Disclaimer: I didnt actually buy a tractor here.However... the person I worked with (Bruce) was awesome. It turns out that I was looking for way too much tractor for my needs, and Bruce helped educate me and help me decide on a tractor that would suit me better. Unfortunately, and 100% due to covid, the mower I ended up decided wasnt in stock and would take too long to order from the manufacturer. I wish I had been able to buy my tractor here!

These folks are rock solid. They always have the information I need on the phone or in person, and when it comes to service on my machines they do it right. Whether lawn mower, chain saw, blower, etc. I know they will fix my machine promptly, properly and at a fair price. I tried other similar businesses in town before going to Chad Little but there was always an excuse or a long delay. Thanks to Bruce and his team!

The best experience ever purchasing my 1023 John Deere tractor. Chad Little Brunswick store trained me on the controls and operations, promises made delivered. They provide everything you would need open and honest, conscientious organization. I also purchased a Honda self propelled mower for trim.John Deere equipment is the easiest to operate and of high quality worth the investment for a forever tractor. The tractor has low hours so I have not used the service yet but I am sure they will meet the standards I hav3 experienced so far.

Talked with Steve, one of the service managers at the Brunswick location, about the new air filter assembly upgrade for the 1025r tractors. He did the research and my tractor was updated to the latest and greatest configuration and returned to me post-haste. Great group of folks at the Brunswick store and a special shout-out to Steve - very polite, professional, good listener and stayed in communication with me throughout the entire process.

Good to deal with.

Steve and the guys are the absolute best! After the storm my family and I had to rely on an old generator that came with our house. The generator worked fine for a day then stopped, this was in the afternoon on a day that was expected to be pretty cold. I called the shop and explained the situation to Steve, he explained that they had other generators that needed work but that if I brought it in they would do their best to get it running. Only an hour after dropping it off I received a call letting me know that my generator was running and ready to be picked up.Happy with my service is only a fraction of how I felt.

Great company to work with. Dan in service is heads above most service reps in his field. He works with you and wants you to be completely satisfied. I ran a business for many years and can say that the quality of your service reps and how they represent the company is a value you cant put a price on. I hope that Chad Little knows how blessed they are with Dan! Give them a try I think you will be happy. Note: front counter people should take some lessons from Dan.

During the October storm that knocked out power to our house for 7 days, Bruce at Chad Little went above and beyond to locate a generator that would serve our needs not only during the outage but in the future. Bruce (and Carol) also provided detailed information on the generator hookup and operation, delivered it free of charge, and answered our follow-up questions. We are very grateful for all the assistance and kindness - and are pleased with our purchase!

Been buying John Deere tractors, mowers, snow blower, gator, and many other useful items and attachments over the years with this business in Brunswick. Bruce is one of the nicest, friendliest, most down to earth people to deal with. He makes you feel like an important personal friend. My husband and I highly recommend this business.

Great experience. I needed a lawn mower and a trimmer. they took time to give me the best option based on my needs.I definitely recommend this place.

They seem to do a pretty decent job on maintaining and servicing equipment. All of the people that work there could certainly use some customer relationship training. It almost seems like an inconvenience that Im bringing my equipment there and trying to give them my money.The best scenario might be to take your equipment to them in the offseason so bring your snow blowers in summer and your yard equipment in the winter. That way theres sufficient time to have the equipment serviced before your season starts.This is true in both the Brunswick store and the Scarborough store.If this review helped, please hit Like. Just before Christmas when my tractor wouldn’t start, someone from your facility, someone I called Santa, talked me through getting the ole beast started. He had his work cut out for him ‘cuz I know diddle about tractors. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We certainly found it useful to have our plow during the next two snows!!You guys have always been there when we need you. Love your knowledge of tractors and extreme patience when an idiot calls for help.

I had a good experience visiting the store to diagnose a battery problem for my lawn tractor (they kept me from unnecessarily buying a new battery) and the associate I spoke to was helpful showing the Stihl catalog for saws and trimmers. Had a less than stellar impression of an employee at the service center but positive experience over all.

I had the choice of two John Deere dealers, chose the smaller one thinking I would get top shelf care. Wow was I wrong!! This place is the worst business I have ever done business with. Started with an appointment date that was pushed off for two weeks, didnt get my tractor back for 4 weeks. Service manager was a joke who never returned calls. Repairs made are half assed and I am stuck with going to the REAL John Deere dealer to fix what I paid Chad Little to do but they failed. Prices quoted for a simple hydraulic service were inflated, even genuine John Deere parts that have a set price were inflated. Believe me when I say stay away, I will never go back and never give anything but a horrible review of my experience!
