Very difficult to reach on the phone. Didnt bill me or contact me for 6 weeks, and then sends me overdue bill after I called to DC service. It has been over 2 weeks and machine still has not been picked up. Almost an hour on phone today with 800 numbers to try and resolve since local office not doing anything.
