Michelle is great and always friendly. I love her upbeat personality and she knows how to make my drink. My drink is always made just the right way. This is a convenient location to my work for a long 12 hr shift this is my go to location
I visited the Burien Starbucks today, at 15838 1st Ave Burien WA. Currently they have indoor sitting, but may change if the Phase roll back happens, with the Covid numbers changing up and down. It was nice to see so many taking the advantage to come in and get a hot or cold drink. Also have a very nice out side sitting area as well. Even Umbrellas for those who dont like to sit in the direct sun. I had one of there new drinks a Iced Chocolate Almond milk Espresso. Was refreshing and not overly sweet. Staff is friendly and they do have a drive-though there as well. And just the right amount of Ice in drink, so not watered down. So I was paying for the drink and not a lot of ice. Keep up the good work!
This Starbucks is one of the friendlier stores.They get my order correct everytime.Love going there on the way to doctor appointments.
They’re very quick and efficient! On top of that they are friendly. I always go to this store over any other in the area. Typically I order ahead (I’m shy to talk) I was happy to come in today and have my coffee and food items handed off perfectly. Thank you.
Starbucks! Always one of my favorites. While this locations drive thru is always busy, and the line is quite awkward, theyre orders are always accurate!

Placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes to be informed they were out of cold Brew. Then asked if I wanted a refund and i said yes. Then informed me i had to call someone. Need to implement a process in the app that tells you they are out of something before ordering.

I come here every Saturday before work theres a friendly people and its the only Starbucks I know of its open 24 hours although theyre testing not to do that soon hopefully they stay open but I guess if theyre only shut down 4 hours at night it doesnt matter from 12:00 to 4:00 but if your graveyard it makes a difference Nice place

I came here in the morning for something delicious to drink and a croissant bacon egg sandwich. When you walk in the place its very relaxed, laid back, and very comfortable. I went to go order my things and the lady was just staring right through me and didnt even say hello or good morning. She just stared through me and looked miserable. I ordered my food and she looked like it was a burden to take my order. I went inside because the drive-thru was so long. But then after I finally got my order taken, it took 15 minutes to get my order.By the time I got my order, they messed my coffee and my chai tea latte. Then they remade my chai tea latte and gave me my sandwiches, and I drove on my way to class. When I opened the bag to eat my sandwich, they had given me the completely wrong sandwich. It was not a croissant. The sandwich tasted horrible, not fresh at all. I couldnt go back because I was going to be late to class. So I started drinking my chai tea latte; and it was no froth to it. It was horrible and flat, tasted like water with flavor in it. I was so aggravated because I love Starbucks and have never had an issue with the other ones that I go to so far.I will only go back to this one if I need to on my way to work or class. Other than that, from this one time of trying to grab a simple drink and sandwich, it was not worth going to or paying the money for the food or drink. I wasted my valuable time and money and will not be going back unless I absolutely need to, or if I want to give them a chance and see if they do better.

Starbucks in a nutshell: their Cheese Danish, which when warmed is very delicious, is perfectly rectangular. Thats wrong! Thats not a Danish! Nobody in corporate caught that, could figure that out?
They can afford this very nice establishment but not a baby diaper changing table. The man working there was nice enough to tell me they didnt have them because druggies would use them. Well, I know several Starbucks establishments who have code locks on the door for customers only, better yet put locks on the changing tables. I dont know, find a solution!!! Not everyone has a spacious vehicle to change in.
The cafe Mocha with a drip of Carmel sauce was great! And it was hot! as I do like my coffee hot and not Lukewarm.
Starbucks is a home-town favorite. A place where you consistently can get your favorite coffee drinks, no matter where you go. I remember going to the original store in Seattles Pike Place Market back in the 70s. An ideal shopping day consisted of butcher = steak; bread = 3 Girls Bakery french loaf; a Vouvrey wine from the wine merchant; and a specially blended coffee from Starbucks. Great times!

