Be careful if you are military. I advise if you are military to go somewhere else. They will prey on you worse than what I have seen doing business with other dealerships. Bought a lemon from them. As far as their used cars go they only ensure they can drive and the engine and trans is good while being very pricey. Spent way more money restoring the vehicle rather than enjoying it. Big issues such as replacing a drivetrain and more problems attached to the chasis. Be careful with these guys hard to work with.

Excellent service here! My best car buying experience yet!! First I talked to Steven throughout the day then right after they closed he goes back to dealership to answer questions for me with truck right in front of him. We make deal over phone as Im 2 hours away and next day trucks already detailed and an hour later Im leaving with it with no hidden fees. All the guys here were so accommodating to me and my family. Theyre giving popsicles to my kids. You really feel comfortable at this dealership. Next time Im looking for a vehicle Im calling here first. Id make the 2hour drive to them anytime for a purchase.

I am stating this, because I was looking for employment at a larger dealership and never achieved this in the Brunswick area, but these 1 star reviews and other 1 star reviews, with text, they have are 96% people who were influenced or paid to write a negative review. I even had a person who bragged about giving them a 1 star and never even set foot on their property, so in other words this dealership should be a solid 5 star dealership and this is not a joke. I am ashamed that people in South East, Ga will literally pay or influence other people to write negative reviews, because McKinna Auto Sales is better than a larger dealership. I know before I catch jokes about it and yes my real name is Willie Nelson.

We bought a truck from Mckinna Auto sales and had excellent customer service forwarded to us by Steven Floyd. We came up from Jacksonville, FL to buy the truck, but prior to that Steven always made him self available to us for any questions we had. He worked with us to make our experience a memorable one. I needed to sell my 2003 car. The owner himself came outside and worked with me personally. He gave me a very reasonable offer and was a pleasure to work with. I would come back to McKinna again without hesitation.
