Drew quickly replaced my cranking batteries. In my boat, a Nordhavn 57, this is not an easy job. The batteries are located under a bed, down deep in a hole. removing very heave dual 8D batteries isnt an easy task especially in my boat. Also, he had the exact Lifeline 8D battery in stock. Good price too.

I have had nothing but bad experiences with this company, I contacted them in Feb about installing an electric head. Drew told me no problem, let him know when it was in. I also had other items, new AIS and elect connection on a new Auto helm so the trip would be more than worth it. (they are in the marina often anyway) On Feb 25th I let him know the head was in and ready to install. No response, contacted him again March 8th, March 12th, April 1st when I finally got a response confirming what dock I was on.Contacted him again on April 8th (thursday) he said next week on April 9th I asked if we could set up a hard date as this was taking so long, confirmed for Friday, April 16th and he asked me to check in on Thursday evening.I sent texts twice on thursday evening, April 15th with no response.I think this is very unprofessional, when you cant respond, cant keep your promises on dates to do the work. As a veteran Im ashamed that he pushes the fact he is a veteran owned company, I would hope that vets are true to their word, would show up when promised and would at least return calls/text messages. I saved all messages in case there is any dispute on the validity of my experience.
