Great experience going through the process of getting a boat there at end of 2019. Have had excellent follow-up with regular engine service performed off site. And, had a minor non-engine issue which was promptly responded to at the marina. Satisfied with the Key West/Yamaha we got, and with their professional services. With boats in short supply coming out of COVID, Neil and I worked out everything remotely to get it ordered at a fair price. I have been looking for a pontoon boat for several months. Ellis Marine advertised the 2018 Avalon GS 1985. Response from all their staff: Terry, Bobby, Neil, and Angela made it an easy transaction. They were willing to work with me and their patience to allow me to get up there is an “old school” way of doing business. Not the 1st money and the boat walks.Secondly, the price. Price was surprisingly lower than buying from private party. They worked with a recommended finance company and insurance, that was better than I could get in Orlando.They are a dealer good to their word. Had a bunch of work done to my motor. It needed more work done than I paid for it. Once I got the outboard back I couldnt believe the difference. They have my 1997 outboard running like brand new. If you need a part, they are quick to order and call you back.
