A wonderful woman named Jasmine was working today, she was very nice and easy to talk to. Although I wasnt buying anything at the moment she was happy to talk to me and answer all my questions. Come to find out she just started working there the other day, I couldnt believe it! She was as knowledgeable as any tech Id ever dealt with and explained things so that they seemed easy to me after! A+
