Terribly rude sales staff. Visited today to check out the Nissan Leaf. The sales person was exceptionally discourteous, made condescending remarks, smugly tried to test our knowledge of EVs before even showing us to the car. When we asked about purchase options, instead of answering our basic questions, he started asking judgemental counter questions, and said he isn’t interested to engage if we can’t commit to buying today itself. Never coming back here again.

I did my research before leasing. I went to a seminar by the Citizens Environmental Council in Burlingame and learned a lot about electric cars. Then I studied my options. I sent questions to Joe at Burlingame Nissan when I decided on the Leaf. He was patient as I continued to ask. Once I got the car, he made sure I understood the basics and advised that I could come by anytime with questions and tech in the service department would gladly explain. Im delighted with my purchase.

Had a pleasant experience getting my car serviced from here. Kevin was kind enough to give a complimentary car wash. Very good location, has got a comfortable waiting area with good wifi connection. I could get my work done uninterrupted. All in all very happy to have visited this location for car servicing.

While I could get an oil change anywhere for the same price or less I chose to take my car to a Nissan dealer and in this case Burlingame Nissan. I had a noise coming while driving my car. They informed me it would cost $185 to diagnose the problem. When I asked if I chose to fix the problem would they apply the $185 to the cost of fixing it, I was told NO! Unfortunately, that is not what I expected from a dealership and is certainly not cost effective. Bottom line I will just use a regular mechanic for my 2014 Nissan Murano. Frankly, not a smart way to attract customers or build loyalty.

We came late at 7:45 PM, everyone looked tired after a long day, however Josh was trying so hard to provide all the information to us about the commercial vehicle we will looking for, he then walked us to the financial department where Joe continued to helped us to navigate through the process, we had minutes to submit the paperwork and Joe was very diligent and got us out the door with a brand new commercial vehicle, we felt no pressure from these two guys (I dont remember feeling that at a dealership before) My wife and I are very grateful for the high level of respect, customer service and professionalism of Nissan Putnam at Burlingame!

The service was very disorganized, in that I tried my best to line everything up 2 weeks in advance of the date; I booked the morning appointment 2 weeks in advance, booked the tow through the Nissan roadside assistance, telling both sides I would need a rental if the appointment was going to be all day. When I arrived with the tow, no one came out to tell us where to leave the car (there were several entrances for vehicles). I finally flagged a mechanic down inside the service area and asked for help with the tow driver on where to leave my car. He had a misunderstanding with the tow driver, who ended up leaving my car in the middle of the street. After that was finally resolved, I went in to do the paperwork; since my vehicle needed a full diagnostic I was told it could be an hour or a few hours. I asked if a few hours would mean overnight, and Blake said I couldnt say. I stated that if it were going to be all day/overnight Id need a rental, but Blake responded there were no cars left. I asked to speak to a manager, since I had specifically called well in advance to secure a rental if this were the case, and I was told the manager was in a meeting. I never saw a manager. After 3 hours waiting onsight, Blake said he was able to get me a rental as if he were doing me a huge favor (another woman was also returning a rental...so there were a few actually...surprise!) Just horrible overall. I live equidistant between Burlingame and Redwood City...guess where Im going next time...

Great dealership! Worked with Alex on getting a Pathfinder or Titan. He went above and beyond I think any sales person should ever do. He was polite and helped my wife and myself test drive the vehicles. Doing this Im sure after his shift had ended. So the following day we chose the Titan and during the whole process of the sale and financing Alex pretty much helped us out and watched our two extremely active kids a 2 year old and 4. Also many thanks to the sales manager Rick is why I came to this dealership cause Ive purchased a vehicle with him previously and he went the extra mile for me on my previous purchase and this one.

Erik took care of the finance portion and worked through the paperwork with us promptly while presenting the warranty/maintenance plan options with no pressure, and was patient with us while we were indecisive on whether to get the warranty/maintenance plane. I brought my Leaf to Nissan of Burlingame to take care of two recalls, a brake light issue and an annual service on 1/15. It took three days to get my car back. Unfortunately the situation just got worse. The backup camera was still not working after all that and when I came to use the wipers there appeared to be no fluid despite the fact that we had paid $250 (!) to check the fluids and rotate the tires.... I have a multi-point inspection report showing that the fluid levels were all in the green. So they clearly did not check this which is deceitful and makes me wonder if there are any other steps they skipped in the inspection.I made another appointment 1/29 and drove down from the city again to have the backup camera checked out and the multi-point inspection done again. The car was kept overnight so that they could order a part for the backup camera. I headed back down to pick up my Leaf on Thursday 1/30. Kevin assured me that everything was in working order and that all the fluid levels had been checked and topped up. I got into my Leaf and pulled out of the driveway to an alarm on my dashboard showing low tire pressure (26) so I turned around and pulled back into the dealership. I checked the rear right tire to find a metal shard in the side of it which must have entered the tire as the car was pulled up to the front of the dealership. I waited an additional 30 mins while this was repaired. I drove back to the city grateful to have my car back after the miserable service experience knowing that I would never return there again.Unfortunately the story doesnt end there. I came to use my wipers and discovered that the fluid was still empty! After two service attempts and specifically asking that it be filled (thats the least you can do when Ive paid $250 for a service!) and being reassured that it had been done. I should be reimbursed for a service that was obviously not completed. I cannot trust and do not recommend this dealer for services. They are deceitful and you cannot run a successful business like this.

I leased a car from this dealership. The leasing process was fine (not good, not bad), but then when it came time to return the vehicle at the end of the lease, they would not call me back. I called the finance department 3 times and then the GM 1 time. No one even bothered to return my call. Unfortunately, Chase requires the dealership to be involved in the vehicle return, so I can’t actually go out and find a competitor with actual customer service. To think I was actually going to lease another vehicle from them.

Asked for brochure was told they dont order any because everyone takes them. Walked into the office and it smelled like Body odor. Nice people bad first impression. Dealership doesnt give much of a discount. Was interested in the leaf s model brand new( basic model) was told no one sells them anymore and didnt even look to see if it could be ordered or in another dealerships inventory. Impression they could care less if they got your business. I will buy somewhere else.