This is a good Starbucks. Good supply of bagged coffee, mugs, coffee accessories in addition to coffee and tea drinks, sandwiches and pastries. Usually efficient and friendly. Hard to get in and out since drive through blocks exit from parking lot. Dont pull into their small parking lot or you may never be able to leave. Park in the mall parking lot and walk.
The staff here are extremely rude. I definitely wasnt impressed.
There were plenty of staff on hand, but it took almost 10 minutes to get a piece of coffee cake from the display case. The staff seemed to be tripping over each other & very disorganized. Also the music was very annoying & way too loud.

***Update: 12/9/20 - it took a total of over 10 minutes just to get my food. It took over 5 minutes (from the 10 minutes) just for any of the employees to take notice/greet me as I was standing & waiting. The oven kept beeping for almost 2 minutes, where my impossible sandwich was slightly burnt on the bottom. It took another 2+ minutes for the employee to hand my food to another person just so I can finally get them. This location has gotten worse! (Another star taken out)*Based on my experience yesterday (7/7/20), I have to take a star down because of 1 employee who rung up my order (at the register). This employee (female in her 50s - maybe older) claimed that she was the supervisor, which I believe she lied after the fact that she went back to the end of the store to say, I spoke to my supervisor... about redeeming a drink reward. I was like in my head, SAY WHAT! You say youre the supervisor and you dont know the star reward policy and had to ask another supervisor? This lady charged me for all the extras I wanted, which I told her, NO! I should not be charged for any add-ons when using my reward to redeem a free drink. Of course I called customer service and told about this experience. I will only be back to this store to get this ladys name and place here in the review.Sadly, prices have gone up for each item. The worst part of this location is the drive thru. It is extremely and annoyingly challenging most the time trying to turn into their drive thru, especially when there are cars already waiting.
Ordered a vente raspberry Italian soda and got this! No whipped cream, not a vente, and tastes like soda water! And then handed me the rest of the bottle of sparkling water and said she didnt know why they didnt put it in a vente cup, but charged me for a vente. So disappointed! This Starbucks has definitely went downhill.

A typical starbucks. Could have improved on cleanliness aspect as it wasnt that busy. Clean, sanitized tables, chairs tucked in & a wipe down of sugar/creamer caddy area would have been good. Staff was friendly, professional & quick.

Slowest Sbux I’ve been in. Not that I even like coming here, but I got a gift card for Christmas. Whoever gave me that (unlabeled stocking stuffer) item need to be scorned. When I walked to the counter, the staff was literally running around the shop. They did say thanks for your patience, which was nice, but it doesn’t really make up for the extended wait. No photos because you know what these places look like, amirite?
This whole franchise is a rip off and they use a detailed understanding of psychology and anatomy to minipulate you into spending a large amount of money on products you could have got for cheaper or with better flavor somewhere else. I think this specific location is fine and tasted OK, and had a amazing set of staff, but its the franchise itself that needs some editing.

It is easy waiting here while my car is being repaired. The large south windows let in lots of light, which is not so good for laptop use. Traffic can build rapidly as people queue for the window.
I want here for a treat. I dont usually go to Starbucks but I wanted a peppermint mocha. I opted to go inside rather then the LONG drive thru line. My mistake... There was no line when I walked in but i had to wait a couple of mins due to something or other. The nice gal took my order, my peppermint mocha, and my name. And than I stop aside and wait. There were 5 customers after me where there orders were taken and served before I decided to ask if my drink was coming. The girl that was making the drinks said she didnt have it and asking I had just ordered it. I said no Ive been wait for quite some time now. And the gentleman next to me said yeah me too. Come to find out there printer didnt print our orders. SMH ... Makes me not want to waste my time going there again... But the drink was good...
This Starbucks has a fireplace and a big window lined with bar seats. It is often busy.

This has quickly become my everyday stop before work coffee spot. Order is always right and made reasonably fast. Very polite staff.

