This was my first waxing experience - I got a brazilian. I was 1% worried about the pain and 99% mortified about a stranger seeing my most sensitive bits. One word TAYLOR. She made me feel so comfortable and at ease and after the first 5 minutes it was just conversation. Not only did she walk me through everything and was knowledgeable she also took the time to get to know me. Would definitely refer a friend and already booked my next session.

So I feel like most EWCs are the same- I’ve been going to them regularly around the state since 2011! This one though, I don’t know what happened after covid but apparently all service has gone bad. My waxer someone I never had before Taylor apparently had to last minute cancel. No I didn’t get the voicemail that was only left an hour and a half before my appointment That they were cancelling me! Then I show up and the unfriendly and frankly blank brained receptionist am told their other waxer is full booked, and just stared at me. I literally had to say “so you are saying you can’t do anything to help me” “well we could rebook you” “I leave on a flight tomorrow I can’t do that” “well we called you” “when?” “This morning” (lie according to voicemail timestamp). “So literally you are saying you can’t do anything to help me” she just stared. I left. Screw this location - if this is their plan if a waxer can’t make it, there is no hope of any appointment keeping.

Youve got to go and see Taylor H. She will super friendly and takes care of business! EWC has great packages available as well. Did I mention that if its your first time, you get free brow wax?>
