My brothers car was broken into and he needed to replace the passenger side window. I called around and was quoted in the $200 price range for a replacement window. When I called this place, Robert quoted me $110, which was a bargain compared to other places. I read the reviews and went ahead with the appointment. They were able to replace the window in about 45 mins or so.

After my overexcited dog broke my passenger window, I was left at a loss. I didnt really know the first step I should take in getting my window replaced but I called New Auto Glass. After getting a quote from them, I got quotes from a few other companies and New Auto Glass was definitely the most affordable. $150 cheaper than Safelite! On top of that, they were able to get me in, replace my window, and have me out within an hour. I was able to keep my anxious dog with me in the lobby, and everyone was so sweet with him. The windshield was installed on site. The windshield was installed off center so they had to removed the windshield and reinstall. Hopefully it will not leak. Maybe a new person was working on this windshield replacement. Getting a ride during the day is difficult me since my family are working. There are white dots of some kind maybe glue on the dashboard after installation. I also noticed there is a new crack on the plastic next to the installed glass which we did not notice when the car was brought in. The shop owner insists they didnt create the damage. No before photo was taken to provide before installation status. This may be my own fault not taken the pictures. Make sure you take before photos to be safe.

Our car was broken into last night in SF and the rear window completely shattered. I was able to call this place in the morning, bring my car in immediately and have a new glass put in in under 1 hour. The also vacuumed away all the glass shards inside the glass. The people there were very nice too. Great service!

I Called these guys on a Sunday and left a message even though they were closed. I got a quick call back and told them what I needed. It was easy and they got my car back by 11am Monday morning Right in time to take my kid to the doctor. everything was easy and they delivered exactly what they said they would. Also the price was less than half of what I was quoted by safe lite. Great customer service.

Woke up to a broken window before having to catch an early flight. Called New Auto Glass, and they sent someone out to the airport parking garage to find my SUV. I made my flight and they replaced the window later that afternoon.
