We cant say enough good stuff about this business. Brian and the rest of the staff are crazy-full of knowledge and they are good for their words. If its not the right piece of equipment for you or if ANYTHING goes wrong, they go out of their way to right the matter and keep you as a long-term customer. Colorado Home Fitness sells high quality machines and the service from this company makes every penny worth it. Brian & Ryan at Colorado Home Fitness have been doing a FANTASTIC job helping me design a home gym, during this unprecedented time in our history, and via zoom no less!!! I decided I needed a home gym at the SAME TIME everyone did, around May of 2020, and at a time when fitness companies decrease their inventory due to the summer months approaching. Consequently Brian was unable to promise me when, what, & how I would receive all the pieces I needed. Instead he took every call I made and spent all the time in the world answering my questions and educating me on equipment before he had any idea if I was going to make any purchases from Colorado Home Fitness! I would highly recommend Colorado Home Fitness to anyone looking to purchase home fitness equipment. Brian’s knowledge and diligence was evident as he walked us through our purchase options. He listened to our questions and needs and was able to fully address them without any issue. When it came time to check inventory, Brian ensured we received the fastest delivery option available even sacrificing his own in store model so we could have our equipment first!

I take this opportunity to recognise and highlight the superior customer service I received from Brian Machroli (store mgr) and Chip Hunnings (owner), and their incredible installation and service team.As many do in these Covid days, I took decision and purchased and elliptical. As a long-time gym-user of Precor, I chose to purchase the Precor 427. This proved to be a challenge as the Precor made so much noise literally out of the box that I contacted Brian who cheerfully worked with me to replace the elliptical. A long story short, after taking delivery of 3 out of the box replacement Precor ellipticals (each unacceptable due to poor out of the box mechanical performance and operational noise), Brian assisted me with purchasing a Matrix elliptical and now - I am DELIGHTED wit my device performance. Throughout this frustrating process, Brian and Chip graciously and without hesitation, dedicated time and effort to ensure I was 100% happy and satisfied with my purchase. In so doing, these gentlemen personified and actuated unbelievably impressive qualities of professionalism, expertise, and prioritisation and valuation of their customer. In addition, it is a pleasure to compliment the respective Colorado Fitness installation teams who were consistently punctual, mask-wearing, courteous, helpful and efficient at each visit. I can, without hesitation and sincerely, recommend working with Brian and Colorado Fitness for home fitness needs.

Now, some years later of taking on an ever increasing load of work and responsibility, my ability to move around well has suffered. I like to hike on the weekends. Love the Colorado mountains, and this spring, I could barely manage. Id have to walk several hundred yards and stop, heart yammering and out of breath. Ive been in good shape before, and I knew my heart, vascular and muscular system, was suffering from a sedentary lifestyle through the weekdays. I have memberships to great gyms - that I dont have time to use. No joke, my weekdays are sometimes measured out by the minutes. What I knew I needed was a home solution I could work-out on in a moments notice.I did my research online and found Colorado Home Fitness in Broomfield. Great website, full service, and they sounded like they knew what they were doing. On my first visit, my lady and I met Brian Machroli, and he listened to my story and concerns attentively. Then, he applied his considerable expertise to steer me towards the equipment that would match my interests and fitness goals. The best piece of exercise equipment in the world will do you no good if you dont use it, and Brian guided me to the right gear that I enjoyed using to get my heart, lungs, and muscles working.My solution was a Precor AMT (Advanced Motion Trainer) and several pieces for resistance training. Brian answered all of my questions about service after the sale, delivery (the AMT is heavy!), and equipment long-term care. Throughout the whole time, and two separate visits to test equipment, I knew Brian wanted to make a sale, but I also knew he was genuinely wanting to help me with the best solution that would work with me.I was very pleased with the final price, including professional delivery and set-up. Again, I had done my research here, I knew the price points. After the sale, Heath contacted me to schedule home delivery. And they sent three pros - the delivery team was clean, courteous, efficient, fast, and they knew this piece of equipment. I have a 33 width on my basement door, and the AMT is 36 wide. These guys detached the side arms, positioned the machine and accessories where I wanted them, and flawlessly reassembled within minutes. It runs smooth weeks later.Now heres the part thats important to me. Almost every morning or evening I have the convenience of being able to go downstairs and get my cardio in on my AMT. I can do some resistance training. I can do this when its convenient and within moments. The results have been excellent. Now, I work out almost every day. 30-45 minutes on the AMT and weights when I have a few extra minutes. Last weekend, when I took the family to do a moderate hike in the foothills, I had a 25 lb. pack and went over 3 miles with 3,000 feet of elevation changes. Felt like I was walking on air.I am so pleased with my AMT and the service Colorado Home Fitness provides to me. This decision has given me a piece of my life and health back that I had been missing. Very friendly and helpful people

Worked with an old guy (Todd, I think?) & a newer employee recently. This store has gone downhill in terms of product knowledge, professionalism, and looking the part. I know that times are tough, but its been a significant downgrade accross the board. Ill take my business elsewhere.