All but one of the employees are great. A credit to Starbucks hiring policymakers. They do get it wrong sometimes like the present managerI truly hope the new Manager has had her Shots because she Bites:Not one of the people under her like her or how she treats them. That is consistantly with how customers are treated by her. I think she would be better as a manager of a sweat shop.
Extremely difficult to hear when orders ready as speaker blasting chrismass music directly above entrance! 6 ft fron Barista. Result is huge backlog of people standing around because cant hear their order being called. Chaos.
The people here are friendly and the quality of the drinks I get is always good. However, I have had issues here when I order a croissant with my drink. If I just get a drink, its fine. But if I get a croissant, I have more than a few times had an issue with them getting me the drink and then just completely forgetting to get the croissant.I understand if its not an item that people order very often. However, since this keeps happening, I might suggest that the person who takes the order should get the pastry first and then the drink if they realize that they have a problem remembering to get it. I did something similar when I worked at a movie theater. If a person ordered a pickle (not a common item for customers to want) and a bucket of popcorn, Id serve the pickle first so I wouldnt forget.
Store is nicely refurbished. Service is polite and mostly prompt.

I knew I shouldnt have stopped at this location . On foot as previous times. My sandwich order was fairly prompt, but the waiting for coffee was a long, long dragged out ordeal as has become usual. Never, never any apologies. This location caters mainly to the drive thru window business which always seems to be booming. Now, as I have said before, no more.Coffee was typical. Sandwich was horrible. They called it a Reuben, and I call it horrible.
I waited 25 minutes for my coffee, and had to leave without it. Plus 3 people left without their coffee and money. It was the worst trip there ever. Not in a hurry to go back. And not one employee said sorry, Ill be right with you, is there anything I can do for you? A whole bunch of nothing from them.

They were fast and very good about remaking the drink from hot to iced, and then added more Chai when I asked. I have a lot of anxiety and it is hard for me to ask for those things so I appreciate the kindly service!
Would give a lower rating if possible, doesnt even deserve a star. I went into the store to order this morning, there was no one waiting or in line in the store. I ordered a warmed banana bread, blueberry oatmeal and a drink. The employee rang it up but did not prime it for my debit card, so I waited. She finally came back to the register and looked at me, I said my card is in, nothing is happening. She acted as though I did something wrong when she failed to send it through. Then I get my beverage, I ask for my food, it took a couple of times for me to ask. Got the oatmeal, I asked about my warmed banana bread, no response but she went to look at the running tape with stickers. By this time, a few people had come through with drinks and warmed food. She just then puts in my banana bread into the warmer - by this time its been almost 15 minutes and a whole lot more folks had received their orders. While waiting, I checked my oatmeal - WRONG OATMEAL! By this time, I am late for work, I gave it back, no one said sorry or apologized for the error, just acted like robots, no eye contact NOTHING! I wait for another 2 minutes - I asked if my banana bread is burnt by now - she turns around and grabs it from the back counter. It was just sitting there - now cold. I ask for the manager because this was incredibly poor customer service. BTW I did not get a receipt nor did she offer me one and when I asked, they said it would be a minute... really? So they call the shift supervisor who they say is on break. He finally comes out, Robert is his name. I explained what I experienced and he said well there are drive thru orders, about the error with the oatmeal he said the person was busy that takes care of those food orders and about the banana bread he said first come first serve - I asked why they had people line up and pay because I was first and still not served? He did not apologize, he did not take responsibility instead he said well, I was on lunch so I dont know what happened. This is the type of employees they have at this location. BEWARE! Could be because they are all Caucasian and I am not? Hmmmm... really think there could have been some racism here. Its my experience, sad commentary for this location. One day, each of these employees will experience worse in their life, I hope it brings this treatment I received from them to mind and they all do better.

The rare Starbucks that the barista is not friendly. I asked for decaf drip, and she told me they didnt serve decaf. I asked if they could make me a pour-over, and she said they could do an Americano. I asked again for pour-over, and she said Id have to wait for 10 minutes. My cup discount was not given, because she said they couldnt use my cup with their pour-over apparatus. My drink was never called out when ready, and they never asked for my name.

Definitely one of the busier Starbucks. Seating is OK.There is a fire place and outdoor seating for those rare sunny days around here.

I specifically asked for Soy and light ice. Guess who got 2% milk, heavy ice and an attitude? This girl. On top of all of that, I received dirty shots. Im a barista. Dirty shots arent possible unless you have a dirty machine. Im completely unsatisfied with this.

Stopped inside for a quick drink. Waited over 15 min for my coffee. Witnessed multiple other slow drinks and incorrect orders while waiting. There were multiple employees goofing off in the back. The place was a huge mess. Very dissapointed, will definately avoid this location in the future!!
