Sometimes I have good service. Mostly not but sometimes the employees are friendly.
Waste of time forsure! If the 3 employees could of took a little time I might of bought something but apparently they were to busy chatting umong themselves. I got about 60 seconds of attention. I was really hoping to have a frame engraved for a Birthday! So sad!
Just picked up a silver trophy that I had engraved, and it looks fantastic. The turnaround time was very quick, the employee was very helpful, and the price was lower than anywhere else I could find.
Sorry they are closing. I wasnt able to get my purchase engraved.
