WHATS NOT TO LOVE?? THIS STORE IS BEAUTIFUL & AWESOME!! THE LADIES WHO HELPED US WERE REALLY GREAT. WE WILL BE GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE, AGAIN & AGAIN.
Such lovely products but this store doesnt seem to be very organized. Ordered a ring and was told they would communicate the status of the shipment. After several weeks and many calls we have received conflicting information. We even went into the store and it was closed during business hours -when all the other stores were open. Hope they get it together because Swarovski has such great products. This store could have potential.
I love Swarovski and I have quite a few pieces. Never had a problem with exchanges. If you lose a stone, they’ll give you a new piece. It’s s great alternative to ridiculously priced “real” jewelry. I’d like it if the store was bigger and carried more pieces.
Very shiny and very helpful staff! Im not much of a crystal person but I know great customer service when I see it.
Rude staff, Terrible Service, Will say anything to make a sale. I have 2 pairs of earrings and a necklace - I loved the jewelry and thought the company was great until yesterday when I found out I had been lied to. See, I had one pair of earrings that I wore all the time but some of the crystals had gone missing. For my birthday, my husband and I were in there shopping and I was interested in another pair and mentioned to the sales person about the pair I had with missing crystals. She told me to bring them in and they would send them in and have the missing crystals replaced at no charge. I was surprised and so impressed we bought another pair of earrings and a necklace. Yesterday I finally took the first pair in to have them repaired. Melissa of the Flatirons Broomfield store (the same store where I bought everything and where I was told to bring in the earrings in the first place) told me I should go somewhere else or pay $50 but really I should go somewhere else. She asked me for my receipt about 6 times (even though I kept telling her I didnt have it and Id had the earrings for years). I was stunned by her response to me! I told her what I had been told and she said they dont do that, she basically called me a liar and again told me to go to some other jeweler in the mall. I wasnt even that upset that I would have to pay as much as I was at how rude Melissa was to me and her repeatedly telling me to go somewhere else. I just wanted the missing crystals replaced in my favorite earrings. This store just went from one of my favorites to I will never buy anything from them ever again.
Their selection is amazing and i love that new stuff comes out all the time. The stuff went above and beyond to help me choose the perfect jewelry for myself and were very helpful when it came it having to special order it and have it shipped.
Bought my wedding jewelry here a few weeks ago. The staff was very friendly.
The employees are so unprofessional. My watch stopped working so she picked up a random pen and started poking in the back of my watch instead of using actual equipment to do that that usually stores will do.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
