They overcharged me and left a lot of glass. I needed a back window for my bmw. They came when they said they would to fix it. They did a unprofessional job, they vacuumed but did not vacuum or clean the small pieces of glass in the back of the car window area correctly, left a dozen of small pieces, put the new window in and the rubber was not even in place correctly I’ve had problems with the rubber around the window ever since, and they overcharged me $150. Every time I call them they would promise to fix the issue and reimburse me what they owe me, until this day, it’s been over a year and they still have not try to call back to correct what they said they would do. Unprofessional workers they could’ve done a better job safety first- making sure all the pieces of glass were vacuumed correctly. They told me one price but over charged me $150.

Made an appointment 4 days in advance for someone to come out to my place to replace a cracked windshield. On the day of the appointment, I called the office and spoke with the manger to get an ETA but was told that they could not provide a window of when the technician will come. Their mobile unit is from 9 AM- 5PM and will call 30 mins before arrival. I waited all day without anyone calling or showing up. Called the office again at 4:30 PM and got their call center. The person tried to call the site manager but with no availability. I wasted a whole day without anyone calling to update or tell me that they will not show. I will report this business to my insurance and will not use them again.

I called this place for a quote. Gentleman on the phone was helpful. It was great customer service and got the job done! I would highly recommend to anyone needing services with their windshield or door glasses.

Driver side window was smashed in the morning. Called these guys and they were at my place quick! They replaced the window and cleaned up all the mess too. Just wish they offered tinting too cuz my Cadi looks dumb with one non tinted window... but thats not really their fault.

Technician was early an also cleaned all the glass out of door. Took time to sanitize and clean work area also. Would recommend for any work needing done during this time

This place was great for windshield or window replacement for cars. Technician came on time and i was scheduled that same day.
