locations. They have failed here, however. I’m sure it’s all about poor management

Very disappointed with my experience today. I ordered a Citrus Defender, as I feel a cold coming on. Not thinking I would need to check my drink, I left the store, and got on the road to an event. Only to take a sip and realize they made me a completely wrong drink! Nothing about the drink was right! No steamed lemonade and they used two different tea bags, neither one of them correct for the drink I ordered. Very disappointed, ecspecially because combination of tea bags makes the drink virtually undrinkable.

I want to start off by saying Starbucks is my favorite place in the world, so this experience was very disappointing. The girl at the register was very friendly, but she told me this was her 4th day, and she didn’t have anyone coaching or helping her. On Black Friday you leave a new employee alone? So she didn’t really know how to ring anything up and was obviously following a script. This was a special outing for myself and my father in law, we only really get to go out together once every couple of months, so we sat and talked for a while. We wanted to get our free refills, since I’m a gold card member, and the register girl didn’t know how to ring it up, that’s fine, she asked her co workers, and IF they stopped to help her they gave me a dirty look for wanting a free refill, then kinda helped her out. So what ended up happening is that for the refill for my trenta iced coffee with white mocha and cream I got a grande cold brew, and my father in law’s hot tea refill wasn’t rang up at all. So when I told the baristas on bar about the mixup, the blonde girl on hot bar starts grilling me and telling me that I didn’t pay for my drinks, and the poor guy on cold bar, John, was so overwhelmed but did his very best to make it right. The training and communication at this store is non existent, and good employees are going to get overworked and pushed out.

Very slow service, poor customer service. Chaos and loud singing from the employees. Took 15 mins to get a frappucino and the 4 people after me got there drinks first. Also a staff member Catherine ordered after every one else and got her stuff first. Not to mention the oatmeal was served barely warm, kinda of cold. ( Not its usual temp.)

The service at the RidgePark Square store in Brooklyn is bad. I use the mobile app so I dont have to wait but they ignore the app orders and I stand watching customers come and go ahead of my order. Terrible experience. The manager stood and watched as his only barista was absolutely overwhelmed with orders, never once lifting a finger to help. Instead he stood there talking with the cashier about how he couldnt wait for 230 to roll around so he could leave. My mocha took 20 minutes to get to me. Will not be heading back to this location.
