I’ve always had a great experience shopping in this store. The staff has always been friendly,..no problems at all. The young gentleman (not sure his name) and Jennifer have always went out of their way to help me find certain items! My 6 year old loves Jennifer and looks for her everytime we enter the store! I can’t wait to see the new remodel of the store! Keep up the great job! I give this store 5 out of 5 stars! 😁

I give this Dollar Tree a solid 3-stars. I think this particular DT has a larger variety of stuff compared to others in the TC. However, as others have commented as well, staff can be rude at times, and the bathroom is disgusting (so think twice, especially if youre bringing young children with you and they might need to use it).Prices are always great, though at times you definitely get what you pay for as well!

This Dollar Tree cashiers need better customer service skills... Either they like you or they dont. Most times I shop here all I get are rude cashiers never says hi but the person behind me or the one who was in front gets a hello how are you! I was also told by a cashier by the name of Loretta to put my own basket back at the front door... So now a paying customer has to do her job now? SMDH! I will not return to this store location.

Great Dollar Tree location here.This is a larger location than some others in the area, which means theyre able to stick a better variety of items.Worth a stop when youre in the area.

This is a teachers dream store. Good quality for low prices. We have always had good service, polite and helpful staff and we go often to this store. Ive never seen the bathroom not clean. Overall, good experience and good selection of items.

The one star is for the selection. The lack of the other 4 stars is customer service. Always a long line and only 1 cashier. The cashiers have outlandish personalities. Ive heard one yelling at customers, theres one who wont touch anything. Asks you to take items out of basket and put basket back. No cleaning of basket or anything. I get that its a dollar store but we shouldnt have to expect service that reflects that.

Pretty sure you cant deliver great customer service if you are the only cashier at the front with a big line. Not only that, but its pretty bad when you have 3 capable associates PLUS a manager on duty, yes no one cares to come help the only person working.. poor management to just sit in the office and have a few laughs about non work related things when your associate needs your help...

This place usually has what I need when it comes to cheap solutions. However the some of the staff is absolute TRASH! when I walk in 2 cashiers are acting like they are on the Jerry Springer show, I can hear them arguing throughout the entire store with lines backed up into the aisles. And when I get to the register when Im done, the cashier is eating her McDonalds while cashing me out! PUT THE DAMN FOOD DOWN AND DO YOUR JOB! EAT ON YOUR LUNCH BREAK!

Every time I go here, there are long lines all the way to the back of the store and only one cashier working. Today is the last time I will shop there. I put all my items back because it wasn’t worth the hassle. I waited in line only for the register to close. Once the cashier told me to go to the next one, everyone else already started lining up. I was third in line and told to go to the back of the new line. The cashiers always look like they are miserable. They need to increase their staff and work on making the workplace a better environment for their employees and customers.

The store is well stocked, but the cashier was extremely rude. I had to reach over the counter to get my own receipt. And she threw my bag at me. I literally had to catch it.

Clean, clear aisles, helpful employees. Highly recommend stopping in to this one to do your shopping!

Was accused of short-changing the cashier when I gave her a 10 and a 20 and a 1 for a $30.25 bill will not shop there or recommend anybody shop there again either

Give these ladies a raise! On 7/14/18 I stopped in to see a packed store with only one lane open. My cashier(I apologise i didnt catch her name) was very prompt and attentive to everyone with a big smile on her face! She greeted everyone and delivered the best service with the amount of work she was left with. She said she picked up this shift so if you know of her please show her this review!

Not only were the employees not wearing masks, which is not uncommon right now, but one of the clerks was leaning over with her face in her hands in between taking care of each customer. I watched her repeatedly touch her mouth, her eyes and nose and never sanitizing her hands. I will not be going back to this store. It felt very unsafe during these times.

Dollar tree is a great place to by goods for an incredible price. This location is great. Always stocked and the employees are friendly.

I love this store. It has a little bit od everything. Everything is only a $1. Always get way more than I go in for.

Cory was charming and helpful. He made it worth waiting in the long line and I found just the right graduation gifts for my family.

The deals for $1, especially pet products and home consumables. I would even have liked to buy dishes and matching bowls, but the didnt have enough for 16 each.

The dollar store has a lot of kitchen tools at a great price of coarse.

Easy to get party supplies. Seasonal decorations. Paper supplies. Cards and hair products . Pasta and crackers. Cookies and balloons.

Crowded, 2 lanes open and lines through the store. Fun stuff. .

I like this Dollar Tree. Its not as big as the Apple Valley store, but bigger than the Lakeville one, and send to always have a good selection. The one thing that doesnt always seem to be in stock is Dawn dish soap, (but theres always some other brand, if you dont mind), and some other make brand cleaners. Great deals on many items!-----[Things worth buying here: I really like getting my birthday, Mothers Day, Fathers Day and Valentines Day cards here - $0.50-$1.00 per card is a great deal!! I also like getting boxed candies for family movie nights here, as there is a big selection, and $1 is a good deal. Night lights, phone USB cords, and flashlights are usually well stocked and decent quality. Balloons! Toothbrushes and toothpaste! Loofas! Educational books and activity books - tons of these, may have to dig through for a while!Things that may not be worth it: Lots of food items are actually not as good of a deal, Ive found; so if you dont mind making anther stop, Target is across the road, and I often think its worth going the first for food, (knowing that if its not $1 or a bigger bag/box, Ill buy the item at the Dollar Tree.) Thats just been my experience, though!]

The staff is so kind and they have everything I expect to be there and then some.

A bit disorganized, not terrible. Its basically what you would expect from a dollar store. The reason it gets two stars instead of 3 is there were many products that were outside of their packages and some (such as the air fresheners) were clearly used.

Dollar tree is awesome for kids if its a friends birthday you could buy something awesome but also something cheap !

Worst dollar tree/dollar store. I have gone their about 5 times every time I end up waiting for 10 minutes in the checkout because they only have 1 cashier, even though their are like 3 to 4 other people working. The last time I was their I waited about 8 minutes in the line and then when Im next up in line another cashier finally comes to a different register and says she can help some people over their right when she said that about 3 people behind me rush over their, one of the people was an over weight guy who looked broke as hell, he got their before everyone and I said to the cashier excuse me I was next in line. The fat guy said oh too bad and the cashier didnt say anything about it. She pretty much just ignored me then started scanning his items. Never going to this shitty store again. I only recommend this place if you are broke as hell and you are getting paid minimum wage.

I just left there and the management is unacceptable. The cashier who is doing her best to keep her cool with a line of over 12 people calls over the loud speaker for help. The manager then over the loud speakers replies were busy right now well be out in a minute. Her poor panicked face only gets worse when a lady asks for help with balloons and she is the ONLY person on the floor. I understand being short staffed. Anyone whos been a manager knows those pains but to abondon your staff is ridiculous. This place has never been amazing compared the other dollar trees but this just bothered me to the point of finally saying something.

If you desire really poor service, rude employees and a dirty, un kept location; go here! If you dont enjoy any of the above-avoid at all costs. Huge difference between this location and the others I have been to. Shelves are usually not stocked, bathroom disgusting and very slow service.

Long lines need more help overall its okay

There was only one employee checking people out, and the line was backed up about 15 people deep. Everyone was waiting at least 15 to 20 minutes to get checked out. This is a pretty common occurrence at this Dollar Tree location. Not acceptable!
