Theyve always been quick to get us in and out, get any parts weve needed, and keep our equipment running so our business runs smoothly. They make us feel like were family, and having dealt with many equipment dealers and parts service providers, Sapelo is definitely one of our first choices when it comes to getting new equipment or assistance with what we already have. Dave and his crew did an excellent job on building a custom unit for our application. A mix of traditional grounds maintenance with the flexibility to support a large manufacturing complex. Samantha was great working through the setup process for our purchasing system. Justin was the delivery driver and had a great attitude and had a lot of pride in his work. I cant say enough about this team or this operations.

I have a Stijl chainsaw chainsaw that wouldn’t start no matter what I did. I figured it was the coil so I bought one from Sapelo Equipment. It turned out I didn’t need a new coil and I want to thank Ben for taking the time to explain to me how I should start the saw. It’s nice to have a business that takes time with customers. I’ll be a customer for life at this store.

I drove 60 miles (120 round trip) today to look at buying a new tractor from Sapelo only to find their doors locked and gates closed when I got their. Yes I checked their hours online and called and listened to their hours on their recording and both said they would be open. Extremely frustrating! I’ve heard good things about the place but it might be a good idea to get someone on the phone before you waste your time going there because clearly their listed hours don’t mean anything.

The new ownership is excellent. Much better stock, improved business operations. Excellent attention to customers, good attitude. Have large Kubota tractor with front end loader and mower attachment, commercial Kubota mover, 2 chain saws and numerous tools. The best service, only place i will buy. Good job guys

I wrote my previous review based on first impressions which were very good. My new review is now based on experience. I purchased an item with an extended warranty. The item broke and when I took it back I was told the was covered. Later I received a call everything was covered except what caused my item to fail even though it was a design issue. I was told by the management that they do not make the decision if the item is covered the manufacturer makes the determination if the item is covered. I spoke with the manufacturer and they stated they make the determination based on the service providers recommendations. A direct contradiction from what the management told me.My only suggestion is buyer beware. A warranty is only as good as company selling it to you.

We could not be more please with our recent Experience with Dave and his staff at Sapelo Equipment Co. after dealing with another Kubota dealer out of town for many- many years and trying to deal with them for a couple weeks on a new purchase - We are pleased to switch all of our business for our Construction Company and Our sons motorcross facility to our Local Kubota dealer.. We stopped in on a Friday afternoon My husband & son were approached by Dave the owner after talking for a bit he told us he would get back with us no later than Tuesday (Monday being a holiday) and have us taking care of on a new skid steer .
