Everything has been wonderful. I bought my treadmill right before COVID hit and they stored it for me for an extra month, then there was an issue with it and they fixed it for me, and now they are great about reminding me about regular service. Wonderful people, and I look forward to continuing to do business with them.

Customer service was great. Staff got back with answers about the equipment. Delivery and set up was amazing. They removed my old equipment and took it away the same day! So easy!

Stephanie and Phillip at Colorado Cardio are WONDERFUL!! (There may be others there too, but Stephanie and Phillip are with whom I worked). I am at super-high risk (I havent been out in public in a year and a half), and so have workout equipment in my home, including a StairMaster StepMill SM3. After little more than a year of use - and only 2x a week or so, by a petite 53 woman, at that - it started making a HORRIBLE noise. Trying to get any information from Core headquarters (they own the StairMaster brand now) was worse than useless, and finding someone here in Colorado who could even diagnose the issue was like trying to find a needle in the proverbial haystack. I finally found Colorado Cardio, and when I explained that I am in four high risk groups (so super high risk) for Covid, they completely understood and worked with me to take measures to make sure that when they came to the house they would keep me protected! Phillip came out and diagnosed the problem, and knew what parts were needed to fix the thing but then none of their suppliers had the parts in stock! Undaunted, Phillip made a superhuman effort to find the parts for me, staying in touch with me all along the way while he was looking for alternative suppliers. Meanwhile we were getting a bit desperate and even considering trying to do a kludge of our own, when suddenly we got a call from Phillip saying I found a place, and they are right here in Colorado, and have the parts, and will come out and fix your StepMill! I am *so* grateful to Phillip for staying on top of this and finding someone with the parts for us, and to both Phillip and Stephanie for their great communication and customer service!! Thank you, guys!

**Tremendous Service / Great Value**I purchased a Life Fitness upright exercise bike in great condition at a fantastic price. Hard to beat purchasing something at 1/4 of the original cost when its in excellent shape. What will keep me coming back (and referring people their way) is their service. I went to the Broomfield location and met with Scott, who was open, honest and highly knowledgeable. In fact, Scott brought the bike to my house the same day because he knew I needed the bike sooner vs. later; the guy even helped me find the correct mat on Amazon. Its no wonder these guys have been around for ~20 years - they are fair and treat people well. Do yourself a favor and, at the very least, give them a call before you buy your next piece of equipment.

I searched a very long time for a refurbished Cybex arc trainer for our home. At the Home Show last February I spoke to Scott from Colorado Cardio. At this point I dont remember if he had one in stock, or would soon, but he quoted a price and I told him Id come out to look at what he had. He gave me a coupon that offered a choice of benefits, among which was 50% off delivery. Then the world changed. By the time their store was able to open again nearly 4 months had passed, and Scott had moved to Arizona (same company though). He connected me with Stephanie, the person at the Broomfield location. My husband and I went to see it, and it was perfect. The price was the same he offered in February, the best we found ANYWHERE. In addition, they offered a one year warranty on parts and labor AND honored the Home Show. They delivered it the next week, up to our loft (no easy feat). All in all, they were FABULOUS to work with, and the arc trainer has changed our lives! Gyms are starting to open but with restrictions, and Im disabled. I need access to cardio without regard to quarantines or weather. Couldnt be happier, and highly recommend them.
